Claims (11)
- Tête de remplissage pour soutirer un produit liquide dans des bouteilles (3) ou récipients similaires, comportant un conduit de liquide (9), qui est réalisé dans un carter (8) de la tête de remplissage (1) et qui communique par une entrée avec un réservoir ou une cuve (4), contenant le produit liquide, et forme une ouverture de distribution (12) destinée à distribuer le produit liquide dans un récipient (3) à remplir, comportant une première vanne pour liquide (13), disposée dans le conduit de liquide entre l'entrée et l'ouverture de distribution (12) et munie d'un dispositif de manoeuvre (17) associé pour une ouverture et fermeture commandée de la première vanne pour liquide (13), comportant un tube (15) ouvert aux deux extrémités, dont une première extrémité ouverte est prévue dans la zone de l'ouverture de distribution (12), comportant plusieurs conduits (22, 23, 24, 25), réalisés dans le carter (8) de la tête de remplissage (1), ainsi que des vannes de commande (18, 19, 20, 21), destinées à commander lesdits conduits, parmi lesquelles au moins une, en vue d'un remplissage du récipient (3) agencé en position étanche avec la tête de remplissage, commande un conduit de gaz de retour menant à travers le tube (15), caractérisée en ce que, en plus de la première vanne pour liquide (13), il est prévu une autre vanne de commande faisant fonction de vanne pour liquide (21), par laquelle la deuxième extrémité du tube (15) peut être reliée de manière commandée avec le réservoir ou la cuve (4) contenant le produit liquide, en vue d'un remplissage à jet libre du récipient (3) concerné, situé avec sa bouche (3.1) à distance de la tête de remplissage (1).
- Tête de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite vanne de commande (21), formant une vanne pour liquide supplémentaire, est agencée dans un conduit de liaison (22) entre la deuxième extrémité du tube (15) et une partie du conduit pour liquide (9), laquelle s'étend entre l'entrée du liquide dans la tête de remplissage et la première vanne pour liquide (13).
- Tête de remplissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de liaison (22) est relié par une extrémité à la deuxième extrémité du tube (15).
- Tête de remplissage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de liaison (22), ainsi que le tube (15) débouchent dans une chambre (16) commune, réalisée dans le carter (8).
- Tête de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une vanne de commande (18, 19, 20) est agencée dans une jonction entre un conduit de gaz (5, 6, 7) et une partie (22.1) du conduit de liaison (22), qui communique avec le tube (15).
- Tête de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le tube (15), au niveau de sa première extrémité, est entouré de manière annulaire par l'ouverture de distribution (12).
- Tête de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le tube (15) s'avance en saillie hors de la tête de remplissage (1) avec une surface d'appui formée pour la bouche (3.1) du récipient (3) concerné au niveau de l'ouverture de distribution (12).
- Tête de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la première vanne pour liquide (13) est formée par un corps de vanne (14) prévu sur le tube (15) et coopérant avec une surface de vanne dans le conduit pour liquide (9), et en ce que le tube (15), conjointement avec le corps de vanne (14), peut être déplacé axialement avec une course limitée pour ouvrir et fermer la première vanne pour liquide (13) au moyen du dispositif de manoeuvre (17) de ladite vanne.
- Tête de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par au moins trois conduits de gaz (23, 24, 25), réalisés dans le carter (8) et munis respectivement d'une vanne de commande (18, 19, 20) commandant lesdits conduits.
- Tête de remplissage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les conduits de gaz peuvent être reliés chacun de manière commandée à la partie (22.1) du conduit de liaison, communiquant avec une extrémité du tube (15).
- Machine de remplissage de type rotatif pour remplir des bouteilles (3) ou récipients similaires avec un produit liquide, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs têtes de remplissage (1), selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sont agencées sur la périphérie d'un rotor (2), apte à être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe vertical de la machine.
