Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport flächiger Werkstücke (6) in einer Transportrichtung (T) mitundeinem ersten Förderer (1), der eine erste Oberfläche eines jeweiligen der Werkstücke (6) kontaktiert, undeinem zweiten Förderer (2), der eine der ersten Oberfläche gegenüberliegende zweite Oberfläche eines jeweiligen der Werkstücke (6) kontaktiert,gekennzeichnet durchmit einem mit den beiden Förderern (1, 2) gebildeten Einlaufmaul (33) mit einem Mauloberteil (33.1) und einem Maulunterteil (33.2)
eine derart veränderbare Geometrie des Einlaufmauls (33) dass in einem ersten Fall das Maulunterteil (33.2) das Mauloberteil (33.1) überragt und in einem zweiten Fall das Mauloberteil (33.1) das Maulunterteil (33.2) überragt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Förderer (1) in eine erste Richtung und der zweite Förderer (2) gleichzeitig in eine entgegengesetzte zweite Richtung verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Stellrad (Zahnrad 13), an welchem der erste und der zweite Förderer (1 und 2) bei einer Verstellung derselben gleichzeitig abrollen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Förderer (1 und 2) in gemeinsam eingenommenen unterschiedlichen Schwenklagen bezüglich einer quer zur Transportrichtung (T) verlaufenden geometrischen Achse (16) arretierbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Achse (16) in einer zwischen den beiden Förderern (1 und 2) gelegenen Förderebene (3) liegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Dicken der flächigen Werkstücke (6) unterschiedliche Abstände zwischen den beiden Förderern (1 und 2) einstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Förderer (1 und 2) mittels eines ersten und eines zweiten Zugmitteltriebes (1 'und 2') gebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugmitteltriebe (1', 2') zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Dicken der flächigen Werkstücke (6) justierbar angeordnete Zugmittelführungsrollen (4.4, 7.2) umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Zugmittelführungsrollen (4.4, 7.2) tragende Lagerhebel (21) die auf unterschiedliche Schwenklagen einstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem dritten Fall das Mauloberteil (33.1) und das Maulunterteil (33.2) des Einlaufmauls (33) bündig sind.
