Claims (13)

  1. Anordnung zur Verpackung, umfassend:
    - einen Metallring (20) mit Achse X-X, der
    • mit einem äußeren Rand (20E), der dazu bestimmt ist, auf einem Grundkörper (12) der Verpackung befestigt zu werden,
    • einem inneren Rand (20I) der in montiertem Zustand eine Öffnung (22) zum Zugriff in die Verpackung begrenzt, und
    • einem zentralen Teil (20C), der sich im Wesentlichen radial bezüglich der Achse X-X erstreckt und den äußeren Rand (20E) vom inneren Rand (20I) trennt, versehen ist und
    - einen Henkel (26, 28, 42) zum Greifen, der mindestens einen griffbildenden Abschnitt (28, 42) umfasst und mit dem Ring (20) verbunden ist und zwischen einer rückgezogenen Position in dem Ring (20) und einer hervorstehenden Griffposition schwenkbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Henkel (26, 28, 42) mit einem Kunststoffring (54) verbunden ist, der mittels des inneren Rands (20I) des Metallrings (20) zwischen diesem inneren Rand (20I) und dem zentralen Teil (20C) des Rings (20) axial auf diesem Metallring (20) befestigt ist, wobei der griffbildende Abschnitt (28, 42) mit zwei Enden (30, 32, 44, 46) versehen ist, die auf dem Ring (54) angelenkt sind.
  2. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Ring (54) Füße (34, 36) aufweist, wobei der Henkel (26, 28, 42) auf den Füßen (34, 36) angelenkt ist.
  3. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Füße (34, 36) zwischen dem inneren Rand (20I) und dem zentralen Teil (20C) befestigt sind.
  4. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ring (54) einen Durchmesser hat, der im Wesentlichen identisch ist mit dem Durchmesser des inneren Rands (20I) des Rings (20), und einen Durchmesser hat, der kleiner ist als der innere Umriss des griffbildenden Abschnitts (28, 42).
  5. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ring (54) einen Vorsprung (56) zur Befestigung an dem Metallring (20) aufweist, der sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Achse (X-X) des Rings (20) erstreckt, und der innere Rand (20I) des Rings nach außen gerollt ist und diesen Vorsprung (56) zur Befestigung radial und axial bedeckt.
  6. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, wobei der innere Rand (20I) eine Kante (23) aufweist, wobei die Kante (23) in einen Teil des Vorsprungs (56) zur Befestigung einschneidet.
  7. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei der Vorsprung (56) zur Befestigung axial mittels des inneren Rands (20I) befestigt ist.
  8. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der griffbildende Abschnitt (28, 42) und die Füße (34, 36) aus Kunststoff sind.
  9. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der griffbildende Abschnitt (28, 42) und die Füße (34, 36) aus einem Stück gefertigt sind, wobei der Abschnitt einen Teil von geringerer Dicke an jedem Ende hat, der ein Mittel (38, 40, 48, 50) zur Anlenkung bildet.
  10. Anordnung zur Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der Henkel (26, 28, 42) aus Kunststoff ist.
  11. Verpackung, die eine Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufweist.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Stufen:
    - Herstellen eines Metallrings (20) mit Achse X-X, der
    • mit einem äußeren Rand (20E), der dazu bestimmt ist, auf einem Grundkörper (12) der Verpackung befestigt zu werden,
    • einem inneren Rand (20I) der in montiertem Zustand eine Öffnung (22) zum Zugriff in die Verpackung begrenzt, und
    • einem zentralen Teil (20C), der sich im Wesentlichen radial bezüglich der Achse X-X erstreckt und den äußeren Rand (20E) vom inneren Rand (20I) trennt, versehen ist,
    - Herstellen eines Henkels (26, 28, 42), der mindestens einen griffbildenden Abschnitt (28, 42) aufweist,
    - Herstellen eines Kunststoffrings (54),
    - Einsetzen des Rings (54) durch Überwindung eines Rands (70), der von dem nicht gerollten, inneren Rand des Rings (20) gebildet wird,
    - Rollen des inneren Rands (20I) des Rings (20) nach außen, bis der innere Rand (20I) den Ring (54) axial zwischen dem inneren Rand (20I) und dem zentralen Teil (20C) des Rings (20) festmacht.
  13. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 12 einer Anordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem von Anspruch 5 abhängigen Anspruch, wobei der innere Rand (20I) gerollt wird, bis der Vorsprung (56) zur Befestigung axial festgemacht ist.
