Claims (17)

  1. Maschine zum Füllen von Schlauchbeuteln oder Analogen, insbesondere mit flüssigen Lebensmitteln, im Wesentlichen gebildet durch eine Übergabestation (1), die um eine vertikale Mittelachse (2) drehbar auf einer Platte (2') angebracht ist, die mit dem Maschinengestell verbunden ist, durch mehrere Füllstationen (3), deren jede ein Mittel (4) zum Greifen und Halten der Basis eines entfernbaren Verschlusses (5) eines Schlauchbeutels (6) umfasst und ein Handhabungsmittel (7) für den oberen Teil des Verschlusses und mit einer Vorrichtung zum Füllen (8), die mit der Öffnung des Verschlusses (5) kooperiert, die nach Entfernen des oberen Teils desselben offen ist und durch eine Pumpe, die mit einem Reservoir oder Analogem verbunden ist, mit Flüssigkeit beschickt wird, wobei die Anordnung dieser Elemente durch eine Steuervorrichtung geleitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuervorrichtung eine Nockeneinrichtung (9 bis 14) ist, die fest an der Maschine angebracht ist, wobei die Nocken (9 bis 14), die zum Betätigen der verschiedenen Elemente der Maschine vorgesehen sind, konzentrisch um die vertikale Mittelachse (2) auf einer Platte (2') angebracht sind, die mit dem Maschinengestell verbunden ist, und unter der drehbaren Übergabestation (1) angeordnet ist.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocken (9 bis 14) im Winkel verstellbar auf der Platte (2') angebracht sind, die mit dem Maschinengestell verbunden ist, durch Kooperation mit einem entsprechenden unteren ringförmigen Träger, der mit der Platte (2') verbunden ist, wobei nach Einstellung das Halten der Nocken (9 bis 14) in Position mittels Schrauben gewährleistet ist, die die Nocken vertikal durchdringen und mit ihrem ringförmigen Träger oder seitlichen Klemmen mit Schraubbefestigung kooperieren.

Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Füllstation (3) durch einen schwenkbaren Kopf (29) gebildet ist, der auf einer vertikalen Achse (3') angebracht ist, auf der drehbaren Übergabestation (1) mittels eines festen Trägers (3") geführt ist, der auf der Station (1) angebracht ist, wobei der Schwenkkopf (29) mit einem exzentrischen Antriebsgelenk (16) versehen ist, das mit einer Anordnung von Schieber (11') - Kniehebel (11") - Schaltgestänge (11''') kooperiert, das von einem Nocken (11) der Nockensteuerungsvorrichtung betätigt wird.

Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kniehebel (11 ") mittels eines Lagers (15) schwenkbar auf der Übergabestation (1) angebracht ist und mit seinen beiden Enden jeweils mit einem Ende des Schiebers (11 "), der dem Nocken (11) gegenübersteht, und einem Ende des Schaltgestänges (11'''), das gelenkig am exzentrischen Antriebsgelenk (16) des Schwenkkopfes (29) der Füllstation (3) angebracht ist, gelenkig verbunden ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (4) zum Greifen und Halten der Basis eines entfernbaren Verschlusses (5) eines Schlauchbeutels (6) jeder Füllstation (3) durch eine Anordnung von linken (4') und rechten (4") Klemmen gebildet ist, die jeweils durch Nocken (10 und 9) gesteuert, mittels Anordnungen von Schieber (10', 9') - Kniehebel (10", 9") - Schaltgestänge (10"', 9''') unterschiedlich zu betätigen sind.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Handhabungsmittel (7) des oberen Teils des Verschlusses (5) durch eine Muffe (28) zum Greifen des oberen Teils des Verschlusses (5) gebildet ist, die am Kopf (29) der Füllstation (3) angebracht ist, mit Möglichkeit zu leichten Verschiebungen parallel zur Trägerachse (3') des Kopfes (29).

Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (38) zum Verschluss von Schlauchbeuteln (6) nach Füllung in Form einer Stützplatte (38') vorliegt, die in einer Ausnehmung in entsprechender Form der schwenkbaren Trägerplatte (37') gelegen ist, wobei diese Platte (38') mit einem Schieber (38") verbunden ist, der unter der Platte (37') in einer Muffe (40) geführt ist, die damit verbunden ist und sich mit ihrem gegenüberliegenden Ende mittels einer Laufrolle oder Analogem (41) auf dem Nocken (13) der Nockensteuervorrichtung abstützt, wobei eine Kompressionsfeder (42), die zwischen der Muffe (40) und dem Schieberende (38") angebracht ist, die Laufrolle (41) trägt, was eine permanente Anlage des Schiebers (38") auf dem Nocken (13) gewährleistet.
  16. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmuffe (40) des Schiebers (38") der Verschlussanordnung (38) integraler Teil des Antriebsarms (37''') ist, wobei dieser mit der Muffe exzentrisch in Bezug auf die Achse des Schiebers (38") verbunden ist.
  17. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihr Antrieb mittels eines Elektromotors gewährleistet ist, der mit einer elektronischen Steuerschaltung gesteuert ist.
