Claims (23)
- Soupape d'air (13) pour un couvercle (2) d'un récipient de liquide doté d'une membrane annulaire, le couvercle (2) comportant au moins un orifice de passage d'air (19), caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de réception (21), comportant une rainure périphérique (24) ouverte vers la face intérieure du couvercle, est fixé sur la face intérieure du couvercle, lequel élément de réception (21) comporte au moins un orifice d'entrée d'air (20) qui est en liaison avec l'orifice de passage d'air (19) du couvercle (2), qui débouche dans la rainure (24), une bague (11) pouvant être insérée ou étant insérée dans la rainure (24) et, moyennant la précontrainte d'au moins une paroi (26) de rainure, qui est réalisée sous la forme d'une membrane annulaire, l'étanchéité de l'orifice d'entrée d'air (20) étant assurée à pressions identiques de part et d'autre de l'orifice d'entrée d'air (20), ainsi que lors d'une surpression sur la face intérieure du couvercle, et l'orifice d'entrée d'air (20) étant libéré lors d'une dépression sur la face intérieure du couvercle.

- Embout à boire selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'embout à boire (1) comporte une rainure d'encliquetage (6) pour la réception de l'élément d'appui (7) de membrane réalisé sous la forme d'un corps d'encliquetage.
- Embout à boire selon l'une des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (7) de membrane est relié à une bague de fixation (10) par l'intermédiaire d'une entretoise (9).
- Embout à boire selon l'une des revendications 13 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'embout à boire (1) est sensiblement ovale en vue de dessus.
- Embout à boire selon les revendications 18 et 17, caractérisé en ce que, pour la fixation de l'élément d'appui (7) de membrane, l'entretoise (9) est réalisée en forme de plaque, le plan défini par l'entretoise (9) en forme de plaque s'étendant en vue de dessus en direction de l'axe le plus long de l'embout à boire (1).
- Embout à boire selon l'une des revendications 13 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (4) comporte plusieurs orifices (5) de soupape disposés le long d'une ligne circulaire.
- Embout à boire selon l'une des revendications 13 à 20, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (7) de membrane comporte un orifice (15) de soupape sensiblement central.
- Embout à boire selon l'une des revendications 13 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (1) en tant que bec à boire s'étend au-delà de la membrane (4), un bord surélevé (17) du bec à boire étant formé à titre de protection de la membrane et de l'élément écarteur.
- Embout à boire selon l'une des revendications 13 à 22, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (7) de membrane est en polypropylène (PP).
