Definitions
- the invention relates to a single-walled spray gun cup having a paint receiving area substantially accessible through two main openings and having at least one additional access to the paint receiving area, the additional access being reclosable by means of a closure means.
- a single-walled spray gun cup having a paint receiving area substantially accessible through two main openings and having at least one additional access to the paint receiving area, the additional access being reclosable by means of a closure means.
- Such a cup is known from EP 678 334.
- Spray gun cups are used in painting and serve to store a paint, so that during a painting enough paint on a spray gun is available.
- the prior art discloses a multiplicity of spray gun cups which, inter alia, have partly different shapes but also different connection techniques in order to meet the most diverse requirements in the field of painting.
- spray gun cups which, inter alia, have partly different shapes but also different connection techniques in order to meet the most diverse requirements in the field of painting.
- gravity cups in which a stored paint agent flows into the spray gun substantially due to gravity.
- suction cups in which passes through selected Druckverphaselmisse between spray gun cup and spray gun a paint even from the spray gun cup into the spray gun when the spray gun is held above the spray gun cup. Accordingly, such suction cups are usually arranged below the spray gun.
- the known connections of the spray gun cups usually have a thread which communicates with a corresponding thread of a spray gun, so that a firm but detachable connection between the spray gun cup and the spray gun is made.
- the disadvantage of such threaded connections is the relatively complicated attachment of the spray gun cup to the spray gun by means of a screwing movement.
- SpriLzpisLolenbecher already exist, which have at their terminals a very coarse thread, so that a spray gun cup can be attached to the spray gun with less than one revolution about its longitudinal axis.
- this screwing is still expensive, since in this case the threads must be threaded.
- a double-walled spray gun cup which has a cup insert as inner wall and a cup portion as outer wall, wherein the cup insert is inserted into the cup part.
- the cup insert serves as a Lackierstoffability so that the paint does not come into contact with the outer wall of the spray gun cup and thus the outer wall of the spray gun cup is not contaminated with paint. As a result, a user a cleaning of the outer wall of the Sprirzpistolenbechers advantageously spared.
- the cup insert is designed as a thin-walled disposable component and is disposed of when not in use. Thus, a quick and easy color change to the spray gun is possible. Since the cup insert serves as a Lackiermiuelability and the paint is provided safely in the cup insert, the cup insert is closed with a corresponding lid.
- the cup part serves to support the thin-walled designed cup insert, thus assumes a holding function with respect to the cup insert and thus forms an outer wall of the spray gun cup.
- the spray gun cup described is particularly well suited for a quick color change.
- the object of the invention is achieved by a single-walled spray gun cup having a paint receiving area substantially accessible through two main openings and having at least one additional access to the paint receiving area, the additional access being reclosable by means of a closing means and the closing minute during the closing of the additional Access is at least partially arranged in the additional access.
- additional access for the purposes of the invention describes any secondary openings of a spray gun cup, which connect the Lackierrmittolabilitybercich the spray gun cup with the environment of the spray gun cup next to the two main openings.
- the additional access is therefore another opening of the spray gun cup.
- additional access means any secondary openings on a spray gun cup, in particular a single-walled spray gun cup, which provide either an air supply to the Lackierstoffability Scheme and / or a refill of the Lackierstoffams for a paint.
- the Lackierstoffness Symposium here describes the Spritzpistolenbecherinnere in which a Lackierstoff is stored.
- main opening of a coating agent receiving area describes, on the one hand, a connection opening via which a coating agent passes from the coating agent receiving area to a spray gun.
- main opening describes a spray gun cup opening which is generally opposite this connection opening and via which, for example, a coating agent is filled into the spray gun cup or the paint agent receiving area of the spray gun cup is cleaned.
- the additional access is structurally realized, for example, particularly simply by a material cut-out in a component delimiting the paint-receiving means.
- bottom here describes a state in which the air supply is located on the side facing the ground spray gun cup side.
- even mixing a two-component paint can be done easily in a spray gun cup.
- the use of the spray gun cup as a storage container for a paint or for Lackierstoffnreste is advantageously possible, since the additional supply in the present case is permanently closed securely.
- the particularly reliable closure of the single-walled spray gun cup takes place in the present case in that a closure means is arranged at least partially in the additional access of the coating agent receiving area.
- closure means is at least partially disposed in the additional access, that protrudes into the additional access, is effectively prevented for the first time that larger amounts of a paint, which previously come into contact with the closure means is to get out of the Lackierstoffaid Kunststoff when the closure means is removed from the additional access.
- the additional access is structurally particular safe and easy to close when the access has a channel
- this channel protrudes into the Lackierstoffability Scheme, but he does not have it.
- the present spray gun cup is also used as a mixing container, in which, for example, a two-component paint is mixed, it can be dispensed with that the channel protrudes into the Lackierstoffability Scheme so as not to adversely affect a mixing device. Otherwise, such an intrusion is advantageous because the channel entrance of the access extends beyond the other inner cup boundary. As a result, the risk is reduced that the channel entrance is in a spray gun cup placed upside down directly with a paint, in particular with a Lackierstoffrest in contact.
- the additional access may be provided by almost any opening of the single-walled spray gun cup connecting the paint receiving area to the outside of the single-walled spray gun cup. It has been found that, in particular, a cylindrical or a conically extending channel cross section: represents an additional access which is particularly easy to close. As a result, the channel forms a kind of tube in which the Vecschtusskar is introduced. Thus, the additional access is closed very safe.
- the closure means has a sealing plug which corresponds to the channel. If the sealing plug closes the additional access, the sealing plug is arranged in the channel such that it projects at least partially into the channel. Thus, the additional access is closed very safe. It is understood that the additional access can also be closed by differently shaped closure means which are arranged within the additional access. For example, at this point, attention should be drawn to the possibility of arranging a slide within the additional access in order to close it.
- closure means has an outer diameter which substantially corresponds to an inner diameter of the channel. This is on the one hand a simple insertion ensured the sealing plug into the channel. On the other hand, the channel is closed particularly well by the closure means, since in this case a kind of press fit is realized between the closure means and the channel
- closure means has a slightly larger outer diameter than the inner diameter of the channel.
- closure means is made of a material which is different from a material from which the access is made.
- a further embodiment provides that the additional access terminates with an outer boundary of the single-walled spray gun cup or lies behind the outer boundary.
- Such additional with the outer boundary final or behind the outer boundary of the spray gun cup back additional access makes it possible that the single-walled spray gun cup on its surface has no undesirable protruding or protruding components. This is particularly advantageous in areas of the single-walled spray gun cup, which form a footprint with which the single-walled gasoline gun cup is placed on a base, for example during work preparation for mixing or during a painting process for refilling a paint.
- the single-walled spray gun cup has on a first side a connection for arranging the single-walled spray gun cup on a spray gun, and the additional access is arranged on a side facing away from the connection of the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the arrangement of the additional access to the side facing away from the terminal is vorteihaft, since the additional access in the use of the single-walled spray gun cup in terms of a flow cup is excellent as air supply to the Lackierstoffability Silver the single-walled spray gun cup. It is understood that regardless of this, the additional access may be provided at almost any location of the single-walled spray gun cup, depending on the type of execution of the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the present single-walled spray gun cup can be closed particularly securely by means of the closure means arranged at least partially in the additional access, as already explained above, the present single-walled spray gun cup is also particularly well suited for use as a storage container for a coating agent.
- the channel preferably has a length which is greater than the wall thickness of a spray gun cup wall.
- openings of a conventional single-walled spray gun cup are closed only with a lid or a cap, to which or to which a relatively large amount of a paint can adhere.
- This amount of paint passes so far when opening a conventional closure in the vicinity of the spray gun cup, so that the risk is relatively large that the environment is contaminated with this amount of paint accidentally. As a result, painting can be adversely affected.
- closure means closes the additional access not only from the outside, but is arranged on the one hand directly in the additional access, whereby a particularly secure closing of the additional access is ensured.
- closure means which is located directly within the access, only with its "small" face with the paint in contact.
- small here describes an end face of the closure means, which has a diameter which substantially corresponds to the inner diameter of the additional access. This is not the case with conventional closures, as they do not close access of a secondary opening within the access or are not located within the access but only cover an access opening.
- a further simplification in terms of a quick color change is when the single-walled spray gun cup has at least one lid, preferably two lids, for closing the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the single-walled spray gun cup has, on the one hand, a first upper lid, which is attached to a side of the one-handed spray gun cup which faces away from the spray gun.
- the single-walled spray gun cup has a further lower lid which is arranged on a side of the single-walled spray gun cup facing the spray gun.
- the first upper lid and by the other lower lid of the single-walled spray gun cup can be completely closed, so that it can be advantageously used as a storage container for a Lackierstoff when needed. It is thereby possible that a plurality of single-walled spray gun cups filled with different coating agents are provided before or during a painting operation, so that a color change on the spray gun can be made particularly quickly hereby.
- At least one of the lids has the additional access or a similarly closable passage.
- a reclosable passage is provided on the first upper lid. This closable passage, for example, initially closed when the single-walled spray gun cup is provided with a filled therein paint. If the single-walled spray gun cup and the paint agent filled therein are required for the painting process, the further lower lid is first removed from the single-walled spray gun cup, so that the single-walled spray gun cup can be arranged with this opening on a spray gun.
- the single-walled spray gun cup As will be described below, have a latching connection, which also makes it possible to attach the single-walled spray gun cup straightforward and in no time at a corresponding receptacle.
- the resealable passage is opened at the first upper lid, so that it comes in the interior of the single-walled spray gun cup during removal of the paint to a pressure equalization by subsequent flow of air
- lid essentially describes a structure with which the single-walled spray gun cup is closed in such a way that a coating agent located in the single-walled spray gun cup does not escape from it unintentionally.
- Both the first upper lid and the further lower lid of the single-walled spray gun cup thus constitute a closure for the single-walled spray-paint cup with which it can be completely closed.
- the two lids are fastened by different techniques to the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the lid can be screwed.
- the lids are simply clipped onto an edge of the single-walled spray gun cup.
- An embodiment variant provides that at least one cover is molded onto the single-walled spray gun cup. As a result, a possibility is created, the lid always attached to a single-walled spray gun cup, so that the risk of accidental misplacement of a lid is excluded.
- reclosable passage may be provided by a simple hole in the form of a cutout in the lid. Ideally, this hole is already provided during the actual injection process of the lid.
- the reclosable passage has a collar which at least at one of properly the single-ended spray gun cup arranged lid protrudes into the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the collar of the reclosable passage substantially perpendicular to its diameter has a height which is greater than the material thickness of the lid.
- this unintentional leakage of the paint from the interior of the single-walled spray gun cup on the resealable passage is very limited or even completely prevented.
- the additional access has a conical channel or a reclosable passage of a lid has a tapered collar.
- the resealable passage undergoes a rejuvenation, so that the risk of unintentional leakage of a coating agent is further reduced.
- the secondary opening is preferably designated by the term "additional access.”
- the secondary opening is located in a cover of the spray gun cup, it is preferably referred to as a "reclosable passage”.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention in this context provides for the resealable passage to taper in the direction from a passage opening facing the cover to a passage opening facing away from the cover.
- a preferred embodiment provides that at least one lid has a depression and in the sink a resealable passage is arranged. Fortunately, the drain allows pre-centering of a closure when closing the reclosable passage. As a result, for example, a particularly narrow region of a plug can be introduced much easier into the reclosable passage.
- an inner diameter of a passage opening facing away from the cover is less than 80% or less than 50%, preferably less than 30%, of the inner diameter of a passage opening facing the cover.
- an inner diameter of the closable passage is less than 80% or less than 50%, preferably less than 30%, of the inner diameter of the sink.
- the closable passage has a plug.
- the plug can be arranged both in the sink and in the closable passage.
- the plug has different diameters.
- the different diameters of the plug correspond to those inner diameters of the sink and the reclosable passage, respectively, so that the plug can be easily inserted into the reclosable passage.
- the lid has a nipple on which a plug for closing the passage can be arranged.
- the plug may be molded onto the lid.
- the lid of the single-walled spray gun cup and the plug of the lid can be made particularly inexpensive.
- At least one cover is molded onto the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the lid is arranged from the outset on the single-walled spray gun cup.
- a color change on a spray gun is also greatly simplified and thus accelerated when a connection of the single-walled spray gun cup to a recording of a spray gun is latched fastened.
- the single-walled spray gun cup can be attached to a spray gun, so that a change of the single-walled spray gun cup can be made particularly quickly and conveniently.
- a color change during a painting process can be made very quickly, so that different colors can be brought very quickly one behind the other onto a surface.
- a latching connection is also advantageous when the single-walled spray gun cup is removed as a disposable product, since less stringent manufacturing requirements must be placed on a latching connection than is the case, for example, with a threaded connection.
- the production costs for a single-walled spray gun cup with a latching connection are lower than with an elaborately manufactured connection.
- Such a locking connection is structurally particularly easy realized when the terminal has a spring and / or a groove.
- a “spring” a structure which in a proper attachment of the single-walled spray gun cup to a recording partially or wholly in one envisaged device locks.
- a spring can be realized for example by one or more "noses” or “rings”.
- the spring can form a physical unit with the connection or can be realized by an additional component which is arranged on the connection.
- an additional component which may form a spring in the context of the invention, a simple O-ring, which is releasably but firmly arranged on the latching connection of the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the latching connection of the single-walled spray gun cup can also have a groove into which a component fully or partially engages when the single-walled spray gun cup is properly attached to a receptacle.
- the spring and groove described above need not necessarily be circumferentially mounted on the latching terminal, but may be provided only partially at the terminal.
- a circumferential spring and / or groove are advantageous because this allows the single-walled spray gun cup can be mounted in almost any position to a corresponding receptacle.
- the term “recording” designates in particular an area of a spray gun or of another component, such as an adapter, on which the single-walled spray gun cup is arranged when used properly.
- connection of the single-walled spray gun cup is at least partially encircled by a web.
- a firm connection can be made particularly well in the present case by a notch of the web. It does not matter whether the connection, as usual in the market, with a thread, it is an external thread or an internal thread, provided or not.
- a further embodiment provides that the web completely umkragt the connection in order to produce a particularly good connection between the single-walled spray gun cup and the spray gun after the connection of the connection.
- the web is annular, preferably concentric, arranged around the connection.
- the web is made of an elastic material, so that the web over other components has a certain flexibility and thereby the spray gun cup can be particularly easily attached to a Spritzpistotenetzbahme.
- the single-walled spray gun cup has a different wall thickness along its longitudinal axis.
- Ausvigungsvnriante provides that the single-walled spray gun cup on its spray gun side facing a greater wall thickness than on its side facing away from the spray gun.
- the single-walled spray gun cup it has been found that it is advantageous for the single-walled spray gun cup to have a wall thickness of less than 3 mm or less than 1.5 mm, preferably less than 0.5 mm, in the region of its smallest material thickness.
- the single-walled spray gun cup advantageously has a wall thickness of more than 0.4 mm, preferably more than 1.5 mm, in the region of its greatest material thickness.
- the single-walled spray gun cup has an adapter which can be arranged on the single-walled spray gun cup latching.
- the adapter has on a first side a receptacle for the connection of the crirnungsungsdorfen single-ended spray gun cup and on one of these first side opposite side of a port which communicates with the connection of the single-walled spray gun cup.
- the single-walled spray gun cup can be arranged quickly and conveniently on a spray gun even if the intake of the spray gun is not optimally arranged with respect to the connection of the single-walled spray gun cup.
- a single-walled spray gun cup arranged by means of the articulated adapter on a spray gun can be aligned much better during painting work, so that in this case the risk is reduced that a coating agent unintentionally passes out of the closable passage of the lid.
- the single-walled spray gun cup can be aligned much more flexible with respect to the spray gun by means of the articulated adapter, so that a connection between the two components can be made faster.
- a structurally particularly simple embodiment variant advantageously provides that an additional paint line, preferably a flexible hose, is arranged between the first receiving area and the further receiving area. Due to the additional paint line need not be particularly high demands on the production of the articulated interface between the two receiving areas, since the paint passes from the spray gun cup at least in the region of the rotary joint on the additional Lackierstofftechnisch to the spray gun.
- the additional Lackierstofftechnische is located in the region of the rotary joint outside the adapter.
- the additional paint supply line in the region of the rotary joint is arranged substantially inside the adapter
- the features with regard to the articulated adapter are also advantageous independently of the other features of the invention, since the articulated adapter additionally promotes a rapid color change on a spray gun and also the flexibility of the single-walled spray gun cup on many levels elevated.
- the manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced because in one Operation several components of the spray gun cup can be produced.
- FIG. 1 shows an arrangement 100 with a spray gun 101 and a single-walled spray gun cup 102, wherein the two components 101 and 102 are connected to one another by means of an adapter 103.
- the adapter 103 is screwed to a receptacle 104 of the spray gun 101.
- the adapter 103 also has a receptacle 105 onto which the single-walled spray gun cup 102 with its side 106 facing the spray gun 101 is clipped to the spray gun cup receptacle 105 of the adapter 103.
- a small, first opening 107 of the single-walled spray gun cup which is located on the side 106 facing the spray gun 101, by means of a small, first lid 108 are completely closed.
- the small, first cover 108 is at least partially slipped over the side 106 facing the spray gun 101.
- the small, first lid 108 is attached to the single-walled spray gun cup 102 by means of a tab 109. The tab 109 is molded onto both the first, small lid 108 and the single-walled spray gun cup 102.
- the one-handed spray gun cup 102 since the single-walled spray gun cup 102 has a large opening 110, the one-handed spray gun cup 102 includes a correspondingly large second lid 111.
- the large opening 110 is located on a side 112 facing away from the spray gun 101.
- the large, second lid 111 is simply clipped onto an upper edge 113 of the single-walled spray gun cup 102 in this embodiment.
- the large, second lid 111 has in its center a closable passage 114, via which a pressure equalization is established during a painting process between the spray gun cup inner 115 and an environment 116.
- the spray gun cup interior 115 is a paint receiving area of the spray gun cup 102 in which a paint agent is stored within the spray gun cup 102.
- the closable passage 114 on its side facing the spray gun cup interior 115 side 117 comprises a collar 118 which has a conical shape.
- the large second cover 111 has a plug 119.
- the plug 119 also has a conical shape, so that the plug 119 adapts to the conical shape of the closable passage 114 and thus can be arranged well in the closable passage 114.
- the plug 119 is attached to the lid 111 by means of a plug holder 120.
- the plug holder 120 is molded on both the plug 119 and the large second lid 111, so that the large second lid 111, the plug 119 and the plug holder 120 have been manufactured in an injection molding process.
- the single-walled spray gun cup 202 shown in FIG. 2 has a latching connection 230, on whose lateral surface 231 a sealing ring 232 and a first guide ring 233 and a second guide ring 234 are arranged. With this latching connection 230, the single-walled spray gun cup 202 is attached to a spray gun cup receptacle 104 of a spray gun 101 (see FIG. 1). By the sealing ring 232 and the first guide ring 233 and the second guide ring 234 of the latching port 230 of the single-walled spray gun cup 202 with the receptacle 104 of the spray gun 101 (see Figure 1) is clamped such that the single-walled spray gun cup 202 is fixedly connected to the spray gun 101 ,
- the single-walled spray gun cup 202 has a peripheral web 235, which is arranged directly on the single-walled spray gun cup 202 and forms a physical unit with the single-walled spray gun cup 202. Therefore, the circumferential ridge 235 and the single-walled spray gun cup 220 are made in one piece.
- the circumferential ridge 235 is located in the immediate vicinity of the latching terminal 230 around and has on its the latching terminal 230 side facing 236 a circumferential spring 237, which is suitable, in a corresponding groove (not shown here) of a spray gun 101st (see Figure 1) lock.

In the case in which the plug 219 is pulled out of the closable passage 214, air flows into the spray gun cup inside 215 via the opening thereby released through the lid 211.
- the plug 219 is fixed in this embodiment in a recess 240 on the lid 211.
- the collar 218 of the closable passage 214 forms a depression 241 of the large lid 211, at which the collar 218 tapers conically.
- the closable passage 214 has a large diameter in the region of the depression 241 and in the region on the collar underside 242 the collar 218 a much smaller diameter.
- the plug 219 is also formed.
- the risk is substantially reduced that when pulling out the plug 219 from the closable passage 214 a larger amount of the contents 239 passes from the spray gun cup inside 215 and dirty areas or components (not shown here) outside the single-walled spray gun cup 202.
- the single-walled spray gun cup 202 since the single-walled spray gun cup 202 is designed as a one-way spray gun cup, the single-walled spray gun cup 202 has a thickening spray gun cup wall 245 along its longitudinal axis 244 from its upper edge 213 toward its circumferential land 235.
- cup wall 245 is thicker in the lower region of the Spritzpisbolenbechers 202 than in the upper region, receives the single-walled spray gun cup 202 as a whole a stable shape.
- the single-walled spray gun cup in the region of a large opening 210 has a less strong spray gun cup wall 245, not a considerable amount of material is saved in producing the single-walled spray gun cup 202.

- the lid 411 is snap-fastened to the edge 413 of the single-walled spray gun cup 402.
- the cover 411 also has a resealable passage 414, which is formed on the one hand by a depression 441 and, moreover, by a collar 418 adjoining the depression 441.
- the reclosable passage 414 is closed by a plug 419.
- a screen 438 is arranged, which is arranged on a small opening 407 of the single-walled spray gun 402.
- a latching terminal 430 is arranged at the side of the small opening 407, which has a circumferential spring 437.
- an adapter 403 is arranged in this embodiment.
- the adapter 403 is fixed by a first guide ring 432 and a second guide ring 433 and a sealing ring 434 to the single-walled spray gun cup 402 latching.
- the spring 437 of the circumferential web 435 snaps into a corresponding adapter groove 455, so that the adapter 403 additionally stops at the single-walled spray gun cup 402
- the adapter 403 is screwed by means of an adapter threading thread 456 to the receptacle 104 of a spray gun 101 (see Figure 1).
- the small cover 508 screwed in FIG. 5 is pushed over the adapter thread 456 of the adapter 403 (see FIG. 4) if necessary, so that the small opening 407 of the single-walled spray gun cup 402 is closed by it. Due to the small lid 508 and the large lid 411, the single-walled spray gun cup 402 is completely closed so that the cup contents 439 are prevented from exiting the inside of the cup 415.
- the single-walled spray gun cup 602 of Figure 6 also has a large lid 611 which is clamped to the single-walled spray gun cup 202.

- the latching connection 630 comprises a plurality of latching means 660 (numbered here only by way of example), which are provided in the form of a circumferential spring 237 (see FIG. 2) on the latching connection 630. These latching means 660 are sufficient to reliably secure the single-walled spray pod cup 602 to a designated location.
- each of FIGS. 7 to 10 shows the detent port 630 of FIG. 6 with an additional web 761 in addition to the detent 660 and with an additional second web 762 (see FIG. 7), with an additional first web 861 and with an additional second web 862 (see FIG 8), a first web 961 and a second web 962 (see Figure 9), and ultimately a first web 1061 and a second web 1062 (see Figure 10).
- the two webs 761 and 762 each have a spherical end 763 (numbered here only as an example), the two webs 861 and 862 have a triangular end 864 (numbered here only as an example), the two webs 961 and 962 each have a rectangular end 965 (here only exemplified) and the two webs 1061 and 1062 each have a square end 1066 (numbered here only by way of example).
- the additional webs 761, 762, 861 and 862, 961 and 962 as well as 1061 and 1062 described in FIGS. 7 to 10 are not arranged peripherally around the connection 630 and correspond, for example, respectively to a web receiver 1270 and 1271 of an adapter 1203 (see FIG. 12) ).
- FIG. 11 shows an adapter 1103, in the cup-shaped region 1167 of which, for example, the spray gun cup 602 (see FIG. 1) can be arranged.
- the latching means 660 (see FIG. 6) of the single-walled spray gun cup 602 respectively correspond to an adapter groove 1168, so that the single-walled spray gun cup 602 is fixedly but detachably attached to the adapter 1103.
- the single-walled spray gun cup 602 gains additional secure hold through the large bowl-shaped area 1167 of the adapter 1103.
- the adapter 1103 is attached, for example, to a spray gun 101 (see FIG. 1).
- FIG. 12 also shows an adapter 1203, which also has a bowl-shaped region 1267.
- the adapter has 1203 Adaptemuten 1268 (here only exemplified), in which corresponding locking means 660 (see Figure 6) can engage.
- the adapter 1203 has in its shell-shaped region 1267 two web receptacles 1270 and 1271, in each of which the first web 761 and the second web 762 (see FIG. 7) can engage.
- a single-walled spray gun cup 602 receives an additional hold on the adapter 1203.
- the web receptacles 1270 and 1271 each have an insertion region 1272 and 1273, in which in particular the spherical terminations 763 of the two webs 761 and 762 are introduced.
- the single-walled spray gun cup 602 and the adapter 1203 are rotated against each other such that the spherical terminations 763 are moved into a holding region 1274 and 1275 of the web receptacles 1270 and 1271. Because the retaining portions 1274 and 1275 are narrower than the diameter of the spherical seals 763 of the two webs 761 and 762, the single-walled spray gun cup 602 can not be removed from the adapter 1203 without a backward rotary motion.
- Spray gun cup without latching connection to a cup-shaped or plate-shaped adapter 1103 (see Figure 11) to order.
- a spray gun cup 102 see Figure 1
- the plate-shaped adapter can also be arranged by means of a coupling ring to the spray gun bach.
- adapters 1103 are not limited to additional cup-shaped or plate-shaped holding regions 1167, 1267. In further embodiments, such adapters 1103 can also have differently designed additional projecting spray gun cup holding regions, on which a single-walled spray gun cup 102 advantageously rests or is supported.
- such supporting or holding and cantilevered holding regions 1167, 1267 are not only provided by an adapter 1103, but such additional spray gun cup holding regions 1167, 1267 are arranged directly on a spray gun 101 (see FIG. 1).
- the spray gun 101 directly in a region of the conventional receptacle 104, to which the single-walled spray pod cup 102 is arranged, such a cup-shaped or dish-shaped region 1167 or 1267 on.
- the single-walled spray gun cup 102 is arranged directly on the spray gun 101, with the single-walled spray gun cup 102 additionally being directly supported or leaning against the cup-shaped or dish-shaped region 1167.
- such a holding region 1167 or 1267 on the spray gun 101 can also be realized in another shape.
- a similarly acting holding area 1167 or 1267 has only holding arms, by means of which the single-walled Spottzot cup 102 finds additional hold on the spray gun 101.
- a spray gun 101 in addition to a first holding area for a spray gun cup 102, a spray gun 101 has a further additional holding area 1167, 1267 for the spray gun cup 102, which considerably simplifies arranging a spray gun cup 102 on a spray gun 101 and thereby also makes it safer.
- a connection 230 of the single-walled spray gun cup 102 has a locking device.
- the Verriegchmgs ensures that the single-walled spray gun cup 102 is preferably arranged undetachably on an adapter 103.
- connection 230 of the single-walled spray gun cup 102 has such a locking device, there is no risk of the component unit "single-walled spray gun cup 102 / adapter 103" also detaching when the adapter 103 is detached from the spray gun 102.
- the present locking device operates on the principle of a Jardinbinderver gleichc so that an insoluble placement of a first component to another component is structurally particularly easy to implement
- a non-releasable locking device which produces a permanent connection between the single-walled spray gun cup 102 and the adapter 103, is particularly advantageous if the components used are disposable components which are disposed of after use. In this way, the locking device can be structurally produced in a particularly simple manner and is therefore also cost-effective to implement.
- the Verriegelungseinrichnmg additionally has an unlocking means. In this case, there is the possibility that the operation of the unlocking means of the single-walled spray gun cup 102 despite the existing Locking device can be solved by the adapter 103.
- the single-walled spray gun cup 102 can not be solved by the adapter 103, so that the component unit of single-walled Sputzpistoienbecher 102 / adapter 103 "when attaching to a spray gun 101 and in particular when releasing a spray gun 101 unchanged intimately
- the single-walled spray gun cup 102 can be arranged particularly easily on the spray gun 101 despite an adapter 103 interposed between it and the spray gun 101.
- the adapter 1303 shown in FIG. 13 has a first receiving area 1380 for receiving a single-walled spray gun cup 102 (see, for example, FIG. 1) and, moreover, a second receiving area 1381 for receiving a spray gun 101 (see, for example, FIG. 1).
- Both receiving areas 1380 and 1381 are pivotally connected to each other by means of a rotation axis 383. This makes it possible that the first receiving area 1380 according to the double arrow 1384 about the axis of rotation 1383 and thus also about the second receiving area 1381 can be pivoted. It goes without saying that the second receiving area 1381 can accordingly also be pivoted about the axis of rotation 1383 and consequently also about the first receiving area 1380.
- a single-walled spray gun cup 102 can be arranged much simpler on the first receiving area 1380 of the adapter 1303, since the first receiving area 1380 can be aligned almost independently of the position of the spray gun 101 with respect to the single-walled spray gun cup 102 to be fastened.
- the first receiving area 1380 is fastened in this embodiment in the manner of a bayonet closure on the single-walled spray gun cup 102.
- a particularly rapid attachment and removal of the single-walled spray gun cup 102 from the first receiving area 1380 of the adapter 1303 is possible.
- the second receiving area 1381 has a thread (not explicitly shown here) with which the adapter 1303 can be screwed to a commercially available spray gun 101.
- the adapter 1303 is machined such that a coating agent from the single-walled spray gun cup 102 but the hinged adapter 303 easily enters the spray gun 101.
- FIG. 14 illustrates another articulated adapter 1403.
- the articulated adapter 1403 likewise has a first receiving region 1480 and a second receiving region 1481, which are connected to one another in an articulated manner by means of a suitable rotational axis 1483.
- the articulated adapter 1403 comprises an additional paint conduit 1486, via which a coating agent passes from the first receiving region 1480 to the second receiving region 1481.
- the additional paint shop line 1486 is outside of the articulated adapter 1403.
- the interface 1485 between the first receiving area 1480 and the second receiving area 1481 need not be laboriously processed with small tolerances, so that the articulated adapter 1403 is more cost-effective to produce compared to the articulated adapter 1303.
- FIG. 15 shows a further articulated adapter 1503, which on the one hand has a narrower but higher first receiving area 1580 and, on the other hand, a narrower, but higher second receiving area 1581 than the two articulated adapters 1303 and 1403 explained above.
- Both receiving areas 1580 and 1581 are also connected to one another in an articulated manner via an axis of rotation 1583, so that the first receiving area 1580 and the second receiving area 1581 are pivotable relative to one another, and thus the advantages explained above are achieved.
- the closable passage 1614 in the context of the invention provides additional access to the interior 1615, ie to the Lackiermittetaumahme Colour the spray gun cup 1602. Limited is the bottom 1690 by a peripheral bottom collar 1690 A, which is formed so that a collar 1618 of the closable passage 1614 can be easily arranged on the outside 1690B of the bottom 1690.

- a plug 1619 is arranged, with which the closable passage 1614 can be closed.
- the closable passage 1614 is closed in such a way that the inside 1690C of the bottom 1690 forms a substantially planar surface.
- the plug 1619 is shaped so that it does not protrude beyond the bottom inner side 1690C when closing the passage 1614, nor does it lie behind the bottom inner side 1690C.
- the flat surface makes it possible, with a single-walled spray gun cup 1602 placed on the revolving floor collar 1690A, to introduce a stirrer for mixing a two-component enamel into the single-walled spray gun cup 1602, so that mixing of the two-component enamel can advantageously be carried out directly in the single-walled spray gun cup 1602.
- the feature that the plug 1619 forms a planar surface when the passage 1614 is properly sealed to the bottom inside 1690C is also independent of the other features advantageous to the invention. As a result, a color change is greatly simplified, since a paint 1639 can be used much faster if it is mixed directly in the single-walled spray gun cup 1602.
- a spray gun cup lid 1691 is fastened by means of a coupling ring 1692.
