Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum arbeitstaktgerechten Zuführen von Buchblocks, Büchern oder dgl. Druckprodukte (2) zu einer Weiterverarbeitungsmaschinemit einem kontinuierlich angetriebenen Stauförderer (3),mit einer am stromabwärtigen Ende des Stauförderers (3) angeordneten Sperre (5) zur getakteten Freigabe einzelner Druckprodukte (2) undmit einem kontinuierlich angetriebenen, mittels Reibkraft die Druckprodukte (2) transportierenden Weiterförderer (11) zum Weiterfördern der vereinzelten Druckprodukte (2) in eine definierte Übergabestelle (13), aus der die Druckprodukte (2) taktgemäß von einem Einfuhrsystem (17) der Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine übernommen werden,
gekennzeichnetdurch einen im Förderbereich des Weiterförderers (11) angeordneten Sensor (14) zur Erfassung der Vorderkante der Druckprodukte (2) unddurch eine Einfuhrsteuerung (8) zur Auswertung des Sensorsignals und zur Ansteuerung der Sperre (5), wobeieine Differenzzeit ermittelt wird aus der verbleibenden Prozesszeit (vom Eingang des Sensorsignals bis zum Zeitpunkt der Übernahme des Druckproduktes (2) durch das Einfuhrsystem (17)) und der theoretischen Transportzeit bis in die Übergabestelle (13) (gegeben durch die Fördergeschwindigkeit und der noch zurückzulegenden Förderstrecke) und wobeider Zeitpunkt zur Ansteuerung der Sperre (5) im nachfolgenden Fördertakt um die Differenzzeit entsprechend korrigiert wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (14) im stromabwärtigen Endbereich des Weiterförderers (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des Sensors (14) in Förderrichtung der Druckprodukte (2) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einfuhrsystem (17) der Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine von einem taktgemäß intermittierend rotierenden Sternanleger (17) gebildet ist, der die im Wesentlichen flachliegend zugeführten Druckprodukte (2) durch Untergreifen aus der Übergabestelle (13) vom Weiterförderer (11) abhebt und auf den Rücken oder den Vorderschnitt stellt zur Weitergabe an ein Transportsystem der Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Weiterförderer (11) gebildet ist aus einer Vielzahl von parallel zueinander angeordneten Förderriemen (12).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine im stromabwärtigen Endbereich des Stauförderers (3) angeordnete Rückhalteeinrichtung (9,10) zum Erzeugen einer Förderlücke beim Weiterfördern des vordersten Druckproduktes (2).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach einem Maschinenstopp der bis dahin ermittelte Ansteuerzeitpunkt für die Sperre (5) in der Steuerung (8) zurückgesetzt wird, um ihn mit der Auswertung des ersten nach einem Maschinenstopp zugeführten Druckproduktes (2) neu festzulegen.
