Claims (10)
- Dispositif (1) pour transférer des corps d'ouvrage (2, 2') ou des livres sur un tronçon de transport (3), afin de les traiter en cadence dans une machine située en aval, comprenant un dispositif d'amenée (4) pour les corps d'ouvrage (2, 2') qui se suivent et un dispositif d'alimentation cadencée (5) monté en aval du dispositif d'amenée (4) et doté d'un dispositif d'entraînement (10) pour ralentir ou immobiliser et accélérer le corps d'ouvrage (2, 2'), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation cadencée (5) présente une bande transporteuse (9) faisant suite au dispositif d'amenée (4), sur laquelle les corps d'ouvrage (2, 2') transportés posés sur le dos peuvent être amenés vers le dispositif d'entraînement (10) disposé devant l'extrémité de transport de la bande transporteuse (9) et en liaison d'entraînement avec cette dernière, qui agit latéralement sur les corps d'ouvrage (2, 2') pour les faire avancer, et en ce que pour commander le ralentissement ou l'immobilisation d'un corps d'ouvrage (2, 2'), son arête avant par rapport au sens de transport est associée, en un certain point du trajet de transport (3), à un capteur (12) agissant transversalement par rapport au sens de transport (F) et situé dans une zone de transport du dispositif d'entraînement (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un corps d'ouvrage (2) se trouvant dans la position ralentie ou immobilisée dans le dispositif d'entraînement (10) peut être accéléré par un signal déclenché par la machine (30) située en aval.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse du dispositif d'entraînement (10) agissant sur un corps d'ouvrage (2) est supérieure à la vitesse de la bande transporteuse (9) amenant le corps d'ouvrage (2').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport du dispositif d'amenée (4) correspond au moins approximativement à la vitesse de la bande transporteuse (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (10) présente au moins un rouleau d'entraînement placé sur le trajet de transport (3) ou une bande d'entraînement (15, 16) circulant en circuit fermé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (10) présente deux rouleaux d'entraînement (17 à 19 ; 20 à 22) disposés l'un en face de l'autre, le long du trajet de transport (3), qui tournent autour de deux axes verticaux et forment une fente de transport (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement présente deux bandes (15, 16) disposées l'une en face de l'autre, le long du trajet de transport (3), qui circulent chacune autour d'au moins deux rouleaux (17 à 19 ; 20 à 22) et forment une fente de transport (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les brins de transport des bandes d'entraînement (15, 16) qui sont tournés vers un corps d'ouvrage (2, 2') forment une fente de transport (25) se rétrécissant dans le sens de transport (F).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la bande de transport (9) et le dispositif d'entraînement (10) sont reliés par un mécanisme de transmission (28) à un moteur électrique (27).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une commande (31) relie le dispositif d'alimentation cadencée (5) à la machine située en aval pour lui donner la cadence de travail.
