Definitions
- the present invention relates to a bottle carrier according to The preamble of claim 1.
- a bottle carrier is known for example from GB 2 360 028 A and comprises side walls, each at least one row of receiving openings exhibit. Furthermore, the bottle carrier includes a on the side walls adjoining handle portion, having at least one handle opening. The side walls are connected by a floor section, one of which is between The side walls arranged inner wall emanates.
- the in Although GB 2 360 028 A described bottle carrier allows easy insertion and removal of bottles. however the bottle carrier has a relatively weak fixation introduced bottles, especially with regard to Twisting as well as up and down movements of the bottles.
- EP 0 630 825 A2 is a bottle carrier with a one-piece Blank foldable flat material known.
- the bottle carrier has a top wall with at least two rows Retaining holes for bottlenecks, on the two long sides the top wall hinged side walls and one to the other two Longitudinal sides steered bottom wall. To a group of bottles the bottle carrier is cuffed around.
- the top wall of the bottle carrier has between two top wall halves a handle portion, the two side to each a cover half has hinged handle halves, the order its lateral articulation line with respect to its top wall half are pivotable and gegenrgicklappbar.
- EP 0 630 Bottle carrier described 825 A2 has the disadvantage of a elaborate disassembly after use, what its recyclability limits.
- the present invention is based on the object, a Bottle carrier to create, the reusable and space-saving is storable as well as a good fixation introduced Bottles possible.
- the side walls of the bottle carrier resilient are and the inner wall at least a tongue-like End portion having slidably mounted in the handle portion is.
- the inner wall is displaced against each other from handle and bottom section through guided the handle section.
- the elastic Sidewalls by pushing against each other Grip and bottom section stretched, which, for example, in one Change of bending of the side walls about their longitudinal axis can result.
- the inclination of the Receiving openings relative to the longitudinal axis of the bottle carrier introduced bottles. This can be a fixation the bottles in the bottle carrier can be varied as needed, for example, for a removal or a transport of bottles.
- a space-saving storage of the bottle carrier for example by folding the side walls onto the inner wall possible by gripping and bottom section against each other be moved. It can also be a part of the side walls be folded on one half of the bottom section, which can be facilitated by suitably arranged folds can.
- the bottle carrier in one piece from a correspondingly sized carrier layer produced.
- the inner wall has two against each other folded inner wall halves in the area of the tongue-like end portion integrally connected to each other are.
- the bottom section has two halves on, wherein each one half of the bottom portion is in one piece connects to an inner wall half.
- Each one side wall closes in one piece to a Half of the ground section.
- the handle section has two Handle halves, each in one piece to a side wall connect.
- the receiving openings are preferably elliptical or star-shaped.
- Elliptical receiving openings facilitate the Fixation of bottles introduced into the bottle carrier a change in the inclination of the receiving openings relative to respective bottle longitudinal axis.
- Star-shaped receiving openings allow a collection of bottles of different Diameter.
- a mixed form of the two types of intake openings is also possible and is quite a meaningful compromise to the advantages of both types unite.
- a simple production of the receiving openings is possible for example by cutting or punching.
- Bottles can each be in a transition area between the side walls and the bottom section a series of Recesses can be arranged for bottle bottom fixing.
- the handle section can be two folding handle halves have, which designed to include bottle necks are, thereby achieving a further improvement of the fixation becomes.
- the grip portion, the side walls, the bottom portion or the inner wall can be made by injection molding, which a low material consumption in the production due an attributable waste by punching or cutting allows.
- the side walls can the respective wall thickness by injection molding to a desired Spring characteristic to be adapted.
- the bottle carrier shown in Figure 1 has two elastic Side walls 2 on, each with a series of Receiving openings 21 are provided, in which bottles 5 inserted are (see Figure 2).
- the receiving openings 21 are elliptical and allow by a bias of the Side walls 2 a good fixation inserted bottles 5, there the receiving openings 21 relative to the respective bottle longitudinal axes are inclined. In this way, bottles 5 be held in the bottle carrier in the press fit.
- the receiving openings 21 also be star-shaped, around a To accommodate bottles of 5 different diameters.
- the receiving openings 21 can, for example be made by punching or cutting.
- a series of recesses 22 are arranged in a transition region between the side walls 2 and a bottom portion 3 connecting the side walls 2 . These recesses 22 are used for bottle bottom fixation by part of a Bottle bottom can be plugged through a recess 22 and from this is embraced as well as held.
- a handle portion 1 connects, which is provided with a handle opening 11.
- points the handle portion 1 on two hinged handle halves 12, the folded down the necks of the carrier located in the folded state Bottles 5 include (see Figure 2) and thus their Increase fixation in the vehicle.
- the folding serve Handle halves 12 a simple stackability of several Bottle carrier to each other, especially when bottles 5 used which are arched inwards at their bottle bottoms and thus form a receptacle for bottle heads that protrude from a respective adjacent bottle carrier.
- the inner wall 4 goes out, between the side walls 2 is arranged.
- the inner wall 4 has a tongue-like end portion 41 in the handle portion 1 is slidably mounted.
- the inner wall 4 facilitates one hand a one-sided filling of the bottle carrier with Bottles 5 along a row.
- the inner wall serves 4 as a guide element to the handle portion 1 and the Floor section 3 to move against each other, causing the Side walls 2 bent around its longitudinal axis and thus stretched become.
- bracing the side walls 2 takes a Fixation in the bottle carrier bottles 5.
- In reverse Way is done lifting the fixation example for removing bottles 5 by reducing the tension the side walls 2. This is done via a suitable Relative movement between the handle portion 1 and the bottom portion 3, with the direction of movement of the sizing in particular the side walls 2 and the bottom section 3 is dependent.
- the bottle carrier shown in Figures 1 and 2 is in one piece from a carrier layer a few millimeters thick essentially made by folding.
- material is For example, polyethylene suitable.
- the bottle carrier shown unfolded. apparent has the inner wall 4 two against each other to be folded Inner wall halves 42 which in the region of the tongue-like End portion 41 are integrally connected to each other.
- the bottom portion 3 has two halves 31, each one connect in one piece to an inner wall half 42. Each a side wall 2 in turn joins in one piece a half 31 of the bottom portion 3 at. The handle halves 12 of the handle portion 1 then close to each one Sidewall 2 on.
- the side walls 2 of the bottle carrier described here are by a relative displacement of handle portion 1 and bottom portion 2 foldable on the inner wall 4. And that's it possible that a part of the side walls 2 on each one Half 31 of the bottom portion 31 is folded.
- the handle portion 1, the side walls 2, the bottom portion 3 and the inner wall 4th be made by injection molding.
