  • the action of the spring 28 is to expand itself thus forcing the element 29 to move away from the rim 201; this action can be such as to overcome the weight of the door 6 and to make it remain in the opening position B or in any other position that said door can assume between the position A1 and the position B.
  • the spring 28 must be made, that is opportunely dimensioned and calibrated, so as to allow the aforesaid operation of stop of the door 6.
  • the arched cavity 200 belongs to the part 30 and the pin 31 belongs to the part 20 so that it is the arched cavity 200 to slide on the pin 31.
  • the spaces due to the opening of the door are remarkably reduced as compared with the known washing-machines.
  • the front opening of the door determines a space due to the depth of the laundry washing machine and to the dimension of the door. Said space can be very disadvantageous in case of small rooms or structures next to the laundry washing machine.
  • the hinging means 7 can be arranged in various zones along the rim 8 of the front panel 9. In some of them, as visible in Figure 6 , said hinging means 7 allow the door 6 in opening position B to be contained in the lateral profile 300 of the laundry washing machine or also said door not to project as regards the lateral profile 300 of the laundry washing machine 1. In that way it is also possible to reduce lateral spaces taken up by the laundry washing machine 1 to the prejudice of a greater space above.
  • the inventive solution of the door movable upward in order to determine the access to the drum 3 can be used also for washing-machines with inclined tub.

Claims (14)

  1. Appareil électroménager comprenant une chambre intérieure (3) et une structure munie d'un panneau avant (2) pourvu d'une ouverture (5) permettant l'accès à ladite chambre intérieure (3), ledit appareil électroménager (1) comprenant une porte (6) adaptée pour fermer ladite ouverture (5) et un moyen (7) pour articuler la porte (6) sur le rebord (8) de l'ouverture (5), ledit moyen d'articulation (7) étant adapté pour faire passer ladite porte (6) d'une position fermée (A) de ladite ouverture (5) à une position ouverte (B) permettant l'accès à la chambre intérieure (3), ledit appareil électroménager (1) comprenant un moyen permettant l'accouplement (9) de la porte (6) au panneau avant (2) adapté pour coopérer avec ledit moyen d'articulation (7) afin d'assurer la position fermée (A) de ladite porte (6) et pouvant être actionné pour permettre l'ouverture de la porte (6), caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7), après l'actionnement dudit moyen d'accouplement (9), est adapté pour déterminer ladite position ouverte (B) avec le mouvement de ladite porte (6) vers le haut au moyen d'une rotation de la porte (6) à la fois autour d'un axe (P1) parallèle au panneau avant et autour d'un axe (P) transversal à cette même porte (6).
  2. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7) détermine d'abord une rotation de la porte (6) autour dudit axe (P1) parallèle au panneau avant (2) afin de déterminer une position intermédiaire (A1) de ladite porte (6) dans laquelle celle-ci est écartée du profil du panneau avant (2) puis une rotation de la porte (6) autour dudit axe (P) transversal à la même porte (6) afin d'atteindre ladite position ouverte (B).
  3. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite rotation de la porte (6) autour dudit axe (P1) parallèle au panneau avant (2) est limitée par le contact d'une butée d'arrêt (26) dudit moyen d'articulation (7) avec ledit panneau avant (2).
  4. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7) comprend un moyen supplémentaire (40) adapté pour déterminer une rotation de la porte (6) vers le haut autour d'un axe supplémentaire (P) transversal audit axe (P1) parallèle au panneau avant (2) ou transversal à ladite porte (6) afin de déterminer ladite position ouverte (B) de cette même porte (6).
  5. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7) comprend une première partie (20) et une deuxième partie (30), ladite deuxième partie (30) pouvant tourner relativement à ladite première partie (20).
  6. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7) comprend des éléments de fin de course (200, 31) de ladite porte (6) dans la position ouverte (B) et dans la position fermée (A).
  7. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7) comprend une cavité arquée (200) appartenant à l'une desdites première (20) et deuxième (30) parties et un axe (31) appartenant à l'autre desdites première (20) et deuxième (30) parties, ledit axe (31) glissant dans ladite cavité arquée (200) et lesdits éléments de fin de course (200, 31) étant constitués par les extrémités de ladite cavité arquée (200).
  8. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7) comprend des éléments de butée d'arrêt (27) dudit axe (31) dans les positions qu'il peut prendre le long de la cavité arquée (200).
  9. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de butée d'arrêt (27) sont associés audit axe (31), lesdits éléments de butée d'arrêt (27) comprenant un dispositif à ressort (27) adapté pour permettre le verrouillage dudit axe (31) dans les positions qu'il peut prendre le long de la cavité arquée (200) à l'aide de la compression d'un ressort (28) entre le rebord (201) de ladite cavité (200) et un élément de contraste (29) intégré audit axe (31).
  10. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen supplémentaire (40) comprend une articulation sphérique.
  11. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen supplémentaire (40) comprend un axe pouvant tourner dans une cavité cylindre dont l'axe longitudinal est parallèle audit axe supplémentaire (P).
  12. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'articulation (7) est connecté dans une zone du rebord (8) de l'ouverture (5) dudit panneau avant (2) d'une manière telle que ladite porte (6), dans la position ouverte (B), est contenue dans le profil latéral (300) de ladite structure.
  13. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil électroménager est une machine à laver le linge.
  14. Appareil électroménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil électroménager est un sèche-linge.
