Claims (13)
- Anordnung zur justierbaren Positionierung von magnetischen Näherungssensoren, insbesondere für einen Aufzug und ähnliche Anlagen, aufweisend einen Trägerkörper (2), der ausgebildet ist, um mit einem Magnetsensor (3) in Eingriff zu kommen, eine Verbindungseinrichtung (4), die ausgebildet ist, zumindest mit einem Läuferelement (5) gleitend verschieblich in Eingriff zu kommen, eine Befestigungseinrichtung (6), die ausgebildet ist, um mit dem Trägerkörper (2) so zusammenzuarbeiten, dass der Magnetsensor (3) in Position relativ zum Körper (2) verriegelt wird und der Körper (2) am Läuferelement (5) befestigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (4) Nuten (7, 8) aufweist, die in dem Trägerkörper (2) in sich senkrecht zueinander erstreckenden Richtungen vorgesehen sind, so dass das Läuferelement (5) und der Trägerkörper (2) miteinander mittels der Nuten (7, 8) entlang allen Richtungen zu verbinden sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerkörper (2) einen ersten Arm (9) und einen zweiten Arm (10) aufweist, der im Inneren einen Hohlraum (11) definiert, der ausgebildet ist, um in diesem den Magnetsensor (3) lösbar in Eingriff zu bringen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (4) erste Nuten (7) aufweist, die parallel zueinander auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des zweiten Arms (10) vorgesehen sind und sich entlang des Armes (10) über dessen gesamte Länge erstrecken.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder einer Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (9, 10) ausgebildet sind, um mittels der Befestigungseinrichtung (6) fest zusammengespannt zu werden, so dass sie den Sensor (3) einklemmen, um ihn an seinem Ort im Hohlraum (11) in einer vorbestimmten Position zu verriegeln.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder einer Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (6) ein Schraubenelement aufweist, das ausgebildet ist, um mit einer Aufnahme (13) in Eingriff zu kommen, die durch den ersten Arm (9) und den zweiten Arm (10) gemeinsam definiert ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder einer Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (6) ausgebildet sind, um mit dem zweiten Arm (10) in Übereinstimmung mit den Nuten (7) in Eingriff zu kommen, so dass die ersten Nuten (7) verformt werden, wodurch der Trägerkörper (2) in einer vorbestimmten Position entlang des Läuferelementes (5) verriegelt wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (4) zweite Nuten (8) aufweist, die auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des Trägerkörpers (2) vorgesehen sind, wobei sich die zweiten Nuten (8) in einer Richtung erstrecken, die senkrecht zu der Richtung ist, in der sich die ersten Nuten (7) erstrecken.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Nuten (8) einen ersten Abschnitt aufweisen, der entlang des ersten Arms (9) vorgesehen ist, und einen zweiten Arm, der entlang des zweiten Armes (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8 oder einer Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (6) ausgebildet sind, um die Umrisse des ersten und des zweiten Abschnittes der zweiten Nuten (8) zu verformen, um den Trägerkörper (2) relativ zum Läuferelement (5) in einer vorbestimmten Position entlang des Läuferelementes (5) zu verriegeln.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder einer Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerkörper (2) mit zwei Läuferelementen (5) verbunden werden kann, die senkrecht relativ zueinander entlang der ersten und der zweiten Nuten (7, 8) angeordnet sind, wobei der Trägerkörper (2) als Eckverbindungselement zwischen den zwei mit ihm verbundenen Läuferelementen (5) fungiert.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder eine Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (6) ausgebildet sind, um mit dem Trägerkörper (2) über die Schraubenaufnahme (13) zusammenzuarbeiten, um zu ermöglichen, dass der Magnetsensor (3) am Trägerkörper (2) befestigt wird und der Trägerkörper (2) an den zwei senkrecht angeordneten Läuferelementen (5) befestigt wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder einer Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Trägerkörpern (2) mittels der ersten und zweiten Nuten (7, 8) mit den zwei senkrecht angeordneten Läuferelementen (5) verbunden werden können, um eine Struktur zum Positionieren von Magnetsensoren (3) bereitzustellen, die eine Mehrzahl von Läuferelementen (5) beinhaltet.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder einer Kombination aus diesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnetsensoren (3), die mit den jeweiligen Trägerkörpern (2) verbunden werden können, entlang jedem einzelnen der Läuferelemente (5) ausgerichtet werden, und zwar ungeachtet der Nuten (7, 8), die tatsächlich verwendet werden, um die Trägerkörper (2) mit den jeweiligen Läuferelementen (5) zu verbinden.
