Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer kombinierten Piezo-/Leuchtfolie für den Einsatz als Betätigungselement insbesondere in Fahrzeugen, umfassend die Schritte:Bereitstellen eines folienartigen Trägermaterials (1) ;Aufbringen eines piezoelektrischen Lacks (2) auf das Trägermaterial zumindest in einem ersten Teilbereich (A1, A2), um in dem ersten Teilbereich eine piezoelektrische Schaltfläche auszubilden;Aufbringen eines Leuchtlacks (3) auf das Trägermaterial in zumindest einem zweiten Teilbereich (B1, B2), um die Schaltfläche in dem zweiten Teilbereich beleuchten zu können;Abdecken zumindest des ersten und zweiten Teilbereichs mit einer Deckschicht (4), die mit dem Trägermaterial verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der piezoelektrische Lack (2) und/oder der Leuchtlack (3) mittels eines Siebdruckverfahrens auf das Trägermaterial (1) aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem sich der erste (A1, A2) und der zweite (B1, B2) Teilbereich zumindest bereichsweise überlappen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem ferner zwischen dem Aufbringen des piezoelektrischen Lacks (2) und des Leuchtlacks (3) eine elektrisch isolierende Schicht (6) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem der piezoelektrische Lack (2) und der Leuchtlack (3) direkt auf dem Trägermaterial (1) aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Schritt Aufbringen eines piezoelektrischen Lacks (2) auf das Trägermaterial (1) in dem ersten Teilbereich (A1, A2) jeweils mit Zwischenschalten einer isolierenden Schicht in dem ersten Teilbereich (A1, A2) wenigstens einmal wiederholt wird, so dass in dem ersten Teilbereich ein Verbund übereinanderangeordneter Schichten aus piezoelektrischem Lack und isolierenden Schichten entsteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem vor und nach dem Schritt Aufbringen eines Leuchtlacks, eine leitfähige Schicht in dem zweiten Teilbereich aufgebracht wird, so dass in dem zweiten Teilbereich ein Verbund übereinander angeordneter Schichten aus Leuchtlack und leitfähigem Material entsteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Deckschicht (4) zumindest in dem zweiten Teilbereich (B1, B2) lichtdurchlässig ist.
- Betätigungselement insbesondere für Fahrzeuge, mit einer nach dem Verfahren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche kombinierten Piezo-/Leuchtfolie und einer dem Trägermaterial (1) entgegengesetzt auf der Seite der Deckschicht (4) angeordneten Dekorfläche.
- Betätigungselement nach Anspruch 9, bei dem die kombinierte Piezo-/Leuchtfolie nur einen Kabelabgang aufweist.
- Betätigungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, bei dem wenigstens zwei Schaltflächen in der Piezo-/Leuchtfolie ausgebildet sind.
