Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hearing aid with a housing, having at least one opening, and one Protective device, which is arranged in or at the opening, to prevent the entry of dirt into the opening and / or to facilitate the cleaning of the opening.
- Hearing aids are in daily use of various substances exposed to the dirt in the equipment and especially in the converters of the devices. Such Substances are especially sweat and cerumen.
- the document DE 102 19 679 A1 describes a hearing aid or hearing aid parts for use in the ear canal and / or the pinna of a wearer.
- the hearing aid or the Hearing aid part is with a biofilm-inhibiting coating Mistake. This is to be effected on the hearing aid or the hearing aid part, a coating of cerumen is formed.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to to propose a hearing aid that provides improved protection against Contaminants.
- a hearing aid with a housing having at least one opening, and a protective device, which is arranged in or at the opening is to prevent the ingress of dirt into the opening complicate and / or facilitate the cleaning of the opening, wherein arranged in the at least one opening a cone whose tip is in the interior of the hearing aid housing shows.
- the opening is especially in front of large Cerumenpumblen protected.
- the housing and / or the protective device coated with a protective layer, the cerumen and / or Sweat-repellent is.
- This can be the main accumulating, polluting substances not in the hearing aid openings attach.
- the protective layer may also be a layer that made with chemical nanotechnology and hydrophobic or oleophobic properties. This has the advantage that the geometry of the opening or the protective device not affected by the coating, as the layer thickness lies in the nano range.
- the protective layer can have antibacterial properties exhibit. This can be done in particular by storages of Silver ions are guaranteed. This can cause the ear canal and the eardrum better protected against inflammation.
- the protective device in the form of the opening itself.
- the cross section of the opening from the housing outer wall to the Remove housing inner wall. This ensures that contaminants, which get into the opening, easily removed can be.
- the at least one opening may be a sound outlet, a Sound inlet or a ventilation duct. This is to symbolize be that basically every opening of a hearing aid protected by the said technology.
- the hearing aid according to the invention can be an IdO or a BTE device be.
- the protective device is immediate in the case of the IT device arranged on the hearing aid housing, while the BTE device the protective device in the earmold or at the opening is appropriate.
- any opening of any hearing aid be protected by the inventive technique.
- a bore B is provided in the housing G of a hearing aid.
- a transducer W e.g. a listener or microphone
- a damping ring D between the bore inner wall and the cylindrical part of the Converter W, which projects into the hole B.
- the opening cross-section of the damping ring D starts from the front side of the transducer W to the outside or top conical to.
- Kegel K On the outside of the hole centric a cone K is attached, which held by means of supports S in this position is, as shown in particular FIG 2 can be seen.
- the Kegel K is integrally connected to the housing G and provides in addition, the one injection molded part Cone K protrude to a part in the transducer W.
- the angle of the cone K is designed so that in interaction with the opening angle of the damping ring D of the entire Opening cross-section of the transducer W toward reduced. In order to Pollution particles that get into the opening can easily removed again. Acoustically, the cone K has no Influence, since the entire cross section of the opening in the axial direction of the opening remains approximately the same. Rather, it is the opening cross-section is large enough at all axial points, that the incoming and outgoing sound waves unhindered can pass through.
- the housing G and the as Guard cone K, which are integral with each other are formed, with a dirt-repellent protective layer coated.
- This protective layer is characterized by that the adhesion forces to dirt particles relatively are low. Therefore, this can affect many other materials strongly adhering cerumen to this protective layer hardly attach. The same applies, for example, to Sweat. Those particles that still stick to the coated one Housing or the protective device attach, can usually removed by tapping.
- damping ring D or other components such as the transducer W can be provided with the protective layer be. This can also affect these components Apply dirt particles less strongly.
