Claims (7)

  1. Vertikale Beutelmaschine zum Herstellen von Beuteln aus Kunststofffolie, aufweisend ein Rohr (12) mit einem im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen oder ovalen Zufuhrabschnitt für das Produkt, um den ein Schlauch aus Kunststofffolie geformt und von oben nach unten geführt wird, ein Führungsmittel (16), das am unteren Ende des Zufuhrrohrs (12) angeordnet ist, um dem Schlauch aus Kunststofffolie einen rechteckigen Querschnitt zu geben und ein quer liegendes Verschließmittel (27) für den Schlauch aus Kunststofffolie, das dem unteren Ende des Zufuhrrohrs (12) nachgeschaltet angeordnet ist, um eine Folge von geschlossenen Beuteln, die das zugeführte Produkt enthalten, zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang dem Zufuhrrohr (12) mit einem im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen oder ovalen Querschnitt Mittel vorgesehen sind, um entlang dem Schlauch aus Kunststofffolie längs verschlossene Falten zu bilden, dass die Mittel zum Bilden der längs verschlossenen Falten aus Falteinheiten (29, 30, 31, 60, 61) zum Längsfalten der Kunststofffolie gebildet sind, gefolgt von Verschließeinheiten (40, 41) zum Verschließen der Längsfalten (51), die durch die Falteinheiten (29, 30, 31, 60, 61) auf dem Schlauch aus Kunststofffolie gebildet worden sind, und dass das Führungsmittel (16) am unteren Ende des Zufuhrrohrs (12) ein unteres Ende aufweist, welches den rechteckigen Querschnitt definiert, dessen Ecken korrespondierend mit den Längsverschlüssen, die durch die Verschließeinheiten (40, 41) auf dem Schlauch aus Kunststofffolie gemacht wurden, angeordnet sind.
  2. Beutelmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel, das dem Schlauch aus Folie eine rechteckige Form verleiht, ein Paar Führungen (16) aufweist, die sich gegenüber dem unteren Ende (15) des Zufuhrrohrs nach unten erstrecken.
  3. Beutelmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Führung (16) eine Wand aufweist, deren Teil am unteren Ende eine kurze Seite des offenbarten Rechtecks vom Abschnitt des Schlauchs aus Folie im Moment des Querverschließens definiert.
  4. Beutelmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Faltmittel zwei Falteinheiten aufweist, wobei jede Falteinheit ein Paar Längsrippen (31), die an dem Zufuhrrohr (12) befestigt sind, einen Führungskörper (29), der zwischen den beiden Rippen (31) angeordnet ist und ein Paar Längsklappen (30), die in Relation zu den Rippen (31) lateral angeordnet sind, aufweist, wobei der Führungskörper und die Klappen an einer Tragestruktur befestigt sind und mit den Rippen (31) einen dünnen Spalt definieren, der durch die Bahn des Kunststoffschlauchs zur Bildung eines Paars vorstehender Falten durchquert wird.
  5. Beutelmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Falteinheiten in Relation zu dem Zufuhrrohr (12) diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
  6. Beutelmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verschließen der Falten zwei Verschließeinheiten (40, 41) aufweist, wobei jede Verschließeinheit einen Gegenkörper (23), der unterhalb des Führungskörpers (29) einer Falteinheit angeordnet ist, und ein Paar vertikaler Verschließflügel (22), die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gegenkörpers angeordnet sind, aufweist, wobei jeder Flügel (22) geeignet ist, um in Kooperation mit einer vertikalen Seite des Gegenkörpers (23) eine vorgeformte Falte zusammenzudrücken.
  7. Beutelmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese ein Führungsprofil (14) nahe des oberen Endes des Zufuhrrohrs aufweist, um beginnend mit der kontinuierlichen Zufuhr von Folienbahn um das Letztere den Schlauch aus Folie zu bilden, wobei das Faltmittel auf der Höhe des Führungsprofils (14) angeordnet ist.
