Claims (12)

  1. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER, das einen Montage- und Demontagebausatz für Metallgeländer (1) umfasst, bestehend aus einem aus Warmwalzprofilen aufgebauten armierten geflochtenen Maschenaufbau (7), dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET, dass die Warmwalzprofile von einem oberen Längsbarren (6) und einem, parallel zum vorherigen, unteren Traufbalken (8) umrahmt und seitlich durch jeweilige senkrechte Streben (9) begrenzt sind, die einen unteren Ansatz (12) mit Mitteln (13) um an Verankerungsfüßen (14) -auf einem Fußblock oder darin gelagerte- befestigt zu werden aufweist, wobei demontierbare und teilweise demontierbare Alternativen der Handläufe der Geländer (1) erlaubt werden, die folgendes umfassen: eine Version mit integriertem Handlauf (4), eine andere Version mit durchgehendem Handlauf (10) und eine andere Alternative mit einem für Behinderte geeignetem Handlauf; sowie verschiedene Befestigungsmittel (12-14) und Halteglieder (11-11a).
  2. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die horizontalen Rahmenmittel des Maschengeflechtes (7) des Geländers (1) des Bausatzes dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass das obere Mittel ein solider Flachbarren (6) ist und der untere Traufbalken ein mit nach unten zeigender Abdachung (18) montiertes Eckprofil (8) ist und an jedem Ende sowie auf dem Scheitelbereich des Profiles (8) Teilauskehlungen (17) zur Abführung von Gasen und Flüssigkeiten aufweist.
  3. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Variante mit integriertem Handlauf (4) dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET ist, dass dieser durch ein in Längsrichtung an eine senkrechte Rippe (5) geschweißtes solides halbrundes Profil aufgebaut ist, wobei eine T-förmige Anordnung mit einer Abführungskammer in den Enden des Handlaufes (4) gebildet wird, wo die Halterung oder die Kopplung an das obere Ende der Streben (9) erfolgt.
  4. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER, gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Variante mit durchgehendem Handlauf und die Variante mit dem auf halber Höhe montierten Behindertenhandlauf (10) dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass sie durch einen soliden zylindrischen Barren (10) aufgebaut sind, der auf einfachen auf den Enden angeordneten Halterungen (11) und auf doppelten auf zwischenliegenden Punkten angeordneten und an die oberen Abstützungspunkten der Streben (9) angepassten Halterungen (11a) montiert ist.
  5. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei diese Halterungen auf den Streben (9) der Variante mit integriertem Handlauf (4) und der Variante mit durchgehendem Handlauf (10) dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass sie durch einen viereckigen Kamm (15) aufgebaut sind, der bogenförmige konvexe an das halbrunde Profil des Handlaufes (4) anpassbare Seiten (16) aufweist, und seitliche Abstützungen (16a) für die Kanten derselben bilden, wobei sich eine zwischen dem Bogen des Profils und der oberen Basis des Kammes (15) als Lüftungs- und Abführungskammer agierende konkave Öffnung (15a) befindet.
  6. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß Ansprüchen 4 y 5, wobei in der Variante mit durchgehendem Handlauf (10) diese auf solche Abstützungen (15) montierten Halterungen (11) und (11a) dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass sie einen prismatischen Körper (31) mit einer senkrechten Aufnahme (34) mit an den viereckigen Kamm (15) anpassbaren Abschnitt aufweisen, um konvexe bogenförmige Seiten (35) bereitzustellen und der an einem Ende der einfachen Halterung (11) Ansätze (32) und an der Doppelhalterung (11a) Ansätze (32) und (32a) umfasst, die einen Querschnitt mit konvexer bogenförmiger Wanne (33) aufweisen, die an die konkave Basis (15a) der Abstützung (15) des Ständers (9) anpassbar sind, wobei Ansätze (32) und (32a) versenkte Bohrungen (36) für den Einlass von langen Arretierbolzen des Handlaufes (10) aufweisen.
  7. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß dem Bausatz des Anspruches 1, wobei die unteren Ansätze (12) der Streben (9) der Geländer (1) dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass sie einen Satz Bohrungen (13) für die Montage durch genietete Arretierungverschlüsse (39) an den Stützfüßen (14) aufweisen.
  8. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß dem Bausatz der Ansprüche 1 y 7, wobei die Stützfüße (14) dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass sie Stützfüße (14) zur komplett abmontierbaren Befestigung am Fußblock (14a bis 14e) aufweisen; abmontierbare Stützfüße an der geschmiedeten Kante (14f bis 14h); und im Fußblock (14i bis 14m) gelagerte befestigte Stützfüße.
  9. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß Anspruch 8 und je nach ihrer Anwendung, wobei die Stützfüße (14) dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass:
    In der Variante der am Fußblock abmontierbaren Befestigung sind sie aus einem senkrechten prismatischen Bauteil (19) und einem rechtwinkligen zum Prisma (19) und mit Bohrlöcher versehenen (23) flachen länglichen Sockel (24) aufgebaut, zur Befestigung an den Streben (9) und an den Bohrlöchern (26) zur Befestigung am Fußblock oder an der geschmiedeten Kante;
    • In der Variante der an der geschmiedeten Kante abmontierbaren Befestigung weist er die gleiche senkrechte prismatische Stange (19) auf, aber mit einem zu diesem tangentialem Sockel (27) und mit polygonaler Form;
    • In der Variante der im Fußblock gelagerten Befestigung weist er die gleiche prismatische Stange (19) auf, einen dazwischenliegenden Sockelanschlag (30) und einen unteren ebenfalls prismatischen Ansatz (28) mit seitlichen Klemmen (29) zum Festklemmen in die Pflastermasse.
  10. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß Ansprüchen 8 und 9, in Bezug auf seine besondere und unabhängige Funktion, wobei die abmontierbaren Stützfüße (14) auf dem Fußblock, und am Fußblock befestigte oder gelagerte Stützfüße dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass sie folgendes umfassen:
    • Verbindungsfuß (14a) und (14i) für zwei aufeinanderfolgende Geländerkörper, eine regelmäßige senkrechte prismatische Stange (19).
    • Verbindungsfuß (14b) und (14j) am Ende des Abschnittes, wie der vorherige, aber mit einer Abschrägung (22) auf dem oberen Ende mit von der Montageebene nach außen zeigender Neigung.
    • Verbindungsfuß (14c) und (14k) zwischen zwei Geländerkörper, die einen 90° Winkel bilden, der aus zwei eckigen prismatischen Stangen (19) und (20) besteht.
    • Verbindungsfuß (14d) y (141) zwischen zwei Geländerkörper, die einen Winkel größer als 2° und weniger als 49° bilden, der aus einer viereckigen regelmäßigen senkrechten prismatischen Stange besteht.
    • Verbindungsfuß (14e) und (14m) zwischen zwei Geländerkörper, der einen maximal 35° geneigten Sockel (25) aufweist, um auf eine geneigten Abschnitt montiert zu werden.
  11. DEMONTIERBARES MODULARES URBANES GELÄNDER gemäß Ansprüchen 8 y 9, in Bezug auf seine besondere und unabhängige Funktion, wobei die teilweise demontierbaren Stützfüße (14) zur Befestigung an der geschmiedeten Kante dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET sind, dass sie folgendes umfassen:
    • Verbindungsfuß (14f) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Geländerkörper (1), eine regelmäßige prismatische Stange (19) und auf der seitlichen Kante einen unregelmäßigen tangentialen hexagonalen Sockel (27).
    • Kantenfuß (14g) am Ende des Abschnittes am rechten Ende, gleich wie der vorherige, der am oberen Ende eine nach rechts geneigte Abschrägung (22) aufweist.
    • Kantenfuß (14h) am Ende des Abschnittes am linken Ende, gleich wie der vorherige, der am oberen Ende eine nach links geneigte Abschrägung (22) aufweist.
  12.
