Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est un objet (1) d'ornementation funéraire caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un réceptacle (4), adapté pour recevoir des objets souvenirs, en matériau combustible et, recouvert d'une couche d'aspect à motifs personnalisés. Le réceptacle est notamment constitué d'une boîte en deux parties emboîtables, l'objet d'ornementation comportant un dispositif support (8) adapté à maintenir la boîte dans un plan incliné par rapport à l'horizontale.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne un objet d'ornementation funéraire incinérable.
  • Les participants aux cérémonies funéraires souhaitant honorer la personne défunte prévoient pour les cérémonies d'enterrement des plaques en pierre comme des plaques en marbre ou autres objets commémoratifs sur lesquels sont gravées des inscriptions à la mémoire du défunt ou sont placées des photos ou objets funéraires tels que des croix, des fleurs sculptées dans des métaux ou autres matériaux. Ces objets commémoratifs sont déposés autour du cercueil du défunt et sont ensuite déposés sur la tombe du défunt ou dans le caveau le recevant.
  • Pour les cérémonies funéraires suivies d'une crémation, les objets commémoratifs traditionnels ne peuvent être utilisés, ces derniers ne pouvant accompagner le cercueil et le défunt lors de la crémation.
  • La présente invention concerne des objets d'ornementation funéraire d'un aspect rappelant les objets funéraires traditionnels massifs tels que les plaques en pierre aptes à accompagner le défunt et à être incinérés avec le défunt.
  • La présente invention concerne en outre un objet d'ornementation funéraire apte à recevoir des objets tels que marques d'estime, témoignages tels que photos ou écrits destinés à accompagner le défunt.
  • Pour ce faire la présente invention concerne principalement un objet d'ornementation funéraire caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un réceptacle, adapté pour recevoir des objets souvenirs, en matériau combustible et recouvert d'une couche d'aspect à motifs personnalisés.
  • Pour son positionnement lors de la cérémonie, l'objet d'ornementation selon l'invention comprend notamment une boîte en deux parties emboîtables et un dispositif support adapté à maintenir la boîte dans un plan incliné par rapport à l'horizontale.
  • Plus particulièrement l'objet d'ornementation constitue un réceptacle pour des témoignages ou souvenirs et une première partie de la boîte comprend un couvercle et quatre premiers côtés, une seconde partie de la boîte comprend un fond et quatre second côtés et en ce que les quatre premiers côtés s'emboîtent autour des quatre seconds côtés.
  • En réalisation préférentielle protégeant contre une ouverture intempestive de la boîte une fois fermée, les quatre premiers côtés du couvercle sont dimensionnés pour venir bord à bord avec le fond.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le dispositif support comprend un socle en matériau combustible pourvu d'une découpe de réception d'une arête ou d'un coin du réceptacle.
  • La découpe est avantageusement prolongée dans le socle par des flancs de retenue du réceptacle en position inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale.
  • Plus particulièrement, le socle est lui même constitué d'une boîte en deux parties emboîtables et de dimensions telles qu'il puisse être stocké avant usage dans le réceptacle.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation alternatif, le dispositif support comporte un une jambe d'appui pourvue d'une extrémité articulée reliée au fond du réceptacle et une extrémité libre d'appui sur une surface recevant le réceptacle.
  • La couche d'aspect peut notamment reproduire un matériau minéral et être un papier de recouvrement imprimable.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention seront mieux compris à la lecture de la description qui va suivre d'un exemple de réalisation non limitatif de l'invention en référence aux figures qui représentent:
    • En figures 1A, 1B, 1C: une vue en perspectives de trois exemples d'un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention;
    • en figures 2A, 2B: des vues en perspectives de l'exemple de réalisation de la figure 1A en cours de montage;
    • en figure 3: un dispositif support du premier mode de réalisation de l'invention,
    • en figure 4: le réceptacle de l'exemple de la figure 1A,
    • en figure 5: une vue arrière en perspective d'un second mode de réalisation de l'invention.
    • Les figures 1A, 1B, 1C représentent un premier exemple de réalisation de l'objet 1, 2 d'ornementation funéraire selon l'invention. Cet objet est destiné à recevoir des témoignages ou souvenirs destinés à accompagner le défunt et pour ce faire comporte un réceptacle 3, 4, adapté pour recevoir les objets souvenirs.
  • Le réceptacle 3 ou 4 est représenté ouvert en figure 4 et est constitué d'une boîte en deux parties emboîtables 6, 7. Une première partie 6 de la boîte comprend un couvercle 6a et quatre premiers côtés 6b, une seconde partie de la boîte comprend un fond 7a et quatre seconds côtés 7b, les quatre premiers côtés (6b) s'emboîtant autour des quatre seconds côtés (7b) pour refermer la boîte et masquer les témoignages ou souvenirs enfermés dans le réceptacle.
  • Pour éviter que la boîte ne s'ouvre intempestivement, la boîte une fois fermée, les quatre premiers côtés 6b sont dimensionnés pour venir bord à bord avec le fond 7a en donnant à la hauteur intérieure des quatre premiers côtés une hauteur H2 égale à la hauteur extérieure des quatre seconds côtés.
  • Cette disposition permet aussi de rendre malaisée une tentative d'indiscrétion d'un tiers souhaitant ouvrir la boîte.
  • En complément, le réceptacle peut bien entendu comporter des moyens tels que des zones de collage pour parfaire la confidentialité du contenu.
  • L'objet selon l'invention est destiné à être posé sur le cercueil du défunt ou sur une surface support autour du cercueil. Pour permettre une exposition de l'objet d'ornementation, celui-ci comporte un dispositif support 8, 10 adapté à maintenir la boîte dans un plan incliné par rapport à l'horizontale.
  • Selon l'exemples des figures 1 à 3, le dispositif support comprend un socle 8 en matériau combustible pourvu d'une découpe 9 de réception d'une arête du réceptacle 3 comme représenté en figures 1A et 1C ou d'un coin du réceptacle 3 comme représenté en figure 1B.
  • Plusieurs dimensions sont possibles et plusieurs inclinaisons ou positionnement sont réalisables selon ce mode de réalisation de l'invention
  • Selon la figure 3 la découpe 9 est prolongée dans le socle 8 par des flancs 9a de retenue du réceptacle 3 en position inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale, cette position permettant d'exposer le réceptacle sur lequel a été imprimé un motif 12 ou une inscription souvenir personnalisée.
  • Le socle 8 est lui même constitué d'une boîte en deux parties 8a, 8b emboîtables et préférablement de dimensions telles qu'il puisse être stocké avant usage dans le réceptacle 3. En particulier, la hauteur des flancs du socle peut être légèrement supérieurs à la hauteur H1 de façon à permettre une ouverture facile du réceptacle pour en retirer le socle.
  • Un mode de réalisation alternatif du dispositif support est représenté en figure 5 selon laquelle le dispositif support comporte au moins une jambe d'appui 10 (deux selon l'exemple) pourvue d'un côté 11 articulé sur le fond du réceptacle. Cette jambe d'appui peut en particulier être munie d'un côté 12 libre d'appui sur une surface de réception du réceptacle, le cercueil ou un support du cercueil.
  • Dans l'exemple représenté, les deux jambes d'appui 11 sont repliées perpendiculairement au fond et maintiennent le réceptacle selon un angle proche de la verticale
  • Une des caractéristiques de l'objet d'ornementation selon l'invention est d'être réalisé en matériau combustible si possible ne dégageant pas ou très peu de produits toxiques lors de sa combustion et laissant très peu de résidus après combustion. Un matériau utilisable dans ce contexte est le carton. Dans le cadre de la solennité de la cérémonie à laquelle est destiné l'objet selon l'invention, il y a lieu de donner à cet objet un aspect noble et en particulier, pour ce faire, l'objet est recouvert d'une couche 5 d'aspect à motifs personnalisés et notamment reproduisant l'aspect d'un matériau minéral tel que le marbre ou le granit.
  • La couche d'aspect est en particulier une feuille de papier de recouvrement imprimée avec un décor reproduisant les motifs et le veinage du minéral choisi et traitée pour en rendre non seulement les couleurs mais aussi l'aspect visuel tel que le grain et la luminosité du minéral.
  • Sur cette couche d'aspect, des mentions ou dessins particuliers peuvent en outre être sur-imprimés ou déposés à la demande notamment pour s'approcher au plus près d'un objet d'ornementation traditionnel en pierre tel qu'il s'en trouve dans les cimetières.

Claims (9)

  1. Objet (1, 2) d'ornementation funéraire comportant un réceptacle (3, 4), adapté pour recevoir des objets souvenirs, en matériau combustible caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (3, 4), recouvert d'une couche (5) d'aspect à motifs personnalisés, est constitué d'une boîte en deux parties emboîtables (6, 7), l'objet d'ornementation comportant un dispositif support (8, 10) adapté à maintenir la boîte dans un plan incliné par rapport à l'horizontale.
  2. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une première partie (6) de la boîte comprend un couvercle (6a) et quatre premiers côtés (6b), une seconde partie de la boîte comprend un fond (7a) et quatre seconds côtés (7b) et en ce que les quatre premiers côtés (6b) s'emboîtent autour des quatre seconds côtés (7b).
  3. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que, la boîte une fois fermée, les quatre premiers côtés (6b) sont dimensionnés pour venir bord à bord avec le fond (7a).
  4. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le dispositif support comprend un socle (8) en matériau combustible pourvu d'une découpe (9) de réception d'une arête ou d'un coin du réceptacle (3).
  5. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que la découpe (9) est prolongée dans le socle (8) par des flancs (9a) de retenue du réceptacle (3) en position inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale.
  6. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon la revendication 4 ou 5 caractérisé en ce que le socle (8) est lui même constitué d'une boîte en deux parties (8a, 8b) emboîtables et de dimensions telles qu'il puisse être stocké avant usage dans le réceptacle (3).
  7. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif support comporte au moins une jambe d'appui (10) pourvue d'un côté (11) articulé reliée au fond du réceptacle et un côté libre (12) d'appui sur une surface de réception du réceptacle.
  8. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la couche d'aspect (5) reproduit un matériau minéral.
  9. Objet d'ornementation funéraire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la couche d'aspect (5) est un papier de recouvrement imprimé.
