Description

Innenschuh für Sportschuhe, insbesondere Skischuhe
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Innenschuh für Sportschuhe, insbesondere Skischuhe, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
Bei den herkömmlichen Innenschuhen für Skischuhe ist die Schuhsohle zumindest im Fersenbereich leicht nach oben gezogen, was den Nachteil hat, dass beim Ein- und Ausbau des Innenschuhes in die harte Skischuhschale durch den nach oben gezogenen Fersenbereich der Schuhsohle Angriffsflächen entstehen, welche zum Ablösen der Innenschuhsohle führen können.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, solche und ähnliche Verschleißeigenschaften zu vermeiden.
Diese Maßnahme wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass im Fersenbereich eine mit der Schuhsohle abschließende Kappe befestigt ist.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist die Kappe auf die Außenfläche des Innenschuhes aufgeklebt.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung besteht die Kappe aus Kunststoff.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in welcher ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt ist.
Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Innenschuhes;
Fig. 2 eine Druntersicht desselben; und
Fig. 3 einen mittigen Längsschnitt im Bereich der Sohle.
In den Fig. bezeichnet 1 den Innenschuh, welcher im Fersenbe- reich eine Kunststoffkappe 2 besitzt, die auf die Außenfläche 3 des Innenschuhes 1 aufgeklebt ist. Die Schuhsohle 4 ist leicht nach oben gezogen und im Fersenbereich mit einem Ausschnitt 5 versehen, in welchem die Kunststoffkappe 2 eingesetzt ist, so dass diese mit der Schuhsohle 4 abschließt und auch mit dem hochgezogenen Teil 6 der Schuhsohle 4 bündig abschließt.
Selbstverständlich können im Rahmen der Erfindung verschiedenen konstruktive Änderungen vorgenommen werden. So besteht die Möglichkeit, die Kappe aus einem anderen geeigneten Material als Kunststoff herzustellen. Weiters ist auch die Befestigung der Kappe am Innenschuh dem Ermessen des Erzeugers überlassen.

Claims

Patentansprüche :
1. Innenschuh für Sportschuhe, insbesondere Skischuhe, welcher einen Oberteil und eine Schuhsohle aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenschuh (1) im Fersenbereich eine Kunststoffkappe (2) besitzt, die auf der Außenfläche (3) des Innenschuhes (1) befestigt ist und mit der Schuhsohle (4) bündig abschließt.
2. Innenschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffkappe (2) auf die Außenfläche (3) des Innenschuhes (1) aufgeklebt ist.

Innenschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schuhsohle (4) ausgenommen des Fersenbereiches über die Außenfläche (3) des Innenschuhes (1) um ein geringes Maß beispielsweise 3 mm nach oben gezogen ist und im Fersenbereich einen Ausschnit (5) besitzt, in welchem die Kunststoffkappe (2) eingesetzt ist.
4. Innenschuh nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffkappe (2) mit dem hochgezogenen Teil (6) der Schuhsohle (4) bündig abschließt.
