Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Überführen einer vorzugsweise über einen Teilbereich einer Wickelwalze (5) laufenden Faserstoffbahn (2) auf einen mit der Wickelwalze (5) einen neuen Wickelspalt (N) bildenden neuen Wickelkern (3.2), wobei in mindestens einem Bereich der Faserstoffbahn (2) mindestens ein Überführstreifen (10) mittels mindestens einer vor dem neuen Wickelspalt (N) in Laufrichtung (L) der Faserstoffbahn (2) angeordneten Trenneinrichtung (9) ausgebildet wird.
Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zwischen dem Überführstreifen (10) und dem restlichen Bereich (b) der Faserstoffbahn (2) herrschender Zugspannungsunterschied begrenzt wird.
Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin zumindest eine Wickelmaschine (1) zur Durchführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.
