Claims (12)
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie pour un véhicule de combat, en particulier un char de combat, comprenant un couvercle de trappe, pour l'agencement au-dessus du bord supérieur d'une ouverture de trappe et qui peut coulisser pour l'ouverture et la fermeture parallèlement au plan de l'ouverture de trappe au moyen d'un dispositif d'actionnement, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle de trappe (3.1 - 3.2) est disposé dans la position complètement ouverte à l'intérieur d'un boîtier de protection (4) doté d'un couvercle (4.1) et relié de façon fixe au véhicule et en ce que le couvercle de trappe est constitué de deux parties disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre avec un contour extérieur sensiblement identique, c'est-à-dire une partie inférieure (3.1), qui est guidée dans des guides linéaires (11.1 - 11.2), peut coulisser au moyen du dispositif d'actionnement (5 - 5.1 - 5.2) et ferme de façon étanche l'ouverture de trappe (2) dans l'état fermé, et une partie supérieure (3.2), qui peut coulisser en même temps que la partie inférieure (3.1), et des moyens (6.1 - 6.5) pour le soulèvement de la partie supérieure (3.2) dans l'état fermé ou pendant le mouvement de fermeture à partir d'une position reposant sur la partie inférieure (3.1), pendant lesquels la partie inférieure (3.1) et la partie supérieure (3.2) rentrent ensemble dans le boîtier de protection (4), dans une position élevée, dans laquelle la hauteur globale du couvercle de trappe est supérieure à la hauteur intérieure du boîtier de protection (4).
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour le soulèvement de la partie supérieure (3.2) présentent au moins un chanfrein d'entrée (6.1) relié au véhicule, sur lequel au moins un galet de guidage (6.2) disposé sur l'extrémité avant de la partie supérieure arrive après une section prédéfinie du mouvement d'ouverture, pour le soulèvement de l'extrémité avant et au moins une tringle (6.3) reliant l'extrémité arrière de la partie supérieure de manière articulée à l'extrémité arrière de la partie inférieure (3.1) pour le soulèvement de l'extrémité arrière de la partie supérieure (3.2).
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que entre la partie supérieure (3.2) et la partie inférieure (3.1) du couvercle de trappe est disposé au moins un ressort de traction (6.4) pour générer une tension préliminaire lors du soulèvement de la partie supérieure (3.2).
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que sur l'extrémité avant du couvercle (4.1) du boîtier de protection (4) est disposé au moins un élément de soutien (6.5) pour le soutien de l'extrémité arrière de la partie supérieure (3.2) du couvercle de trappe dans la position élevée.
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement de fermeture du couvercle de trappe est limité par au moins une butée disposée dans la trajectoire de la partie inférieure (3.1) et/ou de la partie supérieure (3.2).
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au-dessous d'une partie de visée (8.1), disposée sur le couvercle (4.1) du boîtier de protection (4), d'un goniomètre à miroir dans la plaque de toit (1) du véhicule et dans la partie inférieure (3.1) du couvercle de trappe sont disposés des blocs à gaz (8.2, 8.3) alignés entre eux lorsque le couvercle de trappe est ouvert pour le passage visuel et la partie supérieure (3.2) du couvercle de trappe présente dans sa zone avant une section partielle (3.21) pouvant être sortie vers l'avant dans l'état ouvert, dont les dimensions sont telles que, dans l'état déployé, un vide (8.4) entre la section partielle (3.21) déployée et la partie supérieure (3.2) restante libère le passage visuel dans la zone entre la partie de visée (8.1) du goniomètre à miroir et le bloc à gaz (8.2) dans la partie inférieure (3.1) du couvercle de trappe.
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement présente un moteur électrique (5), dont l'élément de sortie entraîne au moyen d'un accouplement à glissement (5.2) un arbre de sortie (5.1) qui porte un pignon d'entraînement s'engageant dans une crémaillère (5.3) disposée sur la partie inférieure (3.1) du couvercle de trappe dans le sens longitudinal.
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au-dessous de l'ouverture de trappe (2) est disposé un store de sécurité (9) pouvant être sorti parallèlement à l'ouverture de trappe, qui actionne, dans l'état fermé, un interrupteur libérant le circuit d'alimentation du moteur électrique (5).
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre de sortie (5.1) peut être actionné au moyen d'un carré (5.11) guidé à l'intérieur du véhicule et vers l'extérieur manuellement contre l'accouplement à glissement (5.2) pour l'ouverture de secours du couvercle de trappe.
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée par au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (10.1) pouvant être actionné par l'intérieur et l'extérieur pour le maintien du couvercle de trappe dans la position ouverte et/ou la position fermée.
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement de la partie inférieure (3.1) du couvercle de trappe est guidé par des rails de guidage (11.1) et des galets de guidage (11.2).
- Trappe d'entrée et de sortie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'un store de protection (12) extensible est disposé au-dessus de l'ouverture de trappe (2) et au-dessus de la course de fermeture du couvercle de trappe (3.1 - 3.2).
