Abstract
- formation de pions à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium ayant la composition suivante, en pourcentage en poids :
- refroidissement forcé des pions, de préférence par air forcé ou immersion dans l'eau,
- filage par choc à froid d'un pion de manière à former un boîtier,
- application d'un vernis à l'intérieur du boîtier.
L'alliage peut être produit par coulée continue et une etape d'homogénisation n'est pas nécessaire.
