Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de stockage de deux bandes de matériau ou plus, chacune bobinée en un coil (104), en particulier des bandes de tôle (102), de préférence avant un traitement, tel qu'avant un traitement par séparation de pièces de matériau en longueur et/ou largeur prédéterminée, chaque coil (104) étant susceptible d'être enfiché sur un dispositif de serrage (107) et étant susceptible d'être maintenu à l'état bobiné avec un dispositif de maintien (126), caractérisé par la combinaison des propriétés suivantes :
    - un dispositif de stockage (105) avec des emplacements de stockage (106) localement fixes, pour deux coils (104) ou plus, disposés en au moins une rangée,
    - des bloc-paliers (112) localement fixes, prévus en chaque emplacement de stockage (106), pour la pose du dispositif de serrage (106) d'un coil (104), et
    - un dispositif de transport (104) pour le transport d'un coil (104) individuel, conjointement avec son dispositif de serrage (107) et son dispositif de maintien (126), depuis un emplacement de stockage (106) vers un emplacement de distribution (103), en particulier au voisinage d'un dispositif de traitement (101), et retour.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les blocs-paliers (112) des emplacements de stockage (106) sont configurés pour pose du coil (104), avec des axes parallèles entre eux et se trouvant selon un espacement horizontal les uns des autres.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (114) est équipé d'un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (120) pour un coil (104) et de logements supports (123) pour saisir des extrémités (124), en saillie sur les côtés d'un coil (104), du dispositif de serrage (107).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (114) est susceptible d'être déplacé, avec un coil (104) à l'état levé, vers l'emplacement de distribution et, précisément, transversalement par rapport à l'axe du coil (104).

  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les blocs-paliers (112) sont disposés sur des glissières de défilement (113) pour le dispositif de transport (114), de préférence sont reliés rigidement aux glissières de défilement (113).
  7. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les logements supports (123) des dispositifs de levage et d'abaissement (120) sont susceptibles de pivoter au moyen d'un mécanisme pivotant, d'une position inférieure à une position supérieure et retour.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les logements supports (123) du dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (120) sont déplaçables en ligne droite en direction verticale, de préférence au moyen de broches (121).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les coils (104) sont susceptibles d'être déposés aux emplacements de stockage (106), avec un dispositif de maintien (126) orienté vers le bas ou vers le haut.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le point de distribution est réalisé sous la forme de point de débobinage (106) et est équipé d'un dispositif de déverrouillage (129) pour le dispositif de maintien (126).
