Dreh- und Aufstehbett mit Oberschenkelanhebt g
Aus der DE 102 00 408 Cl ist ein Drehbett bekannt, das dazu eingerichtet ist, einen im Bett liegenden Patienten in einer Sitzstellung an der Bekante zu bringen. Dazu weist das bekannte Bett einen höhenverstellbaren Sockel auf, der auf seinem Kopf ein Drehscharnier trägt. Über das Drehscharnier ist der Liege- oder Matratzenrahmen mit dem Sockel verbunden und kann aus der normalen Bettstellung, in der die Längsachse des Matratzenrahmens mit der Längsachse des Bettes zusammenfällt, in eine QuerStellung gedreht werden.
Der Liegerahmen setzt sich aus mehreren Abschnitten zusammen, damit er in der quer gedrehten Stellung zur Stuhl- oder Sesselform Z-förmig gefaltet werden kann. In der Stuhl- oder Sesselform, bildet der Liegerahmen eine Rückenlehne, eine Sitzfläche und einen nach unten hängenden Abschnitt, der in der Bettposition der Unterstützung der Unterschenkel dient. Die Sitzfläche selbst ist wiederum zweiteilig und umfasst einem mit dem Drehscharnier starr verbundenen Zentralteil ' und einen daran anscharnierten Oberschenkelteil, der zwischen dem Zentralteil und dem Unterschenkelteil eingefügt ist.
In der Sitzstellung verlaufen bei dem bekannten Bett der Zentralteil und der Oberschenkelabschnitt in der Sitzstellung vollständig horizontal. Die Matratze, die eine erhebliche Stärke aufweist, wird in der Stuhl- oder Sesselstellung über die Kante zwischen dem Oberschenkelteil und dem Unterschenkelteil herum gezogen, womit sich eine fallende "Stuhlkante" ergibt. Diese ist bei dem bekannten Drehbett nicht störend, weil die Sitztiefe verhältnismäßig groß gewählt ist. Eine Verringerung der Sitztiefe würde für den Patienten ein unsicheres Sitzgefühl bedeuten, insbesondere dann, wenn keine Matratzen aus Viskoseschaum verwendet werden.
Ausgehend hiervon ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung ein Aufstehbett zu schaffen, bei dem auch bei verkürzter Sitztiefe für den Patienten kein unsicheres Sitzgefühl entsteht .
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit dem Dreh- und Aufstehbett mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Bei dem neuen Aufstehbett wird von dem Umstand Gebrauch gemacht, dass der Oberschenkelteil mit dem Zentralteil über ein Scharnier verbunden ist. In der Sitzposition befindet sich das Gesäß des Patienten etwa über dem Zentralteil während die Oberschenkel bis hin zur Kniekehle auf dem Oberschenkelteil aufliegen. Weiterhin sind Mittel vor- gesehen, um den Oberschenkelteil in der Sessel- oder Stuhlstellung in der Nähe der Kniekehle ein Stück weit anzuheben. Hierdurch bildet der Zentralteil zusammen mit dem Oberschenkelteil eine flache Mulde. Diese Muldenposition bleibt auch erhalten selbst dann, wenn Matratzenmaterial verwendet wird, das von sich aus nicht geeignet ist, eine entsprechende Mulde .und damit ein entsprechendes Sitzgefühl zu erzeugen.
Die entstehende flache Sitzmulde, die hinter dem Patienten durch den Rückenteil begrenzt ist, ermöglicht es, den Abstand zwischen dem Knick, an dem der Rückenteil in die Sitzfläche übergeht, zu dem Knick, wo die Sitzfläche an der Vorderkante nach unten umbiegt, zu verkürzen, ohne beim Patienten ein unsicheres Sitzgefühl hervorzurufen. Andererseits erleichtert die verkürzte Sitzfläche dem Pflegepersonal erheblich das Umsetzen des Patienten aus dem Bett in einen Rollstuhl, und zwar ohne weitere mechanische Hilfsmittel.
Auch Patienten, die noch selbst aufstehen können, wenn sie durch das Bett in die Sitzstellung gebracht sind, profitieren von der verkürzten Sitzfläche, die ihnen ein Aufstehen erleichtert. Dennoch behalten sie, wie bereits erwähnt, ein sicheres Sitzgefühl, solange sie das Bett aus der Sitzposition nicht verlassen wollen.
Das einfachere Aufstehen kommt zustande, weil die freie Kante der Sitzfläche von der Kniekehle her deutlich in Richtung Gesäß verlagert ist. Dies bedeutet auch eine Verlagerung jener Linie, über die der Oberschenkel des Patienten beim Aufstehen in die aufgerichtete Lage wippt. Je weiter dieser Punkt zum Gesäß hin verlagert ist, umso leichter fällt der Aufstehvorgang. Umgekehrt ist dieser Vorgang umso schwieriger zu bewerkstelligen, je weiter diese Stelle der Kniekehle benachbart ist.
Ohne die erfindungsgemäße Gegenmaßnahme bedeutet eine Verlagerung dieses Auflagepunktes zum Gesäß hin ein unsicheres Sitzgefühl, insbesondere bei behinderten Patienten, die hinsichtlich der Anwendung der Muskelkraft deutlich eingeschränkt sind.
Eine sehr einfache und zuverlässige Maßnahme, das Oberschenkelteil in der Sitzstellung zu schwenken, besteht in der Verwendung einer Nockenmechanik. Diese Nockenmechanik kann im einfachsten Falle mit der Hebelanordnung verbunden sein, die dazu dient, den Unterschenkelteil zu schwenken und anzuheben.
Eine sehr einfache Lösung besteht darin, einen Zwischenrahmen zu verwenden, in dem eine Welle drehbar gelagert ist. Die Welle trägt einerseits Hebel zum Verschenken des Unterschenkelteils und andererseits Nocken zum Anheben des Oberschenkelteils.
Die Stabilität der Anordnung wird verbessert, wenn das Oberschenkelteil eine Querstrebe aufweist, die sich auf der Höhe der Nocken befindet, und gleichzeitig als Gegenfläche für die Nocken dient. Dies ermöglicht eine sehr gleichmäßige Anhebung des Oberschenkelteils. Insbesondere wird hierdurch ein Verwinden vermieden, wenn der Patient unsymmetrisch auf dem Oberschenkelteil des Matratzenrahmens sitzt.
Im Übrigen sind Weiterbildungen der Erfindung Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen. Bei dem Studium des Ausführungs- beispiels wird auch klar, dass eine Reihe von Abwandlungen möglich sind.

Figur 1 zeigt in einer perspektivischen Darstellung das erfindungsgemäße Dreh- und Aufstehbett 1 in der Liegestellung, während Figur 2 das Bett 1 in der Sitz- oder Sesselstellung wiedergibt.
Das Bett 1 weist eine Bettumrandung 2 mit einem Kopfteil 3, einem Fußteil 4 sowie Seitenwänden 5 und 6 auf. Die dem Betrachter zugekehrte Seitenwand 5 befindet sich in der Liegestellung wie veranschaulicht im Abstand zum Boden, womit zwischen Unterkante der Seitenwand 5 und dem Boden ein Spalt besteht, der es dem Pflegepersonal ermöglicht, die Fußspitzen unter das Bett zustellen. Die Seitenwand 5 ist beweglich gelagert und gelangt in der Sesselstellung des Betts 1 in eine nach unten verschobene Position, wie dies Figur 2 erkennen lässt. Die spezielle Lagerung der Seitenwand 5 ist beispielsweise ausführlich in der DE 199
12 937 A 1 erläutert.
Innerhalb der Bettumrandung 2 befindet sich ein Bettgestell 7, wie es die Figuren 2 und 3 erkennen lassen. Zu dem Bettgestell 7 gehört ein höhenverstellbarer Sockel 8, auf dessen Oberseite ein Drehscharnier 9 mit einer vertikalen Drehachse befestigt ist, ein Zwischenrahmen 10, sowie ein Liegerahmen 11, auf dem sich eine Matratze 12. befindet. Der Liegerahmen 11 ist in der Draufsicht rechteckig.
Der Liegerahmen gliedert sich in einen Zentralabschnitt 13, der fest mit dem Zwischenrahmen 11 verbunden ist, einen Rückenabschnitt 14, der an dem Zentralabschnitt
13 anscharniert ist, einen Oberschenkelabschnitt 15, der ebenfalls an dem Zentralabschnitt 13 anscharniert ist, sowie einen Unterschenkelabschnitt 16. Der Unterschenkelabschnitt 16 ist an dem von dem Zentralabschnitt 13 abliegenden Ende des Oberschenkelabschnittes 15 anscharniert. Die Scharnierachsen, um die die Abschnitte 14, 15, 16 relativ zu dem Zentralabschnitt 13 beweglich sind, liegen horizontal. Schließlich gehört zu dem Liegerahmen 12 noch ein Fußabschnitt 17.
Der Zentralabschnitt 13 des Liegerahmens 12 weist zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Längsholme 18 und 19 auf, die in Figur 4 zu erkennen sind. Jeder dieser Holme 18, 19 endet an Scharnierlaschen für ein Scharnier. Jeder Holm 18, 19 trägt nach innen weisende Zapfen 21, auf die Gummiformstücke geschoben werden, die in bekannter Weise Federstäbe aufnehmen. Anstelle von Federstäben kann als Auflage auch eine Platte dienen, wie dies bei Krankenhausbetten üblich ist.
Der Rückenabschnitt 14 wird von einem Holm 22 sowie einem weiteren dazu parallelen Holm begrenzt, der wegen der Darstellung in Figur 3 nicht zu erkennen ist. Der weitere Holm ist mit dem Längsholm 18 verbunden während der sichtbare Holm 22 an dem Holm 19 anscharniert ist. Die beiden Holme 22 des Rückenabschnitts 14 sind über einen in der Figur nicht erkennbaren Querholm am oberen Ende miteinander verbunden. Außerdem verläuft an der Unterseite der beiden Holme 22 eine weitere Querstrebe 24.
Auch der Oberschenkelabschnitt 15, wird von zwei Längsholmen begrenzt, von denen lediglich ein Längsholm 25 zu erkennen ist. Der andere Längsholm wird durch den Längsholm 25 abgedeckt. Die beiden Längsholme 25 sind über eine Querstrebe 26 verbunden. Die Querstrebe 26 verläuft in der Nähe des fußseitigen Endes der Querstreben 26 an der Unterseite .
Schließlich wird auch der Unterschenkelabschnitt 16 von zwei Längsholmen begrenzt, von denen wiederum lediglich der Längsholm 27 in der Figur zu erkennen ist. Die beiden Längsholme 27 sind am unteren Ende über eine Querstrebe miteinander verbunden. Zusätzlich zu dieser Strebe werden die beiden Längsholme 27 durch eine Strebe 29 verbunden, an der zwei zueinander parallel Führungsschienen 31 befestigt sind, die bis zu dem fußseitgen Ende reichen. Sie verlaufen wie gezeigt in einem Winkel zu dem Längsholm 27, und zwar so, dass sie in Richtung auf das Fußende hin konvergieren. Der Abstand der beiden Führungsschienen 31 ist deutlich kleiner als der Abstand der beiden Längsholme 27. Gegenüber diesen sind die Führungsschienen 31 ca. um 20 cm nach innen hin versetzt.
Der Fußabschnitt 17 besteht aus Holmen 32, die auf dem Sockel 8 über Streben 33 aufgeständert sind.
Sämtlich Längsholme 22, 25, und 27 tragen zur Bettmitte hin zeigende Zapfen, entsprechend den Zapfen 21 um hierüber Gummiformteile mit den Längsholme 22, 25, 27 zu verbinden, zwischen denen sich in bekannter Weise Federstäbe erstrecken.
Jeweils benachbarte Holme sind über Scharniere 28 mit horizontalen Achsen miteinander verbunden. Die Achsen von miteinander korrespondierenden Holmen auf den beiden Seiten des Betts 1 sind zueinander koaxial.
Den Abschnitten 13, 14, 15, 16 des Liegerahmens 11 entsprechen Abschnitte auf der Matratze 12, die dort durch strichpunktierte Linien getrennt sind.
Zu dem höhenverstellbaren Sockel 8 gehören ein oberer rechteckiger Rahmen 34 sowie ein unter rechteckiger Rahmen 35, die über insgesamt fünf Kniehebelpaare 36 und 37 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Kniehebelpaare 36, 37 befinden sich jeweils an einer Längsseite des Sockels 8, so dass die damit korrespondierenden Kniehebelpaare 36, 37 an der anderen Längsseite in Figur 3 in der Seitenansicht nicht erkennbar sind. Das Kniehebelpaar 36, 37 setzt sich aus einem oberen Kniehebel 38 und einem unteren Kniehebel 39 zusammen. Jeder Kniehebel 38, 39 ist über ein Scharnier 41 mit horizontaler Achse auf der betreffenden Bettseite mit dem oberen bzw. unteren Rahmen 34, 35 gelenkig verbunden. Sämtliche Achsen der Scharniere 41 sind zueinander Achsparallel. Die Scharniere 41 sind mit ihren Achsen zu den Achsen der Scharniere
41 der nicht erkennbaren Kniehebel 38, 39 koaxial.
Die beiden Kniehebelpaare 36, 37 auf jeder Seite des Sockels 8 sind jeweils durch eine zugehörige Koppelstrebe
42 miteinander gekoppelt. Jede Koppelstrebe 42 ist wie gezeigt, mit dem Kniegelenk 43 jedes Kniehebelpaars 36, 37 scharnierartig verbunden. Schließlich sind die beiden Koppelstreben 42 über eine nicht erkennbare Querstrebe jochartig miteinander verbunden. An der Querstrebe greift ein Antriebsmotor 44 an der sich an dem unteren Rahmen 35 abstützt .
Schließlich verbindet auf jeder Seite des Sockels Seine schräg verlaufende Koppelstrebe 45 den oberen Kniehebel 38 des Kniehebelpaares 37 mit dem unteren Kniehebel 39 des Kniehebelpaares 36.
Die Kinematik des Sockels 8 und dessen Dimensionierung ist eingehend in der DE 198 54 136 AI erläutert.
Bei dem Antriebsmotor 44 handelt es sich um einen marktüblichen Spindelmotor. Mit Hilfe eines permanent erregten Motors wird ein nicht weiter erkennbares Schneckengetriebe angetrieben. Das Schneckenrad ist drehfest mit einer Schraubspindel verbunden. Auf der Schraubspindel läuft eine Gewindemutter an der zug- und druckfest ein Hub- rohr 46 angebracht ist, das koaxial in einem Führungsrohr 47 läuft.
Indem der Motor mit der entsprechenden Drehrichtung in Gang gesetzt wird, wird das Hubrohr 46 entweder in das Führungsrohr 47 zurückgezogen oder aus dem Führungsrohr vorgeschoben. Durch vorschieben des Hubrohres 46 bewegt sich die Querstrebe, die die Koppelstreben 41 miteinander verbindet, in Richtung auf das Kopfende des Bettes. Hierdurch wird der untere Kniehebel 39 jedes der Kniehebelpaare 36 und 37 aufgerichtet, da alle diese über Koppelstreben kinematisch miteinander verbunden sind.
Aufgrund der Kinematik ist sichergestellt, dass der obere Rahmen 34 immer parallel zu dem unteren Rahmen 35 bleibt. Die Vertikalbewegung des oberen Rahmens 34 hat innerhalb des Hubbereiches, für den der Sockel 8 konstruiert ist, keine nennenswerte Verlagerung des oberen Rahmen 34 in Längsrichtung des Bettes 1 zur Folge. Die auftretende Längsbewegung ist kleiner als 5 mm.
Zu dem Drehscharnier 9 gehört ein Ring 48 sowie ein in dem Ring 48 laufender Drehschemel 49. Der Ring 48, der in dem Oberrahmen 34 befestigt ist. Der Drehschemel 48 umfasst zwei Längsholme 51. Die beiden Längsholme 51 sind zueinander parallel. Mittels eines Antriebsmotors 52 kann der Drehschemel 49 um 90° hin und her gedreht werden.
Der Aufbau des Antriebsmotors 52 ist der gleiche, wie der des Antriebsmotors 44, weshalb sich eine neuere Erläuterung erübrigt.
Das Reaktionsmoment des Antriebsmotors 52 wird beim Drehen des Drehschemels 49 in ein Widerlager eingeleitet, das an dem Oberrahmen 34 vorgesehen ist.
Der Aufbau des Zwischenrahmens 10 ergibt sich aus Figur 4. Er setzt sich aus zwei Längsholmen 61 und 62 zusammen, die über eine kopfseitige Querstrebe 63 miteinander verbunden sind. Außerdem sind die beiden Längsholme 61 und 62 auf der Höhe der Längsholme 18, 19 des Zentralabschnitts 13 des Liegrahmens über 11 insgesamt vier Streben 64, 65, 66 und 67 miteinander verbunden. Hierdurch ergibt sich in dem Bereich der Streben 64...67 eine Art offenes Kastenprofil, das in der Lage ist, ohne Torsion und AufWeitung des Abstands zwischen den Längsholme 61 und 62 Kräfte aufzunehmen, die von Auslegern 68, 69, 71 und 72 herrühren. Wenn der Liegerahmen 11 mit einem Patienten belastet ist.
Die Ausleger 68..72 sind an der Außenseite der beiden Längsholme 61 und 62 wie gezeigt nach außen auskragend angeschweißt, derart dass die beiden Ausleger 68, 71 miteinander fluchten ebenso wie die beiden Ausleger 69 und 72. Die Längsachsen dieser Paare von Auslegern 68...72 sind zueinander parallel.
Ihre Länge beträgt ca. 20 cm und sie tragen auf den freien auskragenden Enden unter Zwischenlage eines Distanzstücks 73 starr und unbeweglich aufgesetzt die Holme 18 und 19. Insoweit bilden die mechanisch feste Verbindung zwischen den Liegerahmen 11 und dem Zwischenrahmen 10 die Ausleger 68...72.
Zum Antrieb des Oberschenkelabschnitts 15 sowie des Unterschenkelabschnitts 16 ist am Fußende eine zwischen den beiden Längsholmen 61 und 62 gelagerte Welle 74 vorgesehen. An diese Welle 74 sind starr zueinander parallele Arme 75 und 76 befestigt, die an ihrem freien Ende durch eine zylindrische Strebe 77 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Strebe
77 steht über die Arme 76 und 75 über. Die überstehenden Enden dienen als Lagerzapfen für zwei zylindrische Rollen 78, von denen lediglich eine gezeigt ist. Die beiden Rollen
78 laufen in den Führungsschienen 31 und unterstützen an der betreffenden Stelle den Unterschenkelabschnitt 16.
Die Arme 75 und 76 stehen nach der anderen Seite über die Welle 74 über und dienen als Befestigungsstellen für zwei Nockestücke 79 und 80. Die Nockenstücke 79 und 80 tragen jeweils eine Nockenfläche 81, die angenähert spiralförmig ein Stück weit um die Welle 74 herum verläuft. Die Nockenflächen 81 wirken ein einer weiter unten beschriebenen Weise mit der Strebe 26 an der Unterseite des Oberschenkelteils 15 zusammen.
Um die Welle 74 zu drehen und so die Hebel 75, 76 anzuheben sitzt auf der Welle 74 drehfest ein weiteres Hebelpaar 79, das als Anlenkungsstelle für eine Pleuelstange 85 dienen. Die Pleuelstange 85 ist mit einem Hubrohr 86 eines Antriebsmotors 87 verbunden. Der Aufbau des Antriebmotors 87 entspricht dem Aufbau des Antriebsmotors 44. Die Längsachse aus dem Gebilde Pleuelstange 85 und Hubrohr 86 verläuft in der Draufsicht, parallel zu dem Längsholm 61 und an dessen Innenseite dem Längsholm 61 benachbart. Der Motor 87 stützt sich an einer Lasche 88 ab, die über ein Einsatzstück 89 gegenüber dem Längsholm 61 ausgesteift ist. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Pleuel 85 und dem Hubrohr 86 ist gelenkig. Um eine Ausknicken zu vermeiden ist das Hubrohr 86, im Bereich der Kupplungsstelle mit dem Pleuel 85 in einer besonderen Weise geführt. Auf den beiden unteren Streben 64 und 66 zwei kurze U-förmige Führungsschienen 90 und 91 befestigt. Die beiden U-förmigen Führungsschienen 90 und 91 öffnen sich in Richtung aufeinander zu und liegen in der gleichen Höhe.
An dem Pleuel 85 ist ein Gabelkopf 88 befestigt, der das freie Ende des Hubrohrs 86 von außen her übergreift. Durch miteinander fluchtende Bohrungen in dem Gabelkopf 88 und dem Ende des Hubrohrs 86 führt ein Achsbolzen hindurch, auf dem außerhalb des Gabelkopfes 88 jeweils zwei Rollen drehbar gelagert sind. Die Rollen laufen in den Führungsschienen 90 und 91. Ein Ausknicken der Verbindungsstelle zwischen dem Gabelkopf 88 und dem Hubrohr 86 wird so wirksam vermieden.
Die Befestigung des Zwischenrahmens 10 auf dem Drehschemel 64 geschieht mit Hilfe von zwei Winkelflanschen 92, von denen in Figur 8 wegen der Darstellung lediglich einer zu erkennen ist. Die Winkelflansche 92 sind an der Außenseite der Längsholme 61 und 62 angeschweißt, während ihr anderer Schenkel mit der Unterseite des betreffenden Längsholms 61, 62 bündig ist.
Schließlich ist an den beiden Querstreben 64 und 65 ein Motorwiederlager 94 vorhanden, das an einem nach unten ragenden Pfeiler 95 befestigt ist. Der Pfeiler 95 ist mit einer Flachseite an den beiden Streben 64 und 65 befestigt. Er ragt im montierten Zustand in den Raum des Drehschemels 64. An dem Motorwiederlager 94 ist ein nicht erkennbarer Motor ähnlich dem Motor 44 angelenkt, der sich an der Strebe 24 abstützt um das Rückenteil 11 wahlweise aufzurichten oder zu senken. Von diesem Motor ist lediglich sein Hubrohr 97 zu sehen. Bei der nachfolgenden Erläuterung der Funktionsweise des Bettes 1 wird zunächst von der Liegestellung gemäß der Figur 1 ausgegangen. In dieser Stellung ist der Sockel 1 maximal zusammengefahren, d.h. das Hubrohr 61 im Führungsrohr 62 zurückgezogen. Die Kniehebelpaare 36, 37 sind maximal zusammengefaltet. Der Zwischenrahmen 10 liegt in Längsrichtung des Bettes 1. Der Rückenabschnitt 14 ist abgesenkt und liegt mit seiner Querstrebe 24 auf den Längsholmen 61, 62 des Zwischenrahmens 10 auf. Durch entsprechende Betätigung des Antriebsmotors 87 sind die Hebel 75, 76 in eine Stellung gebracht, in der der Unterschenkelabschnitt 16 in gerade Verlängerung des Rückenabschnittes 14 bzw. des Fußabschnittes 17 verläuft. In dieser Position liegt der selbst nicht angetriebene Oberschenkelabschnitt 15 mit seiner Strebe 26 ebenfalls auf den beiden Längsholmen 61 und 62 auf.
Der Patient kann wahlweise den Rückenabschnitt 14 aufrichten. Hierzu setzt er über eine Handsteuerung den betreffenden Antriebsmotor in Gang. Dessen Hubrohr 97 wird ausgefahren und drückt den Rückenabschnitt 14 nach oben.
Das Anheben des Unterschenkelabschnitts 16 geschieht, indem der Benutzer den Motor 87 in Gang setzt. Das Hubrohr 86 wird ausgefahren und schiebt das Pleuel 85 in Richtung auf die Welle 74. Diese wird gedreht, um die Hebel 75, 76 nach oben zu schwenken und das Unterschenkelteil 16 hochzudrücken. Durch geeignete Anschläge in den Führungen 31 wird gleichzeitig der Unterschenkelabschnitt 16 beim Hochschwenken der Hebel 75, 76 zu dem Zentralabschnitt 13 herangezogen. In der Folge wird auch der Oberschenkelabschnitt 15 wie in Figur 3 gezeigt schräg nach oben gestellt. Wenn sich der Patient durch das Bett 1 in eine Stellung bringen lassen möchte, ähnlich einem gesunden Menschen, der auf der Bettkante sitzt, bringt er zunächst den Unterschenkel und den Oberschenkelabschnitt 15, 16 in die Stellung nach Figur 3. Außerdem wird der Rückenabschnitt 14 in eine Stellung von ca. 45° gebracht, damit beim anschließenden Drehen keine übermäßige Ausladung über den Bettumriss zustande kommt. Sobald der Liegerahmen 11 entsprechend eingestellt ist, fährt der Sockel 8 hoch, bis sich die Unterseite des Zwischenrahmens 10 frei über der Oberkante der beiden Seitenwände 5, 6 drehen lässt.
Wenn diese Position erreicht ist, wird der Hubmotor 57 still gesetzt und statt dessen der dem Drehscharnier 9 zugeordnete Drehmotor 97 in Gang gesetzt. Dessen Hubrohr fährt ein und dreht den Zwischenrahmen 10 zusammen mit den darauf befindlichen Liegerahmen 11 um 90° entweder nach links oder nach rechts, je nach dem an welchem Wiederlager der Drehmotor 97 angelenkt ist.
Sobald die Drehendstellung erreicht ist, wird der Hubmotor 57 erneut in Gang gesetzt, um den Sockel 8 auf seine kleineste Stellung zusammen zu fahren. Bei der Abwärtsbewegung kommt die Unterseite des Zwischenrahmens 10 mit der Oberseite der Seitenwand 5 in Eingriff und drückt sie nach unten.
Nach Erreichen der untersten Stellung wird der Motor 87 in Gang gesetzt und zwar so, dass das Hubrohr 86 in das zugehörige Führungsrohr hineingezogen wird. Diese Bewegung zieht die Pleuelstange 83 zurück wodurch die Hebel 75, 76 nach unten geschwenkt werden. Dieses Abwärtsschwenken der Hebel 75, 76 bewirkt, dass der Fußabschnitt ebenfalls nach unten geschwenkt wird, bis er die Endlage nach Figur 2 erreicht. Beim Drehen der Welle 74 werden die Nockenstücke 79 und 80 nach oben gedreht und kommen mit der Strebe 26 in Eingriff. Bei der fortgesetzten Drehung wird wegen des Verlaufs der Nockenfläche 81 die Strebe 26 angehoben, was den Oberschenkelteil 15 um das Scharnier zwischen dem Holmen 25 und 19 nach oben schwenkt. In der Endstellung ist der Oberschekelteil 15 im Bereich der Kniekehle des Patienten um ca. 2 cm bis 5 cm angehoben. Es entsteht eine flache Sitzmulde, die ein sicheres Sitzgefühl vermittelt.
Wenn das Unterschenkelteil 16 wieder angehoben wird, dreh sich die Nockenstücke 79 und 80 nach unten von der Strebe 26 weg. Das Oberschenkelteil 15 wird in die horizontale Stellung abgesenkt.
Der Patient kann schließlich nach Bedarf den Rückenabschnitt 14 mehr oder weniger steiler stell.
Wie sich aus der Funktionsbeschreibung ergibt, darf die Länge dessen Unterschenkelabschnittes 16 in der Stuhloder Sesselstellung gemessen ab Oberkante der Matratze 12 nicht länger sein, als die Länge des Unterschenkels bei einem normal großen Menschen. Er könnte sonst mit den Fußsohlen den Boden nicht erreichen.
Es bedarf keiner besonderen Erläuterung wie erwähnt muss sich die Proportionierung aus Oberschenkelabschnitt 15 und Unterschenkelabschnitt 16 an der Anatomie des Menschen anzupassen ist. Für die normale Liegeposition wäre der Unterschenkelabschnitt 16 zu kurz, weshalb der Fußabschnitt 17 vorgesehen ist, der einen eigenen Matratzenabschnitt trägt. Mit Hilfe des Bettes 1 kann sich ein Patient aus der Liegestellung ohne jegliche eigene Kraftanstrengung und ohne auf die Hilfe von Pflegepersonal zurückgreifen zu müssen in eine sitzende Position quer zum Bett begeben.
Er kann aus dieser Stellung auch wieder zurück in die Liegestellung gebracht werden, indem oben geschilderte Bewegungsablauf rückwärts stattfindet.
Ein Dreh- und Aufstehbett setzt sich aus einem höhenverstellbaren Sockel und einem Liegerahmen zusammen, der über ein Drehscharnier mit dem Sockel verbunden ist. Mit Hilfe des Drehscharniers kann der Liegerahmen um 90 Grad, bezogen auf die Hochachse, gedreht werden.
Der Liegerahmen, gliedert sich in einen Rückenabschnitt, einen Zentralteil, einen Oberschenkelabschnitt und einen Unterschenkelabschnitt. In der gedrehten Stellung lässt sich der Liegerahmen Z-förmig falten, wobei der Rückenteil, ausgehend von dem Zentralabschnitt nach oben steht, und der Unterschenkelteil von dem Oberschenkelteil nach unten hängt. Außerdem wird durch eine Kulissenmechanik dafür gesorgt, dass der Oberschenkelteil an seiner Vorderkante, die der Kniekehle des Patienten benachbart ist, um wenige cm angehoben ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche :
1. Pflege- und Aufstehbett (1) mit einem höhenverstellbaren Sockel (8),
mit einem Liegerahmen (11) , der sich in ein Zentralteil (13), ein mit dem Zentralteil (13) verbundenes Rückenteil (14), ein mit dem Zentralteil (13) verbundenes Oberschenkelteil (15) und ein mit dem Oberschenkelteil (15) verbundenes Unterschenkelteil (16) gliedert, wobei der Zentralteil (13) mit dem Rückenteil (14) und dem Oberschenkelteil (15) sowie der Oberschenkelteil (15) mit dem Unterschenkelteil (16) über Scharniere (28) miteinander verbunden sind, die eine horizontale Scharnierachse () aufweisen,
mit Antriebsmitteln (87,97) um die Teile des Liegerahmens (1) gegeneinander zu verschwenken, derart, dass sie in einer Stellung eine stuhlähnliche Konfiguration () einnehmen, in der das Unterschenkelteil (16) nach unten verläuft, und
mit Mitteln (79,80,26), die dazu eingerichtet sind, in der stuhlähnlichen Konfiguration () den Oberschenkelteil (15) in einer Lage zu bringen, in der er ausgehend von dem Zentralteil (13) schräg nach oben in Richtung auf den Unterschekelteil (16) verläuft.
2. Pflege- und Aufstehbett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Sockel (8) ein Drehscharnier (9) angeordnet ist, das eine vertikale Drehachse () aufweist und über das der Liegerahmen (11) mit dem Sockel (8) verbunden ist.

3. Pflege- und Aufstehbett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (79,80,26) zum Verschwenken des Oberschenkelteils (15) eine Nockenmechanik () umfassen.
4. Pflege- und Aufstehbett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Bett (1) eine Welle (74) drehbar gelagert ist, die quer zur Längsachse des Liegerahmens (11) verläuft und auf der Betätigungsnocken (79,80) angeordnet sind.
5. Pflege- und Aufstehbett nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (74) über einen Antriebsmotor (87) drehbar versetzt ist.
6. Pflege- und Aufstehbett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (87) ein Antriebsmotor ist, mit dem das Unterschenkelteil (16) um seine Querachse () hin und her geschwenkt wird.
7. Pflege- und Aufstehbett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Bett (1) eine Welle (74) drehbar gelagert ist, an der drehfest Hebel (75,76) befestigt sind, die mit dem Unterschenkelteil (16) zusammenwirken, um das Unterschenkelteil (16) aus einer nach unten hängenden Stellung () in wenigstens einer horizontale Stellung () zu bringen, um dass auf der Welle (74) wenigstens eine Nockenscheibe (79,80) sitzt, die dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dem Oberschenkelteil (15) zusammenzuwirken.
8. Pflege- und Aufstehbett nach Anspruch 3 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberschenkelteil (15) an seiner Unterseite () eine quer verlaufende Strebe (26) aufweist, die als Gegenfläche () für die wenigstens eine Nockenscheibe (79,80) dient.
