Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé ainsi qu'une installation (1) permettant de recevoir et de traiter automatiquement des grappes (2) livrées sur une remorque (4). Cette invention est caractérisée en ce que les grappes (2) sont disposées dans un réceptacle de distribution déplaçable (8) et en ce que le poids des grappes (2) se trouvant dans ce réceptacle de distribution (8) est déterminé au moyen d'une première pesée. Puis, le poids du moût des grappes (2) se trouvant dans le réceptacle de distribution (8) est déterminé, et ledit réceptacle de distribution (8) est déplacé vers un réceptacle de pressage (18) qui est associé au poids de moût déterminé.
