Definitions
- the invention relates to a container for at room temperature substantially solid, slightly deformable products, in particular food products comprising a trained as a substantially cup-shaped molding container base for receiving the product, the lower container part in at least one zone of its wall relative to the remaining part of its wall easily deformed is trained.
- a container of this kind is known (FR-A-2 680 156).
- the container bottom of the known container has a zone of its wall, which is therefore easier to deform with respect to the remaining part of the container wall, because it is formed by a smooth wall part, whereas the remaining part of the container in the container cross-section has semicircular projections, the the other part of the container base relative to the smooth part of the wall provide greater mechanical stability.
- Containers of this type are used in a variety of embodiments, in particular for the packaging of food, for example.
- dairy, meat and sausage products i. essentially for all solid, pasty as well as free-flowing and pourable products based on milk, meat and sausage products.
- Certain types of dairy, meat and sausage products which are received in said containers, packaged and subsequently thermally treated to give their final consistency after the thermal treatment are then solid, having previously been incorporated in the pasty-liquid state Container lower part have been inserted. After the thermal treatment, which can be carried out in different ways, these are then fixed to such an extent that they can only be cut, for example. With a knife on the part of the user.
- a typical representative of such a product, which is filled in pasty-liquid state in the container base and subsequently thermally treated, is the so-called liver pate, which in particular in the Scandinavian countries, a local sausage products attributable to essential food product. This liver pate is, for example. Presented by the users and used so that it is presented as cut-resistant molding example.
- the object is achieved according to the invention in that the easier deformability of at least one zone is effected by the at least one zone of the Wall is formed thinner relative to the remaining part of the wall.
- the advantage of the solution according to the invention consists essentially in the fact that due to the fact that the container base is formed as a cup-shaped molding, a force-acting on certain areas of the container base due to the concomitant deformation of a first part of the container due to the forwarding of forces within the wall of the molding deformation elsewhere in the container bottom is sufficient to allow ambient air to enter between the cut-resistant product and the inner surface of the molded part or container base, which subsequently reaches the entire inner surface of the container base due to deformation of the container base.
- the "initial ignition" for this effect is due to the fact that initially the area of the remaining wall of the container base relative to the region of the easily deformable trained zone relative to stable behavior, while the easily deformable trained zone targeted penetration of the ambient air at this point between the Surface of the cut-resistant product and the inner surface of the container base allowed.
- the measure according to the invention would be carried out at a pressure on certain areas of the wall due to the forwarding of forces in the material of the container base only a small deformation of other areas of the wall, if at all, without even a slight removal of the surface of the cut-resistant product from the adjacent surface of the wall Container bottom parts could be effected.
- the easily deformable zone the wall to accomplish by constructive measures, ie, as described here as advantageous, by a relation to the other wall thinner design of the wall of the container base.
- the deformation takes place only by appropriate force-acting on the container base from the outside, for example.
- the fingers of the user eg. Between index finger and thumb, is a tool, damage and non-destructive removal of the cut-resistant product from the container or The container bottom part according to the invention is possible.
- the easily deformable zone of the wall is designed such that it can deform at least elastically with appropriate force-acting on the container exterior.
- Elastic deforming in this context means that the container base is then, when the krafteennee loading of the container base is, for example, completed between the thumb and forefinger of the user, the container base regularly falls back automatically or returns to its original, undeformed shape, ie in particular the area the easier deformable zone.
- the easier deformability of said zone is in terms of the construction and possibly also with regard to the material used for the container base designed so targeted that after completion of the force-moderate loading of the container base always a return of all areas or zones of the container base is guaranteed in the undeformed resting or starting position of the container base.
- the easier deformability is produced by a thinner wall of the corresponding zone. It is advantageous to make the zone of the thinner wall with respect to the thicker wall with respect. Its wall thickness in the range of 50%, in another advantageous embodiment, it may be advantageous, the zone of the thinner wall with respect to the thicker wall with respect. Their wall thickness in the range of about 30 to 70%. The choice of reducing the wall thickness of the more easily deformable zone relative to the remainder of the wall may preferably be selected as a function of the size of the container base, the product to be accommodated therein and the material for the formation of the container base.
- the deformability of the easily deformable zone with respect to the remaining wall of the container base is up to the range of about 1 mm, starting from the resting shape of the container base.
- this information refers only to a possible order of magnitude, depending on the size of the container base, its material, the geometry and design of its easily deformable zone and the consistency of the For certain constellations in the sense described above, the product of the container base may already be sufficient for a few tenths of a millimeter of deformation to allow the air to penetrate between the inner surface of the container base and the product adjacent thereto.
- Containers in the sense of the invention can be suitably shaped containers, because the solution proposed according to the invention of the above object can be achieved independently of the particular container shape selected.
- the container has a substantially cuboid container lower part, it is advantageous to form the thin-walled zone on at least one narrow end side of the container lower part.
- the thin-walled zone itself may in itself have any suitable geometric structure with regard to the area of the zone and the boundary of the zone, as long as this ensures the mechanical and overall thermal stability of the container lower part. It is, however, particularly advantageous to form the thin-walled zone in strip form, in such a way that it extends substantially from the bottom of the container lower part into the region of the opening of the container lower part.
- Such a configuration of the thin-walled zone has the advantage that the thin-walled zone remains reduced to the extent necessary for the intended use of the container in the context of the invention, but the elastic deformation of such a thin-walled zone is always ensured and it is ensured that Course of the deformation and air can penetrate into the bottom region of the container base and can be spread evenly in the bottom area evenly, so that a release of the product in this area is possible and from there the air then continues on the other parts of the wall of the container base can distribute.
- the container base has a substantially at least partially circulating Collar on, cf.
- a circumferential collar has stabilizing effect for the container bottom and serves, for example.
- a container lid designed as a container top which is removable for opening the container base from the container base is.
- this collar which increases the stability of the lower part forming the container body, however, if present, however, constitute an obstacle to the deformability of the container base in the thin-walled zone.
- the collar is at least partially slotted in the region of the thin-walled zone, so that in this region of the collar of the container lower part a deformability of the container lower part is ensured to the extent that as would be ensured if the container base would not have such a circumferential collar.
- any suitable materials may be used to form the container bottom part, but it is advantageous to produce the container bottom part from injection-moldable plastic, wherein this injection-moldable plastic is preferably polypropylene. It should be noted, however, that it is also conceivable to use other suitable plastic materials and composite materials made of plastic and incorporated therein Vertärkungsmitteln, with even metallic materials and suitably shaped and possibly impregnated paper or board materials are possible.
- the principle of the invention is in itself independent of whether the opening of the container base is provided with a lid of whatever kind.
- the provision a lid, which is imperative for many perishable food products, also has the advantage that a container designed as a container top, which is removable to open the container base from the container base, after use, in turn, can be placed as a precaution on the container base to To be able to counteract the access of germs and other contamination possibilities even when stored in a refrigerator.
- a container upper part designed as a container lid also has, in cooperation with the container bottom part 1, the advantage that the product in the everted state of the container on the container lid can serve for the use of the product or for the presentation of the product and the product, as far as it is after use is not consumed, can be transferred without contact by grasping the container lid and slipping the container base again in the container base.
- FIGS. 1 to 4 show a container 10, which consists of a lower container part 12 and a container upper part 13 designed as a container lid.
- Such containers 10 are, for example, known for at room temperature substantially solid, slightly deformable products 11, in particular food products.
- a typical representative of such a product 11 is, for example, so-called cut-resistant liver paste which forms a one-piece, cut-resistant part or product 11 in the container bottom after being filled into the container bottom 12 and then subjected to a subsequent thermal treatment.
- FIGs. 1 and 3 illustrate a container 10, in which the product 11 according to its intended Filling and thermal treatment is included. Due to the thermal treatment, the product 11 then has a consistency such that it is received as a substantially cut-resistant molded part in the container base 12 and the container 10 can then either be positioned in such a way, ie on the head, as in Figs. 1, 3 and 4, or such in the normal position, as shown in Fig. 5, but there for clarity without product 11 as such.
- the container base 12 has two zones 14 which are strip-shaped and extend substantially from the bottom 18 of the container base 12 into the region of the opening 19 of the container base 12. These zones 14 form zones of thin walls 150 such that the zones of thinner wall 150 are formed with respect to the remaining part of the wall 15 of the container base 12 easily deformable.
- the thin-walled zones 150 are in this case formed at least on the narrow end faces 17 of the container 10, which in the example is designed as a substantially parallelepipedic container bottom 12.
- the zones 14 thin wall 150 can also be formed at any other suitable location of the wall 15 of the container base 12 and it can be suitably many zones 14 thin wall 150 per container base provided.
- the container base 12 is, for example.
- the index finger and the thumb indicated by the arrows 20, 21, s. 3, and a force is exerted on the container lower part 12 in the respective direction of the arrows 20, 21.
- Due to the forwarding of the force ie due to the flow of force in the material of the container base 12, inter alia, a force in the end faces 17 of the container base 12 initiated, as a result of which the end face 17 can deform significantly better than the other walls 15 of the container base 12.
- the reason for this is that, as mentioned, at the end faces 17, see.
- thin-walled zones 150 are provided, which are thus easier to deform with respect to the remaining part of the walls 15 of the container lower part 12.
- the end face 17 is thus elastically deformed in the direction of the arrow 22 to the container outer 16 as a result of the introduction of force, in Fig. 3 is only one end face.
- the inner surface of the container base 12 slightly lifts off at these locations from the adjacent surface of the product 11, for example, within the range of 1 mm, based on the resting shape of the container base 12, so that air is thus transferred between the container base 12 and can penetrate the product formed gap 11 and as a result can at least partially spread over the entire inner surface of the container base 12 or can penetrate into these areas, and thus the product 12 releases from its connection with the inner surface of the container base 12, so that below the container base 12 according to the arrow 23, see. Fig. 4, either tilted or can be deducted substantially vertically upwards.
- the container 10 also has a container top part 13, which acts as a container lid, the container top part 13 can be grasped, for example, on a handle 130 provided there, so that tilting of the container bottom part 12 in the direction of the arrow 23 is easy for the user without further measures can be carried out.
- the container lower part 12 may, for example, have a circumferential collar 120, cf. Figs. 2 to 5.
- the to the thin-walled zone 150 adjacent region of the collar 120 may have a plurality of slots 121, thus allowing the better elastic deformability of the thin-walled zones.
- the container base 12 is in turn corresponding to the reverse direction of the arrow 23 of Fig. 4 on the example.
- product 11 located pushed over and then placed in this position to a storage location, eg. A refrigerator, or in the reverse position, ie with befindlichem bottom container bottom 12 and top container upper part 13, starting from the positioning of the container 10 in the figures.
