Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungseinheit mit einem im Wesentlichen flächigen Bodenteil sowie einem Deckteil mit mindestens einer Ausformung, die zur Aufnahme eines zu verpackenden Artikels dient.
  • Zum Bewerben von Getränken ist es bekannt, dass dem Getränkekasten verpackte Werbeartikel hinzugefügt werden. Bei solchen Werbeartikeln kann es sich z. B. um Flaschenöffner, Kugelschreiber, Spielzeugartikel wie z. B. Spielzeug-Lkw's in Form von Getränke-Lastwagen mit einem entsprechenden Werbeausdruck handeln. Auch kann die dazugehörige Verpackung mit einer entsprechenden Werbeinformation versehen sein, die jedoch nach dem Öffnen der Verpackung mit dieser üblicherweise entsorgt wird und damit auch nicht mehr wahrgenommen werden kann. Aber auch die Verpackung für andere Gegenstände, wie z. B. Gebrauchsartikel oder Lebensmittel wird nach dem Öffnen oder zumindest bis zum Aufbrauch des Inhalts meist weggeworfen. Eine Verpackungseinheit gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist in WO 98/41456 offenbart.
  • Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zu Grunde, die Attraktivität und den Nutzen einer gattungsgemäßen Verpackungseinheit zu erhöhen. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die gesamte Lehre des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen 2 bis 8.
  • Erfindungsgemäß besteht das Bodenteil aus Metall und weist zumindest auf einer Seite eine Werbefläche auf. Auf Grund der metallischen Ausbildung des Bodenteils sowie der darauf angeordneten Werbefläche, die mit einer entsprechenden Werbeinformation versehen ist, kann das Bodenteil z. B. als Dekotafel verwendet werden. Hinzu kommt, dass die Motive des Bodenteils einem ständigen Wechsel ausgesetzt sein können, wodurch der Sammlereffekt bei derartigen Produkten noch intensiviert werden kann. Trotz dieser zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltung der Verpackungseinheit bleiben die Herstellungskosten relativ gering, so dass die Produkte in zweckmäßiger Weise weiterhin als Zugabeartikel eingesetzt werden können. Mit einer solchen Verpackungseinheit können z. B. Spielzeug-Lkw's, die als Werbeartikel dienen, verpackt werden. Die Verpackungseinheit kann aber auch zur Verpackung beliebiger anderer Gegenstände dienen. In jedem Fall ist mit der Verpackungseinheit ein Zweit-Nutzen verbunden, nämlich zum einen die Verpackungsfunktion und zum anderen die Nutzfunktion des Bodenteils. Die Werbewirksamkeit des gesamten Artikels wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Verpackungseinheit noch wesentlich erhöht.
  • Mit besonderem Vorteil kann die Werbefläche eine plakatartige Werbeinformation aufweisen. Derartige plakatartige Werbeinformationen können nostalgisch ausgestaltet sein, so dass sie in Kombination mit dem metallischen Bodenteil wie in früheren Zeiten verwendete Werbetafeln in Erscheinung treten. Gegebenenfalls kann der Werbeeffekt noch mehr erhöht werden, wenn das Bodenteil auf seiner Vorder- und Rückseite unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Werbeinformationen aufweist.
  • Die Werbefläche trägt eine aufgedruckte Werbeinformation, die vor allem bei einem ebenen Bodenteil mittels eines geeigneten Druckverfahrens in einfacher Weise aufgebracht werden kann.
  • Das Bodenteil kann aus Blech z. B. aus einem billigen Eisenwerkstoff sein, womit die Herstellungskosten niedrig gehalten werden. Gleichzeitig erfüllt das Blech die Erfordernisse an Stabilität, Festigkeit und gleichzeitig geringem Gewicht. Insbesondere kann das Bodenteil aus Weißblech sein und ist damit vor Rost geschützt. Das Blech kann außerdem das nostalgische Erscheinungsbild der Werbetafel unterstützten.
  • Das Bodenteil kann Befestigungsmittel zu dessen Befestigung an einer Wand oder dergleichen ausweisen. Beispielsweise kann das Bodenteil mit einer Schlaufe, Öse oder auch Ausformungen versehen sein, um es an einen Nagel oder dergleichen aufzuhängen. Das Bodenteil kann auch Bohrungen für dessen Befestigung an einer Wand oder dergleichen aufweisen. Die Bohrungen haben den Vorteil, dass sie in einfacher Weise in das Bodenteil eingebracht werden können und zugleich eine stabile und sichere Befestigung des Bodenteils an einer Wand ermöglichen. Beispielsweise kann das Bodenteil in seinen Eckbereichen jeweils eine Bohrung aufweisen, so dass das Bodenteil äußerst stabil und rutschfest an einer Wand befestigbar ist.
  • Vorteilhafterweise geht das Bodenteil mit dem Deckteil eine wiederverschließbare Verbindung ein. Je nach Wunsch kann somit der verpackte Artikel entnommen, aber auch wieder in die schützende Verpackung z. B. zum Transport eingelegt werden. Außerdem wird durch die wiederverschließbare Verbindung gewährleistet, dass auch das Bodenteil nicht beschädigt wird und somit in einer anderen Funktion weiter verwendbar ist.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist das Bodenteil in durch einen Überschlag seitlich gebildete Aufnahmen des Deckteils einschiebbar. Ein einfaches Öffnen und Schließen der Verpackungseinheit ist damit möglich. Gleichzeitig sind die Kanten des Bodenteils durch den Überschlag des Deckteils geschützt. Insbesondere kann das Deckteil an drei Seiten eine Aufnahme aufweisen, so dass das Bodenteil darin unter seitlicher Führung bis zum Anschlag einschiebbar ist.
  • Die Seitenkanten des Bodenteils sind umgeschlagen , wodurch ein Verletzungsrisiko durch eventuell scharfen Kanten reduziert wird und gleichzeitig die Ästhetik des Bodenteils ansprechender gemacht wird. In den Eckbereichen kann ein entsprechender Umschlag fehlen, was den Vorteil hat, dass die entsprechende Art der Randausbildung mit einfachen technischen Mitteln realisierbar ist.
  • Die Eckbereiche des Bodenteils können abgerundet sein, so dass auch in diesen Bereichen eine geringere Verletzungsgefahr vorliegt.
  • Die Ausformung kann in etwa dem Umriß des zu verpackenden Artikels angepaßt sein, wodurch der Artikel in stabiler Weise in der Verpackungseinheit gehalten wird.
  • Das Deckteil kann zumindest bereichsweise transparent ausgebildet sein. Das Deckteil kann vollkommen transparent sein, so dass sowohl der Artikel als auch das Bodenteil gut sichtbar sind. Das Deckteil kann aber auch nur einen transparent ausgebildeten Teilbereich aufweisen, der es erlaubt, einen Teil des Bodenteils bzw. einen Teil des Artikels im verpackten Zustand der Verpackungseinheit zu sehen, wodurch möglicherweise die Neugier auf den Inhalt und der damit verbundene Überraschungseffekt vergrößert wird.
  • Das Bodenteil, insbesondere dessen Umriß, kann so ausgestaltet sein, so dass er in Zusammenhang mit dem zu verpackenden Artikel steht. Handelt es sich bei dem Artikel beispielsweise um ein Kraftfahrzeug, so kann auch das Bodenteil den Umriß eines Kraftfahrzeugs aufweisen, was besonders in ästhetischer Hinsicht vorteilhaft ist.
  • Die Erfindung ist anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels gemäß den Zeichnungsfiguren näher erläutert. Diese zeigen:

  • Bezugsziffer 1 bezeichnet die erfindungsgemäße Verpackungseinheit in ihrer Gesamtheit. Die Verpackungseinheit 1 weist ein im Wesentlichen flächiges Bodenteil 2 sowie ein mit einer Ausformung 3 versehenes Deckteil 4 auf. Die Ausformung 3 dient zur Aufnahme eines zu verpackenden Artikels 5, welcher in der beispielhaft dargestellten Ausführungsvariante ein Spielzeug-Lkw ist. Das Bodenteil 2 besteht aus Metall und weist auf einer Seite, nämlich auf seiner Oberseite 6 eine Werbefläche 7 auf. Durch das metallische Bodenteil 2 wird eine äußerst stabile Verkaufsverpackung geschaffen und gleichzeitig der Wert der darauf angebrachten Werbeinformation 7 erhöht. Das Bodenteil 2 kann außerdem in Form einer plakatartigen Werbeinformation wiederverwendet werden und z. B. in der Küche an die Wand gehängt werden.
  • Die Werbeinformation 8 ist auf die Werbefläche 7 aufgedruckt. Das Bedrucken der Werbefläche 7 ist auf Grund der ebenen Oberseite 6 des Bodenteils 2 auch einfach und rationell durchführbar.
  • Das Bodenteil 2 ist aus Blech, welches die notwendige Stabilität gewährleistet und gleichzeitig das Aufdrucken der Werbeinformation 8 erlaubt. Außerdem handelt es sich bei Blech z. B. aus einem Eisen- oder Aluminiumwerkstoff um eine billiges Flacherzeugnis. Insbesondere besteht das Bodenteil aus Weißblech und ist damit gegen Rost beständig.
  • Das Bodenteil 2 weist Befestigungsmittel, nämlich Bohrungen 9 für dessen Befestigung an einer Wand oder dergleichen auf, indem z. B. das Bodenteil 2 mittels Nägeln, die die Bohrungen 9 durchsetzen, an der Wand befestigt wird.
  • Das Bodenteil 2 geht mit dem Deckteil 4 eine wiederverschließbare Bindung ein. Damit ist einerseits sichergestellt, dass die einzelnen Teile beim erstmaligen Öffnen der Verpackungseinheit 1 nicht zerstört werden und dadurch das metallische Bodenteil 2 mit seiner Werbeinformation 8 z. B. als nostalgisches Werbeplakat weiter nutzbar ist. Außerdem kann der zu verpackende Artikel 5 je nach Bedarf (z. B. zu Transportzwecken) wieder verpackt werden.
  • Das Bodenteil 2 ist in durch einen Überschlag 10 seitlich gebildete Aufnahmen 11 des Deckteils 4 einschiebbar. Derartige Überschläge 10 sind an drei Seiten des Deckteils 4 vorgesehen, so dass das Bodenteil 2 in die noch freie Seite des Deckteils 4 eingeschoben werden kann. Die Aufnahmen 11 gewährleisten einen sicheren Halt des eingeschobenen Bodenteils 2.
  • Die Seitenkanten 12 des Bodenteils 2 sind umgeschlagen (siehe Figur 3). An den Eckbereichen 13 des Bodenteils 2 fehlt ein derartiger Umschlag. Diese Art der Randausbildung hat den Vorteil, dass sie mit einfachen technischen Mitteln realisierbar ist, gleichzeitig aber das Verletzungsrisiko reduziert bzw. die Ästhetik des Bodenteils 2 ansprechender gemacht wird.
  • Die Eckbereiche 13 des Bodenteils 2 sind abgerundet, um auch in diesen Bereichen die Verletzungsgefahr zu reduzieren.
  • Die Ausformung 3 ist in etwa dem Umriß des zu verpackenden Artikels 5 angepaßt, damit der Artikel 5 in stabiler Weise durch die Verpackungseinheit 1 geschützt ist.
  • Das Deckteil 4 ist transparent ausgebildet, so dass sowohl der Artikel 5 als auch das Bodenteil 2 mit seiner gesamten Werbeinformation 8 sichtbar ist.
  • Das Bodenteil 2, insbesondere dessen Umriß, kann so ausgestaltet sein, dass er im Zusammenhang mit dem zu verpackenden Artikel 5 steht. Im vorliegenden Beispiel kann demnach das Bodenteil 2 auch den Umriß eines Lkw's aufweisen, womit die gesamte Verpackungseinheit 1 gegebenenfalls noch attraktiver gemacht wird.

Claims (8)

  1. Verpackungseinheit mit einem im Wesentlichen flächigen Bodenteil (2) sowie einem Deckteil (4) mit mindestens einer Ausformung (3), die zur Aufnahme eines zu verpackenden Artikels (5) dient, das Bodenteil (2) aus Metall besteht und zumindest auf einer Seite eine Werbefläche (7) aufweist und das Bodenteil (2) mit dem Deckteil (4) eine wiederverschließbare Verbindung eingeht, wobei das Bodenteil (2) in durch einen Überschlag (10) seitlich gebildete Aufnahmen (11) des Deckteils (4) einschiebbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Werbefläche (7) eine aufgedruckte Werbeinformation (8) trägt und das Bodenteil (2) als Werbetafel verwendbar ist, und dass die Seitenkanten (12) des Bodenteils (2) umgeschlagen sind.
  2. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Bodenteil (2) aus Blech ist.
  3. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Bodenteil (2) Befestigungsmittel zu dessen Befestigung an einer Wand oder dergleichen aufweist.
  4. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Bodenteil (2) Bohrungen (9) für dessen Befestigung an einer Wand oder dergleichen aufweist.
  5. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Eckbereiche (13) des Bodenteils (2) abgerundet sind.
  6. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Ausformung (3) in etwa dem Umriss des zu verpackenden Artikels (5) angepasst ist.
  7. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Deckteil (4) zumindest bereichsweise transparent ausgebildet ist.
  8. Verpackungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Bodenteil (2), insbesondere dessen Umriss, so ausgestaltet ist, dass es in Zusammenhang mit dem zu verpackenden Artikel (5) steht.
