Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vlieskrempel nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Aus der Praxis sind derartige Vlieskrempel bekannt. Dabei ist es bekannt, durch Verstellungen im Bereich des Luftschachtes, sei es durch eine Wandung des Luftschachtes oder sei es durch die Verstellung von einer im Luftschacht vorgesehenen Düse bzw. von einem im Luftschacht vorgesehenen Luftteiler den Luftstrom derart zu beeinflussen, dass hierdurch der Faserstrahl gelenkt werden kann bzw. der Ablösungsvorgang der Fasern vom Tambour sowie die Ablage der Fasern auf dem Ablageband beeinflusst werden kann.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Vlieskrempel dahingehend zu verbessern, dass eine möglichst vielseitige und effektive Beeinflussung des Luftstrahls möglich ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Vlieskrempel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Die Erfindung schlägt mit anderen Worten vor, nicht nur eine sondern beide Wandungen des Luftschachtes zu verstellen. So können beispielsweise beide Wandungen um eine Achse verschwenkt werden, die parallel zur Achse des Tambours verläuft, oder die beiden Wandungen können parallel gemeinsam bewegt werden, so dass der Luftschacht quasi gegenüber dem Tambour verschoben wird und das tangentiale Auftreffen der Luft auf den Tambour auf diese Weise beeinflusst wird, so dass insbesondere der Bereich, in welchem die Fasern vom Tambour abgeschleudert werden, beeinflussbar ist und auf diese Weise der weitere Faserverlauf bis auf das Ablageband beeinflusst werden kann.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der rein schematischen Zeichnung nachfolgend näher erläutert.
- Bei einer Krempel 1 ist ein einstellbarer Luftschacht 2 vorgesehen, welcher Luft tangential an einen Tambour 3 führt und durch zwei Wandungen begrenzt wird. Eine tambourferne Wandung 4 des Luftschachtes 2 ist, wie durch den Doppelpfeil in der Zeichnung angedeutet, gemeinsam mit einer unteren Walze 5 seitlich verstellbar. Innerhalb des Luftschachtes 2 befindet sich kurz bevor die Luft den Tambour 3 erreicht ein Luftteiler 6.
- Die tambournahe Wand 7 des Luftschachtes 2 ist gemeinsam mit einer Abschleudernase 8 ebenfalls seitlich verstellbar, wie ebenfalls durch einen Doppelpfeils angedeutet. Durch die Verstellbarkeit der Abschleudernase wird der Faserstrahl von Textilfasern, die auf dem Tambour im Spalt zwischen der Tambouroberfläche und dem dargestellten Kardiersegment 9 sowie ggf. vorhandenen, nicht dargestellten Kardiersegmenten gefördert werden, so beeinflusst, dass die Fasern entweder noch länger am Tambour anliegen, nachdem sie die Abschleudernase 8 passiert haben, oder dass der Faserstrahl weiter entfernt davon fliegt, so dass der Ablösepunkt an welchem die Fasern den Tambour verlassen, beeinflusst werden kann.
- Die Ablösung beginnt grundsätzlich bereits am Ende des Kardiersegmentes 9, also wenn die Fasern am rechts dargestellten Ende des Kardiersegmentes 9 angelangt sind. Dort beginnt ein Abschleuderkanal 10, der sich bis zur Abschleudernase 8 erstreckt. Das entsprechende Ende des Kardiersegmentes 9 ist mit A gekennzeichnet, wobei dies den Abschleuderpunkt bezeichnet.
- Der Luftteiler 6 ist gemeinsam mit der Abschleudernase und der tambournahen Wand 7 des Luftschachtes 2 verstellbar.
- Die Fasern werden gleichmäßiger verteilt auf einem luftdurchlässigen Ablageband 11 abgelegt, wenn das Band entgegen der Richtung des Luftstroms verläuft, also in Richtung des rechts am Ablageband 11 angedeuteten Pfeils.
- Die Schrägstellung des Ablagebandes 11 dort, wo der Faserstrahl auf das Ablageband 11 auftritt, also der Winkel zwischen Ablageband 11 und Faserstrahl, kann durch eine verstellbare Umlenkrolle 12 beeinflusst werden, wobei gemeinsam mit der Umlenkrolle 12 auch ein Abdichtungsbauteil 14 verstellt werden kann, damit dies möglichst eng an dem Ablageband 11 geführt ist.
- Unterhalb des Ablagebandes 11 erstreckt sich in an sich bekannter Weise ein Saugkanal 15.
Claims (4)
- Vlieskrempel,
mit einem Fasern entlang einem Abschnitt seines Umfangs führenden Tambour,
und mit einem die vom Tambour abgeschleuderten Fasern aufnehmenden, luftdurchlässigen Ablageband,
und mit einem Luft etwa tangential zum Tambour führenden Luftschacht,
wobei der Luftschacht von zwei Wandungen begrenzt wird, die als tambournahe Wandung und als tambourferne Wandung in Förderrichtung der Fasern hintereinander angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Wandungen (4, 7) des Luftschachtes (2) verstellbar sind. - Vlieskrempel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Luftschacht (2) ein Luftteiler (6) vorgesehen ist, welcher gemeinsam mit der tambournahen Wandung (7) verstellbar ist.
- Vlieskrempel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ablageband (11) schräg zum Luftstrom ausgerichtet ist und in einer dem Luftstrom entgegengerichteten Förderrichtung läuft. - Vlieskrempel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gemeinsam mit der tambournahen Wandung (7) des Luftschachtes (2) eine Abschleudernase (8) verstellbar ist, welches das Ende eines Spaltes bildet, der zwischen dem Tambour (3) und wenigstens einem Kardiersegment (9) verläuft.
