Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'empaquetage pour des substrats granulaires capables d'empêcher qu'un article empaqueté ne gonfle en raison d'une augmentation de température après scellage par réduction de l'air résiduel de l'article empaqueté. Ce dispositif comprend un dispositif de remplissage (30) pour remplir des substances granulaires qui présentent une capacité d'adsorbtion dans un sac de stockage (90) ouvert à une extrémité, un dispositif de retrait d'air (50) pour évacuer de l'air du sac de stockage (90) rempli de substances granulaires, et un dispositif d'étanchéité (40) pour sceller l'extrémité ouverte du sac de stockage (90) contre l'air qui est évacué. Le dispositif de scellage (40) est formé de manière à fonctionner très peu de temps après que l'air a été évacué du sac de stockage (90) au moyen du dispositif de retrait d'air (50).
