A 10% NaOH solution is added up to a pH of 5.5. The resulting mixture is poured in a thin jet over the mixture obtained in step I, at 80°C, while vigorously stirring, said stirring continuing for minimum 10 minutes up to the complete emulsifying. The emulsion obtained this way is let to cool, while stirring, up to the temperature of 40°C.
  • Step III In a vessel provided with stirring and heating jacket, clean, dry and sterilized, there are introduced the oily components in the amounts indicated in the table and in the following order: triglycerides of capric/caprilic acid, solar protection factor, jojoba oil, olive oil, grape-seed oil, Vitamin E.
