- the spray profile 10 is produced in the bottom wall of the spray head and comprises in known manner, spray channels 11, preferably non-radial, leading into a central spray chamber 12 disposed directly upstream of said spray orifice 1. These channels can be three in number, as shown in FIG. 1, but another configuration is conceivable.
- An insert 20, preferably full and of simple shape similar to a rod, is provided in said expulsion channel 5 to limit the dead volume and form the bottom of said spray profile 10.
- This insert 20 is introduced from the inside of the head and therefore forms an internal nozzle for which there is no risk of expulsion of the nozzle during actuation, unlike an external nozzle, brought in from the outside of the head.
- the product flowing in the expulsion channel 5 around said insert reaches, at the front face thereof, in non-radial channels 11 via access 15.
- the product then enters the spray chamber 12 swirling before being expelled through the spray orifice 1 in the form of a spray.
- the device of the invention is therefore formed of only two parts, an external part forming the head and an internal part forming the insert.

- the insert 20 being centered, the product flows approximately equally through the three channels 11 and a good spray is formed with optimal spray characteristics, both in terms of performance (average droplet size and size distribution of droplets) than consistency (reproducibility of performance for all heads).
- the manufacturing tolerances of the expulsion channel 5 and of the insert 20 can cause a slight eccentricity of the axes X and Y, but the flats 30 make it possible to limit this eccentricity.
- this is less than 0.08 mm, preferably less than 0.03 mm.
- spray heads originating from the same mold imprint have a standard deviation, as regards the eccentricity of the central axis X the insert relative to the central axis Y of the expulsion channel, less than 0.05 mm, preferably less than 0.02 mm.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment relates to a dispensing head in which the spray chamber 12 has a diameter of approximately 1 mm and the spray orifice 1 has a diameter of approximately 0.3 mm. The present invention therefore makes it possible to improve the dispensing heads of fluid product by improving the characteristics and the performances of the spray which it delivers, as well as the consistency of these characteristics.
