Description

TENTE AUTO-DEPLOYABLE COMPRENANT UNE CHAMBRE INTERIEURE
La présente invention concerne une tente auto-déployable, c'est-à-dire une tente présentant une structure en arceaux flexibles, solidaire de la toile de toit, ladite tente pouvant être repliée dans une configuration minimale de stockage circulaire et plate, par simple déformation de la structure en arceaux et pouvant se déployer en volume dans la configuration usuelle d'une tente par simple libération des contraintes de déformation de la structure en arceaux. Elle concerne plus particulièrement une tente auto-déployable qui est équipée d'une chambre intérieure. On connaît, par exemple par le document US.3.990.463, une tente à structure en arceau, dont l'arceau se présente sous la forme d'une boucle continue d'un matériau flexible et déformable qui peut être repliée sous la forme d'une boucle de dimension plus réduite, laquelle présente un effet ressort. Cette structure en arceaux est solidaire d'au moins une toile de toit, éventuellement d'un tapis de sol. Sur la figure 1 du document US.3.990.463, on voit clairement que la structure en arceaux flexibles forme une boucle supérieure qui définit la mise en volume de la tente. Pour que cette mise en volume soit complète, il importe cependant de fixer la toile de toit au sol en exerçant une traction aux quatre coins de la toile de toit. A ce titre la tente du document US.3.990.463 n'est pas totalement auto-déployable puisque sa mise en volume nécessite une intervention manuelle de l'opérateur. Les figures 5 à 10 de ce document montrent le mode opératoire pour le repliement de la tente, jusqu'à atteindre la configuration repliée à effet ressort de la structure en arceaux. Une tente totalement auto-déployable, qui ne nécessite pas d'intervention manuelle pour obtenir la mise en volume définitive, est connue par exemple par le document US.5.163.461. Selon ce document, la structure en arceaux comporte non seulement une boucle supérieure mais également une boucle d'embase elle-même solidaire de la toile de toit, ladite boucle d'embase définissant la périphérie de la toile de toit. Dans ce document, la structure d'arceaux est continue, constituée d'une succession de tiges flexibles connectées les unes aux autres et dont certaines portions, à l'état déployé, forment la boucle supérieure et dont d'autres portions, à l'état déployé, forment la boucle d'embase. D'ailleurs dans ce même document est prévu qu'outre la boucle d'embase puissent être formées plusieurs boucles supérieures, les boucles étant symétriques l'une de l'autre par rapport à un plan médian transversal de la boucle d'embase.
Dans le document EP.857.245, les tiges flexibles reliées les unes aux autres pour former la boucle d'embase et la boucle supérieure sont connectées grâce à un connecteur double localisé dans la zone du plan médian transversal. Dans ce document, il est cependant prévu une structure d'arceaux complémentaires de configuration classique, en forme de dôme, destinée à s'étendre par-dessus la boucle supérieure et fixée selon les bords opposés de la boucle d'embase pour former un cadre externe à la tente.
Il est également connu, dans le domaine des tentes, que pour limiter les désagréments de la condensation on dispose, en-dessous de la toile de toit proprement dite, une chambre intérieure dans des conditions permettant de ménager entre la toile de toit et la chambre intérieure un espace apte à créer une couche d'air intermédiaire. Dans une tente conventionnelle dont la structure est formée de piquets verticaux, l'écartement entre la toile de toit, éventuellement appelée double toit, et la chambre intérieure est obtenu grâce à des écarteurs placés sur le sommet des piquets après mise en place de la chambre intérieure ou toile de tente.
Lorsque la mise en volume de la tente est obtenue par une structure formée de tubes emboîtés ou par une structure en arceaux, la toile de toit est disposée par-dessus ladite structure et , dans ce cas, la chambre intérieure peut être fixée , généralement grâce à des crochets, sous la structure tubulaire ou en arceaux.
Il peut bien sûr en être de même lorsque la structure en arceaux n'est pas de type classique mais celle d'une tente auto-déployable comme décrite ci- dessus. Ainsi la mise en place de la chambre intérieure nécessite de la part de l'utilisateur des manipulations complémentaires qui font perdre à la tente auto- déployable son premier avantage qui est de ne nécessiter aucune manipulation pour son montage, autre que sa fixation au sol.
Le but de la présente invention est de pallier cet inconvénient en proposant une tente auto-déployable munie d'une chambre intérieure qui ne nécessite pas de telles manipulations- Ce but est parfaitement atteint par la tente auto-déployable qui comprend de manière connue une structure en arceaux flexibles comportant une boucle d'embase et au moins une boucle supérieure ainsi qu'une toile de toit qui est solidaire des boucles d'embases et supérieure. De manière caractéristique, selon la présente invention, cette tente auto-déployable comporte de plus une chambre intérieure, disposée sous la toile de toit, ladite chambre ayant une partie haute qui est solidaire de la boucle supérieure par des moyens souples d'écartement et une partie de fond qui est solidaire de la boucle d'embase. En position déployée, la tension de la toile de toit et de la chambre intérieure est telle qu'elles sont tenues à distance l'une de l'autre par les moyens d'écartement.
Ainsi c'est en premier lieu le dimensionnement respectif de la toile de toit et de la chambre intérieure, en second lieu le dimensionnement respectif de la boucle d'embase et de la ou des boucles supérieures et en troisième lieu la présence des moyens d'écartement souples qui permettent d'obtenir qu'en position déployée la chambre intérieure présente une configuration sensiblement tendue délimitant sous la toile de toit une couche d'air, et ce par le simple effet du déploiement de la tente, sans manipulation complémentaire de l'utilisateur. Dans une variante de réalisation, la toile de toit comporte, en partie basse, deux ouvertures, notamment, opposées qui forment des entrées/sorties d'air dans la couche d'air entre la toile de toit et la partie haute de la chambre intérieure. Cette couche d'air devient alors un espace de ventilation puisque l'air peut y circuler librement. De préférence chacune de ces deux ouvertures opposées est formée dans la zone intérieure d'une boucle supérieure, à proximité de la boucle d'embase. Bien sûr ces ouvertures opposées, formées dans la toile de toit, peuvent éventuellement être pourvues d'une grille ou d'un textile en forme de filet, pour autant qu'au niveau de la dite ouverture il y ait une perméabilité suffisante à l'air pour créer l'effet de ventilation recherché.
Dans un premier mode de réalisation, la partie de fond de la chambre intérieure constitue le tapis de sol de la tente.
Dans un second mode de réalisation, il est prévu un tapis de sol qui est soit solidaire de la boucle d'embase soit solidaire de la toile de toit soit solidaire de la chambre et qui est indépendant de la partie de fond de la chambre intérieure. Ainsi, dans ce cas, il y a deux couches superposées formant le fond de la tente l'une, le tapis de sol, en contact direct avec le sol et l'autre, la partie de fond de la chambre intérieure, en contact avec l'utilisateur. Cette disposition particulière permet une plus grande diversité de choix des matériaux propres à constituer chacune des deux dites couches, en fonction des propriétés techniques recherchées. La couche en contact avec le sol doit présenter des propriétés d'isolation et d'imperméabilité ; la couche en contact avec l'utilisateur doit être plus confortable. La dissociation de ces propriétés en deux couches superposées permet également de mettre en œuvre des matériaux plus conventionnels et donc moins coûteux et également d'obtenir globalement une meilleure isolation thermique vis-à-vis du sol. Dans une variante de réalisation, la tente auto-déployable de l'invention comporte des fourreaux, qui sont rapportés sur la face extérieure de la toile de toit ou qui sont intégrés dans ladite toile de toit , pour le passage de la boucle supérieure de la structure d'arceaux. Dans ce cas les moyens souples d'écartement sont eux-mêmes solidaires de la face intérieure de la toile de toit au niveau ou à proximité desdits fourreaux. Ainsi la mise en tension de la chambre intérieure est réalisée, par l'intermédiaire des moyens souples d'écartement, dans les zones de la toile de toit qui sont elles-mêmes mises sous tension par la boucle supérieure.
Les moyens souples d'écartement peuvent être de types très divers. Il peut s'agir de bandes textiles cousues directement sur la toile de toit et sur la chambre intérieure, voire même de liaison par couture directe entre la toile de toit et la chambre intérieure. Il peut s'agir d'attaches amovibles qui sont reliées à des éléments de fixation eux-mêmes fixés de manière définitive sur la face intérieure de la toile de toit et sur la face extérieure de la chambre intérieure. Cette dernière disposition facilite la confection de la tente du fait que la chambre intérieure n'est pas reliée de manière définitive, notamment par couture, à la toile de toit.
Dans une variante de réalisation, la tente auto-déployable selon la présente invention comporte également des moyens de réglage en largeur de la tente, s'étendant entre deux zones opposées à la fois de la boucle d'embase et de la boucle supérieure en-dessous de la partie de fond de la chambre intérieure. Par exemple ces moyens de réglage peuvent être constitués par une simple bande textile dont les extrémités viennent s'enrouler autour de la boucle d'embase et de la partie basse de la boucle supérieure et s'accrocher par des moyens appropriés, par exemple un système de fermeture auto-agrippant à crochets et à boucles. Il est ainsi possible de définir la largeur de la tente et ainsi de moduler le volume de celle-ci.
La présente invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va être faite d'un exemple de réalisation d'une tente auto-déployable munie d'une chambre intérieure entourée d'un espace de ventilation, illustré par le dessin annexé dans lequel :
La figure 1 est une représentation schématique en perspective de la structure en arceaux de la tente, en position déployée ;
La figure 2 est une vue schématique de côté de la tente auto¬ déployable ; La figure 3 est une vue schématique en coupe longitudinale de la tente de la figure 2 ;
La figure 4 est une vue plongeante et partielle de la tente de la figure 2 au niveau d'une ouverture latérale ;
La figure 5 est une représentation schématique d'un moyen souple d'écartement détachable. La tente auto-déployable, dans l'exemple qui va être décrit ci-après, comporte une structure en arceaux constituée d'une pluralité de tiges flexibles, à retour élastique, notamment formées de joncs en matière composite ou métallique ou plastique, lesdites tiges étant connectées les unes aux autres pour former une boucle d'embase 2 et une boucle supérieure 3. Il peut s'agir d'un ensemble continu de tiges connectées les unes aux autres formant à la fois la boucle d'embase et la boucle supérieure, comme c'est le cas dans le document US.5.163.461. Il peut également s'agir de deux ensembles de tiges connectées les unes aux autres, formant deux boucles indépendantes, à savoir la boucle d'embase 2 et la boucle supérieure 3.
La boucle d'embase 2 définit la surface au sol de la tente, bordant la périphérie extérieure de la celle-ci. Cette boucle d'embase 2, en position déployée, a une configuration plane, de forme circulaire ou oblongue. Sur la figure 1 on a représenté les deux axes de symétrie de la boucle d'embase, respectivement l'axe longitudinal XX' et l'axe transversal YY'.
La boucle supérieure 3 définit la hauteur et le volume intérieur de la tente. Lorsque la tente est en position déployée, les portions basses 3a de la boucle supérieure 3 sont à proximité immédiate de la boucle d'embase 2 au niveau de l'axe transversal YY', tandis que les portions supérieures 3b de la boucle supérieure sont à l'aplomb de l'axe longitudinal XX' de la boucle d'embase 2.
La structure en arceaux de la tente auto-déployable de la présente invention peut comporter éventuellement d'autres boucles supérieures destinées à former le volume de la tente, par exemple comme les boucles décrites dans les documents US.5.163.461, US.5.385.165 ou US.5.396.917.
La structure en arceaux sert à supporter d'une part une toile de toit 5 et d'autre part une chambre intérieure 6. Dans un mode non limitatif de réalisation, la structure en arceaux est logée dans des fourreaux 7 qui sont des bandes textiles repliées sur elles-mêmes et cousues sur la face extérieure de la toile de toit 5. Ces fourreaux 7 peuvent être continus ou discontinus , voire se présenter sous la forme de passants de petites dimensions.
Au lieu de fourreaux débordant extérieurement de la toile de toit, il peut s'agir de fourreaux intégrés dans la structure de la toile de toit, sous forme de sortes de poches constituées par une zone localisée de la toile de toit à deux parois.
La chambre intérieure 6 est disposée sous la toile de toit 5. Elle présente une partie haute 6a qui est solidaire de la boucle supérieure 3 par des moyens souples d'écartement 8 et une partie de fond 6b qui est solidaire de la boucle d'embase 2, éventuellement mais non obligatoirement par des moyens souples d'écartement.
Le dimensionnement de la boucle d'embase 2 et de la boucle supérieure 3, le dimensionnement de la toile de toit 5 et de la chambre intérieure 6 et le dimensionnement des moyens souples d'écartement sont déterminés en sorte que, lorsque la structure en arceaux passe de sa position repliée à sa position déployée, la tente se retrouve dans la configuration des figures 2 et 3, la toile de toit 5 étant mise sous tension et la chambre intérieure 6 étant suspendue sous la toile de toit 5 , également sous une certaine tension, avec une couche d'air dans l'espace 9 laissée disponible entre la face intérieure de la toile de toit 5 et la face extérieure de la chambre intérieure 6. De plus la partie de fond 6b de la chambre intérieure 6 se trouve sensiblement au niveau du sol 4.
Un exemple de moyens souples d'écartement est illustré à la figure 5. Il s'agit en l'occurrence de moyens amovibles, permettant l'assemblage et le désassemblage de la toile de toit 5 et de la chambre intérieure 6. Dans l'exemple illustré à la figure 5, les moyens souples d'écartement consistent en un système comportant un crochet 10 qui est fixé sur la chambre intérieure 6 par l'intermédiaire d'une patte textile 11, ledit crochet 10 étant apte à se crocheter sur une pièce annulaire fermée 12 qui est fixée sur la toile de toit 5 par l'intermédiaire d'une patte textile 13. Ainsi il suffit de faire pénétrer l'extrémité libre 10a du crochet 10 dans la pièce annulaire 12 pour obtenir l'assemblage recherché et le maintien entre la toile de toit 5 et la chambre intérieure 6 sous un certain écartement du fait que la mise en tension et le poids de la chambre intérieure 6, ont tendance à maintenir en extension les pattes textiles 11, 13. Dans l'exemple illustré à la figure 5, le crochet 10 comporte un ergot flexible 10b de verrouillage disposé à proximité de l'extrémité libre 10a du crochet 10 de manière à permettre l'introduction dans la boucle du crochet 10 de la pièce annulaire 12 et d'en empêcher la sortie sans manipulation dudit ergot 10b.
La mise en place des moyens souples d'écartement est réalisée de préférence, comme illustrée à la figure 5, dans la zone où se situe l'application de la structure en arceaux sur la toile de toit. Dans le cas présent, la patte textile 13 reliant la toile de toit 5 à la pièce annulaire 12 est cousue dans la zone de fixation du fourreau 7 servant de logement à la boucle supérieure 3 de la structure d'arceaux.
Ce mode de réalisation des moyens souples d'écartement 8 n'est pas exclusif, toute autre structure peut être envisagée pour autant de permettre d'une part une liaison souple entre la toile de toit et la chambre intérieure et d'autre part un certain écartement entre ces deux parois permettant la création d'un espace d'isolation c'est-à-dire d'un espace renfermant une couche d'air.
De préférence l'espace d'isolation est également un espace de ventilation, des ouvertures 14 étant prévues, en partie basse, dans la toile de toit 5. Dans l'exemple illustré à la figure 2, il s'agit de deux ouvertures opposées, symétriques par rapport au plan vertical passant par l'axe longitudinal XX', lesdites ouvertures 14 étant formées dans la zone intérieure de la boucle supérieure se trouvant à proximité immédiate de la boucle d'embase 2. Il s'agit en l'occurrence de deux ouvertures latérales par lesquelles l'air peut entrer et sortir pour créer une circulation d'air dans tout l'espace 9 laissé libre entre la chambre intérieure et la toile de toit.
Le fait que ces deux ouvertures 14 soient disposées à cet endroit présente l'avantage de permettre également un accès à l'opérateur pour régler éventuellement la fixation de la partie de fond 6b de la chambre intérieure 6 sur les boucles d'embase 2 et supérieure 3, voire même de régler la largeur L de la tente.
La figure 4 est une vue partielle de la figure 2 , vue sous une perspective plongeante, permettant de voir, à travers l'ouverture 14, d'une part le bas de la partie haute 6a de la chambre intérieure 6, à proximité de la partie de fond 6b et d'autre part les deux boucles d'embase 2 et supérieure 3 de la structure d'arceaux au niveau où elles sont à proximité l'une de l'autre. Dans l'exemple illustré à la figure 4, la partie de fond 6b de la chambre intérieure 6 est reliée aux deux boucles d'embase 2 et supérieure 3 par un passant 15 de fixation formé de deux bandes textiles aptes à se refermer sur elles-mêmes pour former ledit passant 15, grâce à un système de fermeture de type auto-agrippant, à crochets et à boucles, connu sous la dénomination Velcro. Ce passant de fixation 15 permet de solidariser la chambre intérieure, au niveau de sa partie de fond 6b à la boucle d'embase 2 et également la boucle supérieure 3, lesquelles sont accessibles grâce à l'ouverture 14 pratiquée dans cette zone et grâce au fait que des fourreaux respectivement 7 pour la boucle supérieure et 7' pour la boucle d'embase sont interrompus également dans cette zone.
Le passant de fixation 15 , en deux parties refermables l'une sur l'autre par des éléments à boucles et à crochets, permet également, dans une certaine mesure, d'influer sur ces dimensions en réglant la largeur L de la tente, c'est-à-dire l'écartement des boucles d'embase 2 et supérieure 3 au niveau de l'axe transversal YY' de la tente.
Normalement ce sont les dimensions de la toile de toit et de la chambre qui déterminent les dimensions extérieures de la tente dans toutes les directions, du fait de leur mise en tension par les boucles d'embase et supérieure. Cependant, il est à noter que le réglage de la largeur L influence nécessairement la hauteur H de la tente puisque la déformation de la boucle supérieure 3 dans sa partie basse 3a va nécessairement entraîner une déformation corrélative de ladite boucle 3 dans sa partie haute 3b. Le réglage en largeur L de la tente peut être obtenu par des moyens indépendants, autres que le passant de fixation 15 qui vient d'être décrit, par exemple par une bande transversale 16 (figure 1) dont les deux extrémités sont reliées aux parties basses de la boucle supérieure 3 et également à la boucle d'embase 2 au niveau de l'axe transversal YY', la bande transversale 15 étant de préférence munie de moyens de réglage de sa longueur, éventuellement un système intégré d'éléments à crochets et à boucles comme dans l'exemple ci-dessus de la patte de fixation 15.
La partie de fond 6b de la chambre intérieure 6 peut elle-même faire office de tapis de sol.
Cependant, dans une autre variante, il est prévu que le tapis de sol proprement dit soit indépendant de la partie de fond de la chambre intérieure et soit solidaire de la boucle d'embase. Le tapis de sol pourrait aussi être solidaire de la toile de toit ou de la chambre, étant par exemple cousu selon le bord inférieur de la toile de toit ou de la partie haute de la chambre intérieure. Dans tous les cas, on a ainsi deux couches de matière qui forment le fond de la tente, à savoir la partie de fond 6b de la chambre intérieure et le tapis de sol proprement dit. Grâce à cette disposition, il est donc possible de dissocier les propriétés techniques qui sont normalement dévolues aux deux faces d'un tapis de sol classique, la face supérieure et donc dans le cas présent la partie de fond 6b de la chambre intérieure devant avoir un toucher agréable pour le contact avec l'utilisateur tandis que la face inférieure et dans le cas présent le tapis de sol proprement dit devant présenter des propriétés d'isolation, de résistance à l'abrasion et d'imperméabilité au contact du sol.
A titre d'exemple , dans ce mode de réalisation, on a utilisé comme partie de fond de la chambre intérieure un tissu de polyester, tandis que pour le tapis de sol proprement dit, tendu dans la boucle d'embase 2 on a utilisé un tissu de polyamide enduit.
L'effet de ventilation qui est recherché a pour but d'éviter une trop grande humidité dans la couche d'air entre la chambre intérieure et la toile de toit par effet de condensation. Pour obtenir cette ventilation , grâce aux ouvertures pratiquées dans la toile de toit, il n'est pas strictement nécessaire qu'il y ait un écartement entre la paroi de fond 6b de la chambre intérieure 6 et Ia boucle d'embase 2, puisque la ventilation doit être réalisée principalement au niveau de la partie haute 6a de la chambre intérieure 6.
Les moyens d'écartement doivent être souples pour ne pas gêner le repliement de la tente et son placement dans un sac de transport et aussi pour pouvoir suivre les différences de placement respectif de la toile de toit et de la chambre intérieure, dues par exemple par un réglage en largeur de la tente.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Tente auto-déployable comprenant :
- une structure en arceaux comportant une boucle d'embase (2) et au moins une boucle supérieure (3) et
- une toile de toit (5) solidaire des boucles d'embase (2) et supérieure (3), caractérisée en ce que : a) elle comporte de plus une chambre intérieure (6), disposée sous la toile de toit (5), ladite chambre (16) ayant une partie haute (6a) qui est solidaire de la boucle supérieure (3) par des moyens souples d'écartement (8) et une partie de fond (6b) qui est solidaire de la boucle d'embase (2) et b) en position déployée, la tension de la toile de toit (5) et de la chambre intérieure (6) est telle qu'elles sont tenues à distance l'une de l'autre par les moyens d'écartement (8).
2. Tente auto-déployable selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la toile de toit (5) comporte, en partie basse, deux ouvertures (10) opposées pour l'entrée et la sortie de l'air circulant dans un espace de ventilation (9), entre la toile de toit (5) et la chambre intérieure (6).
3. Tente auto-déployable selon la revendication 2 caractérisée en ce que chacune des deux ouvertures opposées (14) est formée dans la zone intérieure d'une boucle supérieure (3), à proximité de la boucle d'embase
(2).
4. Tente auto-déployable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que la partie de fond (6b) de la chambre constitue le tapis de sol de la tente.
5. Tente auto-déployable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un tapis de sol (2), qui est indépendant de la partie de fond (6b) de la chambre intérieure (6), étant notamment solidaire de la boucle d'embase ou de la toile de toit ou de la chambre.
6. Tente auto-déployable selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des fourreaux (7) rapportés ou intégrés dans la face extérieure de la toile de toit (5) pour le passage de la boucle supérieure (3) et en ce que les moyens souples d'écartement (8) sont solidaires de la face intérieure de la toile de toit (5) au niveau ou à proximité desdits fourreaux (7).
7. Tente auto-déployable selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que les moyens souples d'écartement sont des attaches amovibles (10, 12) et en ce que la face intérieure de la toile de toit et la face extérieure de la chambre intérieure contiennent des éléments de fixation (11,13) desdites attaches.
8. Tente auto-déployable selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens de réglage en largeur (L) de la tente, s'étendant entre deux zones opposées à la fois de la boucle d'embase (2) et de la boucle supérieure (3), en-dessous de la partie de fond (6b) de la chambre intérieure (6).
