Claims (8)

  1. Solénoïde, qui comprend:
    a. un boîtier de bobine magnétique (1) et un enroulement de fil à bobine (2) et
    b. un boîtier de connexion à fiches (3) avec des contacts de connexion (4, 5), sachant que les deux extrémités (2a, 2b) du fil à bobine, qui sortent de la bobine, sont reliées aux contacts de connexion,
    caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des moyens de retenue (6, 7) élastiques, qui, dans une région située entre le boîtier à bobine magnétique et le contact de connexion (4, 5), sont en contact avec les extrémités (2a, 2b) du fil à bobine, mises à l'extérieur, de sorte que le fil à bobine se trouve maintenu sous tension dans la région située entre le boîtier de bobine magnétique et les moyens de retenue, respectivement entre les moyens de retenue et le contact de connexion.
  2. Solénoïde selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (6, 7) sont réalisés sous la forme de lamelles flexibles, serrées d'un côté, qui sont reliées, sous précontrainte, au fil de la bobine, par leurs extrémités libres (2a, 2b).
  3. Solénoïde selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres (6a, 7a) des lamelles flexibles sont réalisées en forme de crochets.
  4. Solénoïde selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de connexion à fiches (3) est relié au boîtier de bobine magnétique au moyen d'un support de connecteur à fiches (8).
  5. Solénoïde selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de connecteur à fiches (3) et les moyens de retenue élastiques (6, 7) sont formés d'une pièce.
  6. Solénoïde selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue élastiques (6, 7) présentent des saillies (9, 10), qui assurent un intervalle de sécurité entre le fil à bobine (2) et le support de connecteur à fiches (8), dans la région de contact entre les moyens de retenue élastiques (6, 7) et le fil à bobine (2).
  7. Solénoïde selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue élastiques (6, 7) sont fabriqués en matière plastique, en particulier sous la forme de pièces moulées par injection en matière plastique.
  8. Solénoïde selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fil à bobine (2), sortant du boîtier de bobine magnétique (1), les moyens de retenue élastiques (6, 7) et les contacts de connexion (4, 5) sont entourés d'une enveloppe (11) en matière plastique de coulée.
