Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Oxyd- und Silikatschichten auf Metalloberflächen in einem flüssigen Elektrolyten, insbesondere für die Metalle Aluminium, Magnesium und deren Legierungen, sowie für Tantal, Titan, Niob und Zirkonium. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass bei der Herstellung der Oxyd- und Silikatschichten im flüssigen Elektrolyten eine bipolare Stromquelle verwendet wird, deren Polarität verändert werden kann.
