Definitions
- the invention relates to a quick-change system for the optional connection of various implements with a crane stick, in particular a forestry crane, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a gripper In the case of forest cranes, a gripper is usually gimbally suspended from a telescopically extendable crane arm in order to pick up tree trunks or the like.
- the stick end of the crane is provided with a crane or axle bolt for the freely swinging gripper suspension.
- the invention is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages which have arisen in the prior art and of using various tools with a crane simply and reliably.
- a quick-change adapter that can be fastened to the free end of the crane arm and an attachment unit arranged on the respective implement are provided, the attachment unit being able to be connected to the quick-change adapter by means of hanging means and can be locked in a hanging position by means of securing means.
- the suspension means advantageously have a suspension bolt which can be received in a suspension bearing by a movement of the crane stick, in particular an upward pivoting movement. In this way, coupling with little manual effort is possible using the special kinematics of a crane. It is advantageous here if the suspension bolt is arranged on the attachment unit and that the suspension bearing is formed on the quick-change adapter by an upwardly open bearing shell.
- the suspension means have a locking bolt arranged at a distance from the suspension bolt, the locking bolt being pivotable into an associated locking bearing by a pivoting movement when the suspension bolt is suspended.
- An embodiment which is also advantageous with regard to the introduction of occurring forces provides that, in the case of a crane stick which has a crane bolt provided for directly holding an implement, the securing means are held in the crane bolt bearing at least in the securing position. It is advantageous here if the securing means are formed by a locking hook pivotably mounted on the crane bolt, so that different implements can be secured uniformly on the crane side. A further improvement provides that the locking hook comes into engagement in the securing position with a suspension means which is preferably designed as a bolt.
- the locking hook can be pivoted against the force of a return spring from the securing position into the release position. An additional securing is achieved by the locking hook in the securing position and can be blocked in the release position by a blocking piece which is preferably acted upon by compression springs.
- the securing means can be formed by a connecting bolt which is effective between the attachment unit and the quick-change adapter.
- a pivot kinematics for pivoting a work implement which is preferably designed as an excavator bucket, is arranged on the attachment unit. It is particularly advantageous with regard to the overall length of the add-on unit if the add-on unit has a hydraulic cylinder as a swivel drive and the hydraulic cylinder is preferably held, in particular articulated, at its bottom end on a suspension bolt which is also provided as a suspension means.
- the add-on unit has a bracket which projects rigidly at a lateral distance from the hydraulic cylinder.
- the add-on unit has a preferably cardanic pendulum suspension for a gripper as an implement.
- the add-on unit is connected to the implement via a hydraulic rotator.
- the quick-change adapter has two side cheeks that surround the crane arm laterally, preferably connected parallel to one another via a cross member. To absorb the loads that occur, it is favorable if the quick-change adapter can preferably be connected via a clamp connection to a crane bolt provided for the direct mounting of an implement.
- the add-on unit has two carrier plates lying on the outside of the quick-change adapter and two bolts connecting the carrier plates in parallel to one another for mounting on the quick-change adapter.
- the implement is advantageously formed by a spoon, a gripper or a mower.
- FIG. 1 shows a quick-change system for connecting an implement to a forestry crane in a broken perspective view
- FIG. 2 shows the quick-change system according to FIG. 1 in an enlarged detail
- Fig. 4 shows the quick-change system on a swivel kinematics for a trench clearing bucket in a representation corresponding to Fig. 2.
- the quick-change system shown in the drawing enables various attachments 1 to be optionally attached to a forestry crane 10. It essentially consists of a quick-change adapter 12 fastened on the crane side and an attachment unit 14 on the device side, which is attached via hooks.
- means 16 can be connected to the quick-change adapter 12 and can be fixed in a hanging position by means of securing means 18.
- a swivel mechanism 22 which is rotatable about a vertical axis and which carries a multi-unit crane arm 24 is mounted on the crane truck 20.
- This comprises a boom 26 to which a telescopic crane arm or crane arm 28 is articulated.
- Hydraulic cylinders 30, 32 permit a limited vertical pivoting of the jib 26 and the crane arm 28, while a hydraulic connection 34 permits controlled actuation of the implement designed as a gripper 36 in FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the quick-change adapter 12 consists of two parallel side walls 38 which are connected via a crossbar 40. Due to aligned semicircular recesses, the side walls 38 form an upwardly open suspension bearing 42 and a downward offset locking bearing 44.
- the attachment unit 14 accordingly has an upper suspension bolt 46 and a lower locking bolt 48.
- the bolts 46, 48 are held at a distance from one another via lateral support plates 50 such that simple pivoting into the bearings 42, 44 is possible when the device is changed.
- a locking hook 52 is supported as a securing means 14 against the force of a return spring 54 on the crossbar 40 between the side cheeks 38.
- the side cheeks 38 of the quick-change adapter 12 can be connected at the end to the crane bolt 60 via slotted bearing eyes 58. This is originally intended for the direct mounting of a gripper 36 and is mounted in a corresponding pin bearing 62 at the end of the handle 28.
- the bearing eyes 58 are clamped circumferentially on the crane bolt 60 by a clamping screw 64 passing through the slotted area.
- central clamping screws 66 and transverse fixing screws 68 are provided in the area of the stem tip.
- a cohesive connection is also conceivable, for example by welding or - with a correspondingly prepared handle tip - an additional auxiliary bolt.
- a rigid fixation of the quick-change adapter 12 is thereby achieved, the side cheeks 38 resting laterally against the stick tip 56 and the force being introduced essentially via the crane bolt 60 in the area of the stick tip originally intended for this purpose.
- the locking hook 52 is also pivotally mounted on the crane bolt 60 between the side cheeks 38. This also ensures a favorable introduction of force when the locking hook 52 comes into engagement with the locking bolt 48 in the securing position shown in FIG. 3.
- a push-through bolt not shown, as a securing or connecting means between the quick-change adapter 12 and the attachment unit 14 instead of the locking hook 52.
- a pendulum suspension 68 is provided, which enables a free pendulum movement about two pendulum bolts 70 running at right angles to one another.
- the pendulum suspension 68 is connected to the gripper plate 74 via a rotator 72 which can be rotated about a vertical axis.
- the goods to be transported, for example tree trunks, can be picked up in a known manner by hydraulic actuation of the gripper tongs 76.
- the locking hook 52 can be unlocked against the force of the return spring 54 by means of a hand lever rod inserted into the blind hole 78 on the back.
- the release position can be secured by a locking pin 80 which is acted upon by compression springs (FIG. 2) and which in this position engages in the locking hook 52 in a form-fitting manner.
- a stored implement is picked up by an upward swiveling movement of the crane arm 28, the suspension bolt 46 being received in the suspension bearing 42.
- the suspension bearing 42 is flanked by lateral insertion lugs 82 in the side cheeks 38.
- the locking pin 48 can be brought into engagement with the locking bearing 44, which acts as a pivot limiting stop.
- the locking hook 52 is driven by the pushing force of the return spring 54 over the locking bolt 48 in order to secure the hanging position.
- the spring-loaded blocking pin 80 can be positively engaged with the locking hook 52 in order to ensure protection against kickback, for example by means of impacts.
- the add-on unit 14 is equipped here with a swivel kinematics 84 for a trench clearing bucket 86 as an implement, the bolts 46, 48 being arranged in a manner compatible with the quick-change adapter 12.
- the swivel kinematics 84 has a hydraulic cylinder 88 which is connected in an articulated manner to the suspension bolt 46 at its bottom end.
- the rod-side end of the piston rod 90 is articulated via a double rocker 92 to a bucket-side rotator 72 and via a link 94 to a rigid arm 96 of the attachment unit 14.
- the trench clearing bucket 86 transversely to the axis of the rotator.
- the trench clearing bucket with its V-shaped opening 98 for exposing a water drainage trench or with its rectangular opening 100 for pulling off a carriageway banquet can be used in a variety of ways.
- it is also possible Lich to drive an ordinary excavator bucket with the swivel kinematics 84 to carry out a digging movement.
