Abstract
La présente invention concerne des nouveaux composés fondés sur un système de noyau hétéroaryle aromatique substitué. Ces nouveaux composés sont utiles pour inhiber les protéines kinases, en particulier, pour inhiber les protéines kinases de la famille de Src. Cette invention concerne également des procédés permettant d'inhiber des kinases par mise en contact de kinases avec ces nouveaux composés. Un autre mode de réalisation concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ces nouveaux composés, ainsi que leur utilisation pour la préparation de médicaments permettant de traiter des maladies ou des troubles associés à une activité non physiologique des kinases dans le corps, plus particulièrement, pour traiter le cancer, l'immunodépression et l'ostéoporose.
