Abstract

Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Manipulation einer Flüssigkeit vorgeschlagen, wobei die Flüssigkeit von einem ersten Kanalabschnitt in einen zweiten Kanalabschnitt strömen kann und mittels eines Kapillarstops vor einem Übertritt vom ersten Kanalabschnitt in den zweiten Kanalabschnitt temporär angehalten wird. Eine zeitlich genaue Steuerung wird auf einfache Weise dadurch ermöglicht, daß die beiden Kanalabschnitte zur Überbrückung oder Aufhebung des Kapillarstops relativ zueinander bewegt, insbesondere in Anlage gebracht werden.
