Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner comprenant :une plateforme (10) incluant un premier panneau latéral (11), un deuxième panneau latéral (11) et un panneau de dessus (16) disposé sur lesdits premier et deuxième panneaux latéraux (11) ;un rouleau fixe (12) couplé de manière pivotante entre lesdits premier et deuxième panneaux latéraux (11),un support mobile (14) avec un rouleau mobile (15) disposé pivotant à l'intérieur de celui-ci et parallèle audit rouleau fixe (12), dans lequel le rouleau mobile (15) peut générer un changement d'espacement entre le rouleau mobile (15) et le rouleau fixe (12), dans lequel ledit rouleau mobile (15) maintient une pression constante par rapport audit rouleau fixe (12) de façon à exercer une force régulière sur une pièce de fabrication serrée par des surfaces de contact dudit rouleau mobile (15) et dudit rouleau fixe (12) ; etdeux éléments de commande (20) qui sont disposés sur ledit panneau de dessus (16) et reliés respectivement au support mobile (14) par un ressort (141) pour pousser élastiquement le support (14), dans lequel lorsqu'on entraîne les éléments de commande (20), cela fait varier la force appliquée par les ressorts (141) ;caractérisé parun dispositif de liaison (30) couplant lesdits éléments de commande (20) pour entraîner simultanément un desdits éléments de commande (20) en fonction du mouvement d'un autre desdits éléments de commande (20) pour synchroniser l'entraînement desdits deux éléments de commande (20).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le support mobile (14) est disposé de manière pivotante entre lesdits deux panneaux latéraux (11) pour produire un mouvement de basculement par rapport aux dits panneaux latéraux (11).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits éléments de commande (20) sont reliés séparément au support mobile (14) à ses deux extrémités et sur un côté dudit support mobile (14).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit panneau de dessus (16) comprend un espace de logement (161) sur un de ses côtés pour installer ledit dispositif de liaison (30).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit espace de logement (161) inclut un trou traversant (162) à chacune de ses deux extrémités qui est destiné au passage desdits éléments de commande (20), et ledit trou traversant (162) comprend un filetage permettant de recevoir par vissage ledit élément de commande (20).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque élément de commande (20) possède une extrémité d'ajustement (21) permettant à un utilisateur d'actionner ledit élément de commande (20), et une extrémité filetée (22) destinée à traverser par vissage ledit panneau de dessus (16) et à produire un mouvement en spirale.
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ladite extrémité filetée (22) comprend une gorge (221) disposée sur le pourtour extérieur de ladite extrémité filetée (22) et est parallèle à un axe destiné à installer une clavette (313) pour commander le fonctionnement dudit dispositif de liaison (30), et un logement creux (222) destiné à recevoir intérieurement le ressort (141).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de liaison (30) comprend deux composants actifs (31) et un composant passif (32), dans lequel ledit composant actif (31) est un engrenage et ledit composant passif (32) est une courroie synchrone.
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de liaison (30) comprend deux composants actifs (31) et un composant passif (32), dans lequel ledit composant actif (31) est une roue dentée et ledit composant passif (32) est une chaîne.
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de liaison (30) comprend deux composants actifs (31) et un composant passif (32), dans lequel ledit composant actif (31) est un engrenage et ledit composant passif (32) comprend une pluralité d'engrenages.
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de liaison (30) comprend deux composants actifs (31) et un composant passif (32), dans lequel ledit composant passif (32) dudit dispositif de liaison (30) est en outre muni d'un dispositif de contrainte (40) destiné à presser lesdits composants passifs (32) contre ledit composant actif (31).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de liaison (30) comprend deux composants actifs (31), un composant passif (32) et deux bases (33), et où lesdits deux composants actifs (31) sont respectivement couplés aux dits deux éléments de commande (20) et ledit composant passif (32) est couplé entre lesdits deux composants actifs (31) pour générer un mouvement synchrone.
- Dispositif d'alimentation de tôles pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 12, dans lequel lesdites deux bases (33) sont fixées à un côté dudit panneau de dessus (16) pour fixer lesdits deux composants actifs (31) à des positions appropriées.
