Description

DISPOSITIF REGULATEUR DESTINE AUX PETITS MOTEURS THERMIQUES
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la mécanique et plus particulièrement aux engins de motorisation. Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet un dispositif régulateur destiné aux petits moteurs thermiques à 2 ou 4 temps. Elle a spécifiquement pour objet un dispositif de régulation destiné à l'ensemble des petits moteurs thermiques, utilisés principalement sur des matériels de jardinage, tels que tondeuses à gazon, motoculteurs, pompes à eau, groupes électrogènes, etc.. L'invention a donc pour objet un dispositif de régulation du régime du moteur qui consiste en ce que l'on modifie la tension du ressort de régulation au moyen d'une patte de tension que l'on plie vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur, sous l'influence d'un moyen de basculement monté rotatif autour d'un axe de rotation et entraînant le ressort de tension autour d'une position médiane entre une position de tension et une position de détente du ressort. Le système de régulation selon l'invention comporte, en outre, un dispositif de protection du type carter, constitué par une plaque empêchant la collision de tous les points du système de régulation par des objets étrangers, pour cacher le système aux yeux de l'utilisateur, afin que celui-ce ne soit pas tenté d'en modifier le réglage, et ainsi de le dérégler, et de rendre ainsi très difficile toute opération de modification du réglage du régime moteur sans disposer d'un outillage approprié. La patte de tension se présente sous la forme d'une plaque métallique rigide, terminée par un bras déformable où vient se fixer le ressort de tension. Le ressort de tension est assujetti à l'autre extrémité au levier de basculement commandé par l'axe régulateur sortant du cylindre moteur. A la différence de la très grande majorité des systèmes de régulation mécaniques centrifuges, dans lesquels le réglage du régime du moteur est obtenu par modification de la tension du ressort de régulation, et qui peut se dérégler, le présent dispositif assure l'augmentation ou la diminution de la tension du ressort de régulation et, par voie de conséquence, le régime du moteur par pliage d'une patte qui agit sur la tension du ressort de régulation.
Le dispositif selon l'invention a donc pour but de simplifier la commande d'accélérateur ainsi que le réglage du régime maximum du moteur, de réduire de manière importante les coûts de fabrication, d'améliorer la précision du réglage du régime moteur pour un meilleur respect de la norme « bruit » du matériel de jardinage sur lequel ledit moteur est appliqué et, en même temps, d'améliorer la protection de l'ensemble de façon à empêcher, voire même interdire, à l'utilisateur non averti d'apporter toute modification éventuelle aussi bien provoquée par une cause accidentelle que résultant d'une manière volontaire de l'intervention de l'utilisateur. Le dispositif selon l'invention est destinée à être utilisé sur des petits mo- teurs thermiques culbutés (OHV) ou à arbre à cames en tête (OHC). On réalise ainsi une application particulière, à savoir le maintient d'un régime fixe sur moteur OHN et sur moteur OHC. La figure unique montre en plan le dispositif de régulation selon l'invention. Il comporte les pièces suivantes, vue par au-dessus. On voit, en A, la plaque de fixation du levier de régulation, en (C) le levier de régulation, en (D), le ressort de régulation et en (E) Taxe de régulation monté rotatif permettant le basculement du levier de régulation (C). Le ressort (D) est fixé à l'extrémité de la plaque (C) De cette façon, tout déplacement du levier (C) autour de l'axe (E) se transmet au ressort (D). Avec un tel dispositif, la régulation du régime du moteur (3000 t /min) est effectuée par déformation appliquée au point (G) du levier d'ajustement. En augmentant la tension du ressort vers la position (G'), le régime maximum augmente. Si l'on diminue la ten-. sion du ressort en l'amenant en position (G"), le régime maximum du moteur diminue. De cette façon, on peut régler d'une manière permanente le régime du moteur et on peut opérer, selon les besoins, à un régime de moteur constant approprié pour le travail demandé et homologué. L'ensemble du dispositif de régulation est protégé des chocs extérieurs par les protections (H) et (H'). Le levier de basculement (C ) est commandé par un ou des leviers verticaux de régulation (F') et (F"). L'invention ainsi décrite ne se limite pas au mode de réalisation présenté à la figure. Elle englobe, sans limitation, les équivalents mécaniques de même structure ou de même fonction.

Claims

R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
1 - Dispositif de régulation du régime du moteur destiné à l'ensemble des petits moteurs thermiques, caractérisé en ce qu'on modifie la tension du ressort de régulation (D) au moyen d'une patte de tension (A), pliée vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur, à l'aide d'un moyen de basculement (C) monté rotatif autour d'un axe de rotation (E) et entraînant le ressort de tension (D) autour d'une position médiane entre une position (G") de tension et une position de moindre tension (G') du ressort (D).
2 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 , qui comporte en outre un dispositif de protection du type carter constitué par une plaque de protection (H) (H').
3 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la patte de tension (A) se présente sous la forme d'une plaque métallique rigide, terminée par un bras (L) déformable.
4 - Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bras (L) reçoit le ressort de tension (D) et forme l'extrémité de la patte de tension (A).
5 - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de tension (D) est assujetti à l'autre extrémité au levier de basculement (C) commandé par l'axe régulateur sortant du cylindre moteur.
6 - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le levier de basculement (C) est commandé par le levier vertical de régulation (F') (F").
7 - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la plaque métallique rigide de fixation du levier de régulation (A)permet d'assurer la régulation du régime du moteur à une valeur fixe par déformation dudit levier.
8 - Utilisation du dispositif selon Tune des revendications 1 à 7, pour maintenir un régime fixe sur des petits moteurs thermiques culbutés.
9 - Utilisation du dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, pour maintenir un régime fixe sur des petits moteurs thermiques à arbre à cames en tête.
