  • the desired position is obtained by an additional plate (16), which is fixed by a single bolt and has two block elements: the first one (18) realized on the leg, the second one realized on the cam. By means of these block elements, the plate keeps the leg in the desired position.

Claims (10)

  1. Schlafsofa, welches mit einem Mechanismus zur Positionsregulierung ausgestattet ist, um einen schnellen Aufbau vorzunehmen, und welches gepolsterte Elemente, eine Basisstruktur (1), und eine Anzahl wechselseitig klappbarer Gestelle (2) aufweist, die von der besagten Basisstruktur getragen werden und welche die besagten gepolsterten Elemente tragen sowie einen kinematischen Mechanismus (3), um verschiedene Gestellpositionen zu ermöglichen; außerdem umfasst die Basisstruktur zwei identische Seitenelemente in der Form kleiner Füße (4) sowie einen Querträger oder Abstandhalter (5), der die besagten Seitenelemente verbindet, welche durch eine Verbindungsscharnierplatte (6) gekennzeichnet sind, die an jedem kleinen Fuß (4) befestigt wird, wobei die besagte Scharnierplatte aus zwei flachen Oberflächen mit ausgerichteten fast rechtwinkligen Löchern (7) besteht, wobei die besagten Löcher auf einer Seite (8) spitz zulaufen, um ein Ende des Abstandhalters (5) aufzunehmen.
  2. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der besagte Abstandhalter (5) an die Verjüngung (8) der Löcher (7) mit nur einem Bolzen angepresst wird.
  3. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die besagte Verbindungsscharnierplatte einen Stift (12) besitzt, welcher die Gelenkbewegung des Gestells (10) um ein Loch (11) herum sowie eine Gestellsperrung ermöglicht, wobei der besagte Stift ein Ende (12'), das in ein Loch (11) des Gestells (10) greift, zur Wirkung einer Drehungsachse sowie einen Abschnitt (12") besitzt, welcher als Sperrelement für das Gestell (10) wirkt.
  4. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 3, bei welchem der besagte Stift (12) mittels einer Rückholfeder arbeitet: beim Verlust der Federspannung wird der Stift in beide Löcher der zwei Verbindungsscharnierplatten (6) eingelassen; ohne dass ein Werkzeug verwendet wird, sodass beim Überschreiten der Federvorspannung das Gestell (10) kann gelöst und an einem anderen Loch befestigt werden, wobei eine veränderte Neigung der Sofalehne erzielt wird.
  5. Schlafsofa nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 4, bei welchem sich am freien Ende des kleinen Fußes (4) eine Rolle (13) befindet, deren Querschnitt sich mit dem Profil einer Nocke (14) ergänzt; wobei in der Darstellung des Sofas die zwei Abschnitte wechselseitig ineinander greifen; dabei besitzt die besagte Rolle (13) eine zentrale, einige Millimeter breite Nut (13'), in welcher die Nocke untergebracht ist.
  6. Schlafsofa nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welchem ein Frontfuß (15) sich um eine Achse für einen bestimmten Intervall drehen kann.
  7. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 6, bei welchem die gewünschte Position des besagten Frontfußes (15) durch eine weitere Platte (16) erzeugt wird, die durch einen einzelnen Bolzen befestigt wird und zwei Sperrelemente besitzt: das erste (18), welches auf dem Fuß erzeugt wird, das zweite, welches auf der Nocke erzeugt wird.
  8. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 7, bei welchem die besagten Sperrelemente durch Stifte erzeugt werden können, welche entweder in ergänzende Löcher eingelassen werden oder auf das äußere Profil des Fußes (15) oder der Nocke (14) einwirken.
  9. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei welchem die besagte Befestigungsplatte (16) einen Abschnitt (20) besitzt, welcher sich senkrecht zu jenem befindet, der am Frontfuß (15) befestigt ist und eine Anzahl von Löchern besitzt, die verwendet werden, um Paneele unterschiedlicher Sofamodelle zu befestigen.
  10. Schlafsofa nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welchem nur sechs Bolzen für den gesamten Zusammenbau benötigt werden und bei welchem jede Strukturseite drei Bolzen hat: den ersten, um den Abstandhalter (5) am kleinen Fuß (4) zu befestigen, den zweiten um die Nocke (14) am Gestell zu befestigen, sowie den dritten, um einen hinteren Fuß (21) am Sitzgestell (2) zu befestigen.
