Claims (12)

  1. Couvercle pour récipient comportant une région formant bord (2) destinée à être reliée, avantageusement de façon étanche et permanente, à un corps de récipient constitué d'un tronc et d'un fond, et une région centrale sensiblement plane conformée en panneau ou en table de couvercle (3), dans laquelle il est prévu une ouverture de remplissage et/ou de retrait (11), délimitée par un bord d'ouverture (10), et au niveau de laquelle un élément de guidage (7, 8) de type tige est disposé dans la région située entre la région formant bord (2) et l'ouverture (11), lequel élément de guidage fait saillie du panneau (3) en direction de l'un et/ou de l'autre côté sensiblement parallèlement à un axe (9) perpendiculaire au panneau et est conformé pour guider un élément de fermeture étanche linéairement le long de l'axe (9) par rapport à la table de couvercle (3), l'au moins un élément de guidage (7, 8) s'étendant depuis la surface de couvercle (3) sur une longueur de plus de 5 mm et ayant une section qui est constante sur la longueur de guidage de l'élément de guidage.

Procédé de fabrication d'un couvercle, notamment selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que lors de la fabrication du couvercle une couche de matière plastique continue (43, 43a) est doté, en venue de matière ou par apport de matière, d'un ou plusieurs éléments de guidage (43b) sur un côté ou les deux côtés de la table de couvercle (40) par formage sous pression, notamment par moulage par injection.
