Claims (3)
- Procédé pour revêtir des substrats avec au moins un matériau de revêtement qui comprend au moins un composant organique, le matériau de revêtement étant appliqué sur le substrat par pulvérisation et application au pistolet et le matériau de revêtement étant pulvérisé par de la vapeur d'eau, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de revêtement est une laque à base d'eau (laque à l'eau) ou une laque à faire fondre substantiellement sans solvants, qui est appliquée comme première couche (primer), couche de finition, matière de charge ou comme laque transparente, des métaux, des matières plastiques ou des matériaux à base de bois étant utilisés comme substrat.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de revêtement est pulvérisé avec de la vapeur d'eau comme gaz auxiliaire en passant par un dispositif à buse, en particulier un pistolet de laquage, et est pulvérisé sur le substrat.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vapeur d'eau sort d'un dispositif à buse avec le matériau de revêtement (mélange intérieur) ou à proximité (mélange extérieur), en particulier de manière concentrique par rapport au matériau de revêtement, la vapeur d'eau du dispositif à buse étant amenée avec une pression de 0,5 à 10 bar, en particulier de 0,5 à 1 bar ou de 4 à 8 bar.
