Claims (19)
- Appareil, en particulier appareil de désaérage, appareil de nettoyage ou tamis sous pression, pour le traitement d'une suspension de fibres (S) avec un boîtier fermé (1, 1') qui présente au moins une entrée (4) pour la suspension de fibres (S) à introduire dans le boîtier ainsi qu'au moins une sortie (10) pour la suspension de fibres à faire sortir du boîtier (1, 1'), ainsi qu'au moins un rotor (2) disposé centralement, qui est adapté pour animer d'un mouvement d'écoulement en rotation au moins une partie de la suspension de fibres (S) introduite dans le boîtier (1), au moins un élément conducteur (3, 3') à action hydraulique se trouvant dans le boîtier (1, 1'), lequel présente une pluralité d'aubes directrices (6, 6') inclinées obliquement par rapport au rayon de l'élément conducteur, l'élément conducteur (3, 3') étant adapté pour mettre en rotation la suspension de fibres (S) entrant à travers l'entrée (4) dans le boîtier (1) de telle sorte que le sens de rotation de cette rotation corresponde au sens de rotation de l'écoulement en rotation produit par le rotor (2),
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément conducteur (3) est fermé par une paroi supérieure (13, 13') et une paroi inférieure (14) située en regard, et les aubes directrices (6, 6') se trouvent entre la paroi supérieure (13) et la paroi inférieure (14). - Appareil selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le boîtier (1, 1') a une partie à symétrie de révolution, notamment cylindrique. - Appareil selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la partie cylindrique a un axe médian vertical. - Appareil selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la partie cylindrique a un axe médian horizontal. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'appareil est un tamis sous pression, dans le boîtier (1') duquel est incorporée au moins une toile (17) notamment cylindrique, maintenue exempte d'obstructions par le rotor, et en ce qu'une sortie de rebut (18) est prévue pour évacuer les proportions rejetées sur la toile (17) de la suspension de fibres acheminée. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'appareil présente un tube de dégazage central (8) avec lequel des gaz (7), notamment de l'air, qui s'accumulent centralement du fait des forces centrifuges produites par l'écoulement en rotation, peuvent être évacués hors de l'appareil. - Appareil selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
l'appareil est un dispositif de dégazage pour une suspension de fibres de papier. - Appareil selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de dégazage présente un boîtier fixe (1) qui entoure un rotor (2) en forme de tambour, dans l'espace interne duquel la suspension de fibres (S) affluant peut être mise en rotation. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
l'appareil contient un tube d'évacuation de matières légères central, avec lequel des matières légères, qui s'accumulent centralement du fait des forces centrifuges produites par l'écoulement en rotation, peuvent être évacuées hors de l'appareil. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément conducteur (3, 3') est configuré sous forme annulaire et est disposé concentriquement au rotor (2). - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les aubes directrices (6') sont courbes. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que
les aubes directrices (6) ont des surfaces directrices essentiellement planes. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le nombre des aubes directrices (6, 6') est d'au moins trois, de préférence d'au moins six. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la paroi supérieure (13) et la paroi inférieure (14) sont planes et parallèles. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 13,
caractérisé en ce que
la paroi supérieure (13) ou la paroi inférieure a un contour interne courbe, qui fait que la distance à la paroi supérieure diminue radialement vers l'extérieur. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
des canaux (5) sont situés entre les aubes directrices (6, 6'), leur section transversale d'écoulement diminuant dans la direction d'écoulement. - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'entrée (4) est raccordée tangentiellement au boîtier (1'). - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'entrée est connectée à un canal d'entrée en forme de spirale, qui se trouve radialement à l'extérieur de l'élément conducteur (3, 3'). - Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16,
caractérisé en ce que
l'entrée (4) est raccordée centralement au boîtier (1).
