Panikstange oder Panikgriff zum Betätigen eines Türschlosses mit einem Griffelement, wobei das Griffelement auf der Seite des Türschlosses mit einer Markierung versehen ist. Die Markierung kann durch farbliche Gestaltung oder Formgebung, insbesondere durch eine Verdickung, geschaffen werden. Vorteilhaftenweise umfasst das Griffelement zwei oder mehrere teleskopisch miteinander verbundene Elementen, wobei das dickere Element auf der Seite des Türschlosses angeordnet ist.
