- the hot air generator 14 is fired by a firing device 16 which is preferably operated with fossil liquid fuel such as diesel oil and which preferably has a first burner 16a with a comparatively large thermal output, e.g. 150 KW, for rapid heating of the interior 8 and a second burner 16b with a low thermal output, e.g. 20 or 50 KW, for sensitive regulation of the final temperature.
- a firing device 16 which is preferably operated with fossil liquid fuel such as diesel oil and which preferably has a first burner 16a with a comparatively large thermal output, e.g. 150 KW, for rapid heating of the interior 8 and a second burner 16b with a low thermal output, e.g. 20 or 50 KW, for sensitive regulation of the final temperature.
- the air in the interior 8 is drawn in after the door 10 has been closed by the fan 18 via the ventilation channels 20 in the region of the first end of the container, along the inner wall of the container
- the side wall element 4a is conveyed and, after being supplied to the heat exchanger 14, is blown into the interior 8 through at least one air outlet opening 22 in the base region of the base plate 2, part of the air flow being directed essentially straight ahead and a second part of the blown hot air flow towards the inner surface of the side wall element 4a is blown and reflected on it before the air is sucked out through the inlet openings 24 of the ventilation channels 20 in the area of the door 10 for renewed circulation.
- the air outlet opening 22 is essentially in the region of the side of the interior 8 of the container opposite the ventilation ducts 20. Due to this inventive design of air inlet openings 24, air outlet openings 22 and ventilation ducts 20, the introduced hot air is distributed very evenly inside the interior 8, the hot air in the floor area being at the highest temperature and therefore rising between and in the objects suspended from the ceiling ,
- a blower for supplying fresh air and a blower for discharging hot air from the decontamination room e.g. the blowers 64 and 66 in Fig.l, described in more detail below, are automatically switched on in order to ensure an air exchange.
- the hot air generator consisting of the heat exchanger 14 and the burners 16a, 16b is controlled in this way by an electronic control and regulation device, not shown in the drawings, by one or more temperature and / or pressure sensors, also not shown, which are arranged in the region of the interior 8 and regulates that the circulating air inside the container 1 has a temperature in the range between 100 ° C and 170 ° C, preferably between 130 ° C and 170 ° C.
- an electrical power generator 26 is also arranged on the base plate 2, which is preferably also operated with the fossil liquid fuel which is used to operate the hot air generator becomes.

- the auxiliary heater 28 is preferably also operated by the fossil liquid fuel, in particular diesel oil, which is supplied to the hot air generator.
- the wall and ceiling elements delimiting the interior space 8 preferably have a sandwich-like structure, which is shown in detail in detail in FIG. 2.
- the sandwich-like structure has a first layer 32, which forms the inner surface of the container 1, made of stainless steel or of another corrosion-resistant metal, which is followed by a layer 34 of an insulation material, for example glass, on the outside - or rock wool.
- the layer 34 made of insulation material is further followed by a further layer 36 made of a metallic material, preferably sheet steel, which can have a corrugated or corrugated structure for stiffening and which forms the outer wall of the container.
- a further layer 38 of a ceramic material is preferably introduced into the layer 34 made of insulation material, which layer additionally prevents the escape of heat from the interior 8 of the container 1.
- a further layer 40 of preferably the same ceramic material can be applied directly to the outside of the layer 32, as a result of which an additional thermal insulation effect is achieved.
- the layers 38 and 40 made of ceramic material which are preferably floating as plate material in relation to the layer 36 and also the layer 32, provide a very good compensation for the different linear expansions of the materials that occur when the container 1 is heated, caused by the temperature differences between the temperature of the interior and the temperature of the outside air. This effectively prevents cracks from occurring in the individual layers
- the interior 8 of the container 1 is subjected to an overpressure between 0.1 and 1.5 bar, in particular an overpressure in the range of 1 bar, for which purpose the wall - And ceiling elements of the container 1 are stiffened by stiffening elements 50.
- the overpressure in the interior 8 of the container 1 is preferably generated by an overpressure generator, for example the fresh air blower 64 or a compressor, which draws in ambient air and blows into the interior 8 of the container 1.
- an exhaust air blower 66 or a valve can also be provided, which in the same way as the fresh air blower 64 used as a positive pressure generator via the electronic control and not shown Control device of the container 1 according to the invention is controlled and regulated in such a way that the excess pressure in the interior 8 assumes a predetermined value. Following the pressure generation, the interior 8 of the container is heated to the predetermined temperature.
- the exhaust air blower 66 and also the fresh air blower 64 are kept closed when the temperature in the interior 8 is being raised, or are not actuated until the desired temperature of, for example, 150 ° C. in the interior 8 is reached. Only then does the hot air laden with the heat-neutralized biological or chemical warfare agents be discharged from the interior 8 via the exhaust air blower 66 and fresh, preferably cleaned, ambient air is introduced into the interior 8 via an overpressure generator or the fresh air blower 64.
- the temperature in the interior is at least 121 ° C., which means that particularly rapid decontamination in the manner of an autoclave can be obtained.
- the stiffening elements 50 can for example have the form of support struts shown in FIG. 3, but can also be formed as beads in the surfaces of the inner walls of the container and / or by cross struts or tensioning straps not shown in the figures, which are diametrically defined by the Interior of the container, in particular in the region of the center of the same in the transverse direction and / or in the vertical direction.
- the tensioning straps / cross struts are preferably detachably fastened in appropriate holders, in particular eyes or eyes.
- the interior 8 of the container 1 is designed as a pressure container 60 that can be closed to the outside, in particular in the area of the door 10, which preferably contains a cylindrical or cigarettes schematically indicated in ren-like shape or a cross-sectional shape in the manner of a square with rounded corners.
- the pressure vessel 60 can be wrapped with a wire or band-shaped material, in particular with a stainless steel wire or Kevlar band, which preferably has a small thermal expansion coefficient and in this case preferably also a large one Has modulus of elasticity, whereby the wall thickness of the inner wall of the interior 8 is comparatively thin and thus the weight of the construction can be kept comparatively low.
- a wire or band-shaped material in particular with a stainless steel wire or Kevlar band, which preferably has a small thermal expansion coefficient and in this case preferably also a large one Has modulus of elasticity, whereby the wall thickness of the inner wall of the interior 8 is comparatively thin and thus the weight of the construction can be kept comparatively low.
- the sandwich-like structure shown in FIG. 2 preferably also applies to the previously described embodiment of the container according to the invention with a pressure vessel 60, the band-shaped material advantageously in this case directly below the layer 40 made of ceramic material or insulation material 34 onto the first layer 32 the inner wall is applied.
- the pressure container 60 forms a closed unit, which can preferably be removed from the container 1 in the area of the door 10, so that the pressure container can be manufactured and / or serviced as an independent unit.
- the U-shaped or V-shaped receiving coupling 12 shown in FIG. 1 is connected to the base plate 2 via struts 70 which extend downward in a V-shape, and below the base plate 2 are shown by dashed lines in FIG. 1
- Longitudinal rails 72 shown in lines are arranged such that the container 1 can be pulled onto a corresponding transport surface of the towing vehicle after the receiving coupling 12 has been gripped by the towing device of a transport vehicle, the container 1 being supported on the rails 72 and sliding thereon ,
- 2 support rollers 74 are arranged at the first end of the container below the base plate, which are also indicated in FIG. 1 by dashed lines, the support rollers 74 preferably can be moved into and out of the base plate 2 of the container 1 via a crank mechanism or via a corresponding spindle gear or the like and an electric or hydraulic motor driving this.
