Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dosierpumpe mit rotierendem Antriebsmotor und oszillierendem Verdränger, bei der die Drehbewegung eines Antriebsmotors durch eine als Getriebe wirkende Anordnung in eine oszillierende Bewegung einer Schubstange umgesetzt wird, so dass ein durch diese betätigtes Verdrängungsorgan bei fortlaufend rotierendem Antriebsmotor eine oszillierende Linearbewegung durchführt, die in einem in der Längsachse der Schubstange angeordneten Dosierkopf in Zusammenwirken mit einem Auslass- und Einlassventil in abwechselnder Folge zu einem Pumphub (Druckhub) und einem Ansaughub und damit zu einer Förderung des Dosiermediums führt. Bei einer derartigen Dosierpumpe ist mit der Schubstange ein Bezugselement verbunden, dessen Position von einem Positionssensor abgetastet wird, wobei der Positionssensor ein Ist-Signal (xI) abgibt, welches zur Position des Bezugselements und damit des Verdrängungsorgans in einer festen Beziehung steht und mit dessen Hilfe Kenntnis über den Bewegungsablauf des Verdrängungsorgans gewonnen wird, so daß die elektronische Steuerung der Dosierpumpe auf Betriebszustände des Dosierkreises und der Pumpe reagieren kann.
