Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1), wie etwa eines Beutels, der im Allgemeinen hermetisch geschlossen ist, wobei diese Vorrichtung (3) ein selbstklebendes Etikett (4) umfasst, das bevorzugt an einem Ende mit einem nicht klebenden Griffbereich (10) versehen ist, wobei dieses Etikett (4) auf teilweise lösbare und wieder anbringbare Art und Weise auf der Außenwand der Verpackung (1) entsprechend einer Anrissstelle, wie etwa einer Einkerbung, einer Vorritzung, einer Materialverdünnung der Hülle einer Verpackung (1) positionierbar ist, um einen kontrollierten Einriss der Wand während eines ersten Ablösens des Etiketts (4) zu erreichen, um eine Entnahmeöffnung (11) zu definieren, durch welche die in dem Beutel enthaltenen Produkte entnommen werden können, wobei diese Entnahmeöffnung (11) durch Wiederfixieren des selbstklebenden Etiketts (4) wieder verschlossen werden kann,
    und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einriss der Wand bis zu einem Begrenzungsanschlag (7, 8) verläuft, der einen Rand der Entnahmeöffnung (11) definiert, dass die Vorrichtung, die aus dem selbstklebenden Etikett (4) und dem Begrenzungsanschlag (7, 8) besteht, ferner, die ganze lösbare Klebeseite des Etiketts (4) bedeckend, mindestens ein angesetztes Klebestück (5) umfasst, das zwischen der Außenwand der Verpackung (1) und dem Etikett (3) im an die Wand angelegten Zustand des Etiketts (3) eine Schnittstelle bildet, wobei diese Klebeschnittstelle (5), die dazu gedacht ist, dauerhaft an der Wand der Verpackung (1) zu haften, mit mindestens einer Anrissstelle (6), wie etwa einer Einkerbung, einer Vorritzung, einer Materialverdünnung, versehen ist, die zur Kontrolle des Einrisses der Schnittstelle (5) und der Verpackungswand beiträgt, der bei einem ersten Ablösen des Etiketts (4) verursacht wird.
  2. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Begrenzungsanschlag (7) durch einen Vorschnitt der Schnittstelle (5) gebildet wird, der sich in einer Querrichtung im Verhältnis zur Richtung des Ablösens des Etiketts (4) erstreckt, um eine Sperre zu bilden, die das Ende des Fortschritts der Einheit zu markieren, die aus dem Etikett (4), dem Teil der Schnittstelle (5) und dem Teil der Verpackung (1), die beim ersten Ablösen des Etiketts (4) aufgerissen werden, besteht.
  3. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorschnitt der Schnittstelle (5), die den Begrenzungsanschlag (7) bildet, die allgemeine Form eines U oder V annimmt.
  4. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnittstelle (5) mit zwei U- oder V-förmigen Vorschnitten (6, 7) versehen ist, die durch teilweise Überlagerung der freien Enden der U- oder V-Formen ineinanderstecken, wobei der Vorschnitt (7) den Begrenzungsanschlag der Vorrichtung bildet, der den anderen Vorschnitt (6) durch Ineinanderstecken aufnimmt, wobei dieser andere eingesteckte Vorschnitt (6) die Anrissstelle bildet, die zur Kontrolle des Einrisses der Wand der Verpackung (1) beiträgt.
  5. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Begrenzungsanschlag (8) aus einem Klebeband gebildet wird, das sich im Verhältnis zur Richtung des Ablösens des Etiketts (4), bevorzugt von einem Längsrand zu einem anderen Längsrand des Etiketts (4), quer erstreckt.
  6. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klebeband, das den Begrenzungsanschlag (8) bildet, zwischen Etikett (4) und Schnittstelle (5) eingefügt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klebeband, das den Begrenzungsanschlag (8) bildet, zwischen Schnittstelle (5) und Außenwand der Verpackung (1) positioniert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass fluchtrecht zu dem Begrenzungsanschlag (7, 8) oder diesem nachgeordnet, in Richtung des Ablösens des Etiketts (4) gesehen, ein lösbarer vorgeschnittener Streifen (9), der in das Etikett (4) integriert ist, bereitgestellt wird, wobei dieser Streifen (9) im gelösten Zustand einen Klebebereich freilegt, der dazu dient, das Abdeckungsetikett (4) während der Vorgänge zur Entnahme von Produkten aus der Verpackung in der offenen Position zu halten.
  9. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von dem Streifen (9) freigelegte Klebebereich aus der Oberseite des Begrenzungsanschlags (8) besteht, die in Form eines doppelseitigen Klebebands ausgebildet ist, das sich in der Ebene der Schnittstelle (5) oder zwischen Schnittstelle (5) und Etikett (4) erstreckt.
  10. Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einer Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung vor dem Positionieren auf der Wand der Hülle einer Verpackung (1) im aufgewickelten Zustand auf einem abziehbaren Trägerband gelagert wird, um insbesondere eine automatische Anbringung der Vorrichtung zu ermöglichen.
  11. Verpackung (1), wie etwa Beutel, der im Allgemeinen hermetisch geschlossen ist, wobei diese Verpackung auf ihrer Außenwand entsprechend einer Anrissstelle, wie etwa einer Einkerbung, einer Vorritzung, einer Materialverdünnung, die in der Wand vorgesehen ist, eine Vorrichtung (3) zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen von der Art aufweist, die ein selbstklebendes Etikett (4) umfasst, das bevorzugt an einem Ende mit einem nicht klebenden Griffbereich (10) versehen ist, wobei dieses Etikett (4) auf teilweise lösbare und wieder anbringbare Art und Weise auf der Außenwand der Verpackung (1) positionierbar ist, um einen kontrollierten Einriss der Wand während eines ersten Ablösens des Etiketts (4) zu erreichen, um eine Entnahmeöffnung (11) zu definieren, durch welche die in dem Beutel enthaltenen Produkte entnommen werden können, wobei dieser Einriss der Wand bis zu einem Begrenzungsanschlag (7, 8) verläuft, der einen Rand der Entnahmeöffnung (11) begrenzt, wobei diese Entnahmeöffnung (11) durch Wiederfixieren des selbstklebenden Etiketts (4) wieder verschlossen werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 entspricht.
