Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'entrée du mélangeur comprend une pièce de fermeture (37) avec deux guidages de forme cylindrique (40), avec des cames de maintien (41) qui s'engagent, dans la situation fermée, dans des ouvertures (42) à l'extrémité de sortie (9).
  10. Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le mélangeur (50) est tenu par une bague filetée (46) avec un filetage intérieur au niveau de la cartouche ou de la seringue (44), et la partie de fermeture (49) de la partie d'entrée du mélangeur comprend un pas de vis extérieur (51) de telle façon qu'en faisant tourner la bague filetée, le mélangeur est déplacé dans la direction vers la sortie et les bouchons obturateurs (53, 54) sont éloignés hors des sorties (6, 7).
  11. Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'à la partie d'entrée (62) du mélangeur sont agencées des nervures de maintien vers le bas (59, 60) qui, dans la situation fermée, agissent sur une fermeture avec un opercule de fermeture (6) sur lequel sont agencés de bouchons de fermeture (64, 65), dans lequel l'opercule de fermeture comporte deux fentes (67, 68) de telle façon qu'après rotation du mélangeur les nervures de maintien vers le bas (59, 60) sont agencées au-dessus des fentes afin de libérer la fermeture lors de la distribution.
  12. Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 1 2, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de valve contient un disque d'étanchéité (83, 120), réalisé comme un tiroir rotatif, avec deux traversées (88A, 88B, 125, 125A), dans lequel le disque d'étanchéité est mis en place dans la partie d'entrée (81, 118) du mélangeur de telle façon que par une rotation du mélangeur (72, 109) par rapport à la cartouche (71, 108) ou la seringue, les traversées du disque d'étanchéité qui communiquent toujours avec les entrées du mélangeur communiquent avec les sorties (105, 106, 135, 136) de la cartouche ou obturent celles-ci.
  13. Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le mélangeur est fixé avec la cartouche ou la seringue au moyen d'un verrouillage à baïonnette, dans lequel les éléments de verrouillage (84A, 84B ; 86A, 86B ; 121 ; 130) sont réalisés sur une partie de fixation (76, 113) du mélangeur et sur une bride de verrouillage (85, 119) de la cartouche ou de la seringue et contiennent des moyens (101, 102 ; 96, 99 ; 121A, 138, 139 ; 137) qui permettent une rotation du mélangeur pour la fermeture et l'ouverture, mais qui maintiennent le mélangeur dans la position ouverte en empêchant une rotation en retour.
  14. Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que la bride de verrouillage (5, 119) de la cartouche ou de la seringue comporte des évidements (107A, 107B, 122) à titre de languettes à encliquetage, et les parties de verrouillage à baïonnette (6A, 86B, 130) agencées à côté comportent des surfaces de serrage (95, 100) orientées vers la cartouche.
