  • the present invention relates to a container for packaging, particularly on an industrial scale, frozen or chilled food products, such as ice cream, sorbets or chilled desserts.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a container which is inexpensive and therefore suitable for mass production on an industrial scale, and is such that the container can be kept outside a refrigerated environment for an extended period, without damage to the organoleptic properties of the food product contained therein.
