Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Sitz-/Liegemöbel mit einem abwinkelbaren Funktionsteil, insbesondere einem Rücken- oder Seitenteil. Derartige abwinkelbare Funktionsteile bieten vielfältige Nutzungsmöglichkeiten und bestimmen darüber hinaus das Design des Möbels. In manchen Fällen ist es wünschenswert, dass die Länge eines verschwenkbaren Klappabschnitts des Funktionsteils in Abhängigkeit von der Schwenkstellung variiert, um beispielsweise bei einem Rückenteil eine möglichst hohe Rückenlehne im aufrecht gestellten Zustand zu erhalten, ohne dass im abgeklappten Zustand ein entsprechender Platz benötigt wird, sondern insbesondere auch aus Designgründen der Klappabschnitt im abgeklappten Zustand eine geringere Länge aufweist als in der aufrechten Stellung. Hierzu sind Beschläge mit Zwangshebelführungen bekannt, die jedoch den Nachteil besitzen, dass durch den Beschlag die Längenverhältnisse und damit insbesondere die Höhe oder Länge des Funktionsteils im aufrecht gestellten Zustand unveränderbar vorgegeben ist.
  • So offenbart DE 200 05 850 U1 ein derartiges mit einem Stützteil versehenes Sitzmöbel, wobei das Stützteil um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar an einem Sitzmöbelteil befestigt ist und an dem Sitzmöbelteil eine Lenkerlasche drehbar angeordnet ist, deren Drehachse in Schwenkrichtung gesehen oberhalb der Schwenkachse liegt und die andererseits an dem Stützteil angelenkt ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Sitz-/Liegemöbel der vorstehend erläuterten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass hinsichtlich der Festlegung der Längenverhältnisse eine größere Flexibilität besteht, wobei Aufbau und Bedienbarkeit möglichst einfach sein sollen.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.
  • Erfindungsgemäß umfasst dass abwinkelbare Funktionsteil einen feststehenden Grundabschnitt und einen relativ zum Grundabschnitt verschwenkbaren Klappabschnitt, der in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Schwenkachse längenverstellbar ist, wobei der Grundabschnitt und der Klappabschnitt durch eine Polsterung des Funktionsteils miteinander verbunden sind und beim Verschwenken des Klappabschnitts relativ zum Grundabschnitt Streckungen und/oder Stauchungen der als Kraft- oder Energiespeicher dienenden Polsterung eine Längenveränderung des Klappabschnitts bewirken.
  • Die Längenverstellbarkeit des Klappabschnitts ermöglicht eine "natürliche" Bewegung der nachfolgend auch als Kopplungsteil bezeichneten Polsterung beim Verschwenken des Klappabschnitts, wodurch störende Verformungen des Kopplungsteils und damit insbesondere störende Faltenbildungen eines Polsterbezuges vermieden werden.
  • Durch die Erfindung können außerdem die Längenverhältnisse des verschwenkbaren Klappabschnitts durch die Art und Weise, wie der Klappabschnitt und der Grundabschnitt durch das Kopplungsteil miteinander verbunden werden, gezielt vorgegeben werden. Hierdurch ist man bei der Auslegung des Möbels flexibel, ohne unterschiedliche Beschläge bereithalten zu müssen. Die Erfindung schafft die vorteilhafte Möglichkeit, die ohnehin bei Polstermöbeln erforderliche Polsterung gewissermaßen als Steuerung für den längenverstellbaren Klappabschnitt zu nutzen. Eine Anpassung der Längenverhältnisse an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse kann einfach dadurch erfolgen, dass die Polsterung in einem mehr oder weniger stark gestreckten bzw. gestauchten Zustand mit dem Grundabschnitt und dem Klappabschnitt verbunden wird.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein Beschlag mit einem sehr einfachen Aufbau verwendet werden kann, der insbesondere keine Zwangsführungsmechanik aufweist.
  • Die Längenveränderbarkeit des Klappabschnitts kann gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung dadurch realisiert werden, dass das Kopplungsteil, insbesondere die Polsterung, mit einem Ausziehteil des Klappabschnitts verbunden ist. Hierzu kann der Klappabschnitt einen Teleskopauszug aufweisen, wie er beispielsweise bei Schubladen verwendet wird.
  • Weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind in der Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung angegeben.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden beispielhaft unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung beschrieben, deren einzige Figur in einer teilweisen Seitenansicht eine Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Sitz-/Liegemöbels zeigt.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Sitz-/Liegemöbel kann es sich um einen Sessel oder um ein als Ein- oder Mehrsitzer ausgebildetes Sofa handeln. Das Funktionsteil 11 des dargestellten Möbels ist eine Rückenlehne, wobei die Erfindung aber auch an einem Seitenteil eines Sessels oder Sofas realisiert sein kann.
  • Das Rückenteil 11 umfasst eine Polsterung 19, die im unteren Bereich vor einem Abschnitt eines festen Basisteils oder Korpus 10 angeordnet ist, der nach oben über eine hier nicht dargestellte Sitz-/Liegefläche des Möbels vorsteht.
  • Am Korpus 10 sind zwei parallel verlaufende und mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Rastbeschläge angebracht, die jeweils einen kurzen, am Korpus 10 befestigten Arm 21 sowie einen langen Arm 23 aufweisen. Zwischen den beiden beabstandeten langen Armen 23 der Rastbeschläge erstreckt sich eine Trägerplatte 27, welche die Polsterung 19 trägt.
  • Die langen Arme 23 sind jeweils als Teleskopauszug ausgebildet und umfassen jeweils ein Ausziehteil 25. Die erwähnte Trägerplatte 27 ist stirnseitig an den Ausziehteilen 25 befestigt, so dass der Abstand der Trägerplatte 27 zu einer Schwenkachse 17, um welche die langen Arme 23 und damit die Trägerplatte 27 relativ zu den feststehenden kurzen Armen 21 verschwenkt werden können, veränderbar ist. Die Polsterung 19 wiederum ist mit der Trägerplatte 27 und den Ausziehteilen 25 der langen Arme 23 verbunden. Die Trägerplatte 27 und die Ausziehteile 25 können als eine Auszieheinheit angesehen werden.
  • Die Polsterung 19 ist durchgehend ausgeführt, d. h. erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge des Rückenteils 11. Insbesondere wird der Gelenkbereich 17 überbrückt, der einen feststehenden Grundabschnitt 13 des Rückenteils 11 und einen relativ zum Grundabschnitt 13 verschwenkbaren Klappabschnitt 15 voneinander trennt, die somit durch die Polsterung 19 miteinander gekoppelt sind. Der Klappabschnitt 15 ist durch die an den langen Armen 23 geführte Auszieheinheit aus Trägerplatte 27 und Ausziehteilen 25 längenveränderlich.
  • Die Längenverstellbarkeit des ausziehbaren Klappabschnitts 15 und die Anbringung der durchgehenden Polsterung 19 an der Auszieheinheit des Klappabschnitts 15 haben zur Folge, dass beim Verschwenken des Klappabschnitts 15 relativ zum Grundabschnitt 13 die Polsterung 19 Streckungen bzw. Stauchungen erfährt bzw. in der Polsterung 19 Spannungen entstehen. Diese bewirken eine Ausziehbewegung bzw. Einschiebebewegung der Auszieheinheit 25, 27, d. h. die Polsterung 19 dient insofern gewissermaßen als eine Art Kraft- oder Energiespeicher.
  • In der Zeichnung ist der Klappabschnitt 15 in einer abgeklappten Stellung und zwei aufrechten Stellungen dargestellt, wobei die jeweils mit einem Strich versehenen Bezugszeichen eine nur zu Erläuterungszwecken gezeigte Stellung veranschaulichen, welche die entsprechenden Komponenten einnehmen würden, wenn der Klappabschnitt 15 nicht längenverstellbar und die Polsterung 19 somit zu einer "unnatürlichen" Bewegung gezwungen wäre und die daher in der Praxis nicht vorkommt.
  • Ausgehend von der abgeklappten Stellung mit vollständig zusammengeschobenem Klappabschnitt 15 strebt die in dieser Stellung verformte Polsterung 19 danach, sich aufzustellen, was eine Ausziehbewegung und damit - bezogen auf die Schwenkachse 17 - eine Verlängerung des Klappabschnitts 15 zur Folge hat. Umgekehrt führt beim Abklappen oder Abknicken des Klappabschnitts 15 die damit einhergehende Verformung des entsprechenden Abschnitts der Polsterung 19 zu einer Mitnahme der Auszieheinheit 25, 27 und somit zu einem Zusammenschieben des Klappabschnitts 15.
  • Um eine übermäßige Materialstauchung und damit eine störende Faltenbildung bei einem Bezug der Polsterung 19 zu vermeiden, ist die Polsterung 19 über ihre gesamte Breite mit einem keilförmigen Ausschnitt 29 versehen, wie es in der Zeichnung - lediglich im Bezug auf die aufrechte Stellung des Rückenteils 11 - durch eine gestrichelte Linie angedeutet ist.
  • Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein Bezug der Polsterung 19 auf der die Anlehnfläche bildenden Vorder- oder Nutzseite des Rückenteils 11 in keiner Schwenkstellung des Klappabschnitts 15 eine störende Faltenbildung aufweist. Eine solche Faltenbildung würde entstehen, wenn die Polsterung 19 zu einer reinen Schwenkbewegung ohne Möglichkeit zur Längenänderung gezwungen wäre, da in einem solchen Fall die Vorderseite im abgeklappten Zustand sich über einen größeren Weg erstrecken würde als in der durch die jeweils mit einem Strich versehenen Bezugszeichen angedeuteten aufrechten Stellung. Die erfindungsgemäße freie Längenveränderbarkeit des Klappabschnitts 15 mittels der Auszieheinheit 25, 27 ermöglicht also eine gewissermaßen ungestörte, "natürliche" Bewegung der Polsterung 19 beim Verschwenken des Klappabschnitts 15 und sorgt somit stets für ein optimales äußeres Erscheinungsbild eines Bezuges der Polsterung 19.

Claims (10)

  1. Sitz-/Liegemöbel mit einem abwinkelbaren Funktionsteil (11), insbesondere einem Rücken- oder Seitenteil, das einen feststehenden Grundabschnitt (13) und einen relativ zum Grundabschnitt (13) verschwenkbaren Klappabschnitt (15) umfasst, der in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (17) längenverstellbar ist, wobei der Grundabschnitt (13) und der Klappabschnitt (15) durch ein Kopplungsteil (19) des Funktionsteils (11) miteinander verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Kopplungsteil eine Polsterung (19) des Funktionsteils ist, und
    dass beim Verschwenken des Klappabschnitts (15) relativ zum Grundabschnitt (13) Streckungen und/oder Stauchungen der als Kraft- oder Energiespeicher dienenden Polsterung (19) eine Längenveränderung des Klappabschnitts (15) bewirken.
  2. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Polsterung (19) zumindest in einer Stellung des Klappabschnitts (15) als Kraft- oder Energiespeicher wirksam ist, der sich beim Verschwenken des Klappabschnitts (15) in die andere Stellung zumindest teilweise leert.
  3. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Klappabschnitt (15) die Polsterung (19) und eine in die Polsterung (19) integrierte, längenverstellbare Komponente umfasst.
  4. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zumindest ein zweiarmiges Gelenkelement vorgesehen ist, dessen erster Arm (21) mit einem Basisteil (10) des Sitz-/Liegemöbels verbunden ist und dessen zweiter, mit dem Klappabschnitt (15) verbundener Arm (23) um die Schwenkachse (17) verschwenkbar ist.
  5. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zweite Arm (23) längenverstellbar ist und insbesondere einen Teleskopauszug aufweist, welcher ein mit der Polsterung (19) fest verbundenes Ausziehteil (25) umfasst.
  6. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in die Polsterung (19) des Klappabschnitts (15) eine Trägerplatte (27) integriert ist, die mit einer längenveränderlichen Komponente des Klappabschnitts (15) verbunden ist, insbesondere einem Ausziehteil (25) eines Teleskopauszugs.
  7. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Gelenkelement ein Rastbeschlag ist, der durch Einrasten in mehreren Winkelstellungen fixierbar ist.
  8. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Polsterung (19) eine sich in Richtung der Schwenkachse (17) erstreckende keilförmige Ausnehmung (29) aufweist.
  9. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Grundabschnitt (13) mit einem Basisteil (10) des Sitz-/Liegemöbels fest verbunden ist.
  10. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
