Claims (10)
- Roue d'empaquetage destinée à transporter des produits (2) à empaqueter et des feuilles (S) de matériau d'empaquetage le long d'un chemin d'empaquetage sans fin (P) qui s'étend autour d'un axe central (9) de la roue d'empaquetage (1);laroue d'empaquetage (1)comprenant :un certain nombre de poches d'empaquetage (23) mobiles le long du chemin d'empaquetage (P) et destinées à recevoir les produits (2) à empaqueter et les feuilles (S) de matériau d'empaquetage ;une station de chargement (3) destinée à charger les produits (2) et dans laquelle les produits (2) sont fournis de manière successive dans les poches d'empaquetage (23) ;une station de chargement destinée à charger les feuilles (S) de matériau d'empaquetage et dans laquelle les feuilles (S) de matériau d'empaquetage sont fournies de manière successive dans les poches d'empaquetage (23) ;une station d'empaquetage (5) dans laquelle chaque feuille (S) de matériau d'empaquetage est pliée autour d'un produit respectif (2) ; etune station de déchargement (4) dans laquelle les produits (2), enveloppés au moins en partie dans les feuilles (S) de matériau d'empaquetage, sont retirés des poches d'empaquetage (23) ;la roue d'empaquetage (1) étant caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend :un certain nombre de secteurs (19) indépendants de manière angulaire les uns des autres, chacun d'eux étant raccordé au repos à l'arbre principal (12), sont montés de manière à tourner autour de l'axe central (9) et supportent un certain nombre de poches d'empaquetage (23) ; etun certain nombre de dispositifs de raccordement angulaire (24), chacun d'eux raccordant un secteur respectif (19) de manière angulaire à l'arbre principal (12) de manière à obtenir un mouvement à partir de l'arbre principal (12) et à faire tourner le secteur (19) autour de l'axe central (9) avec une loi de mouvement variable et de manière indépendante des autres secteurs (19), de telle sorte que les secteurs (19) puissent présenter en même temps des vitesses angulaires différentes.
- Roue d'empaquetage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chaque dispositif de raccordement angulaire (24) comprend un chariot (28) qui tourne autour d'un axe (26) de rotation, qui est parallèle à l'axe central (9) et qui est mobile avec l'arbre principal (12) autour de l'axe central (9) ; des moyens de came (29) destinés à commander la rotation du chariot (28) autour de l'axe (26) de rotation ; et une transmission articulée (36) interposée entre le chariot (28) et le secteur (19).
- Roue d'empaquetage selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la transmission articulée (36) comprend une première manivelle (37) d'une pièce avec le secteur (19) et qui tourne autour de l'axe central (9) ; une seconde manivelle (38) d'une pièce avec le chariot (28) et qui tourne autour de l'axe (26) de rotation ; et une tige de raccordement (39)interposée entre les première et seconde manivelles (37,38).
- Roue d'empaquetage selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, comprenant une plate-forme (13) d'une pièce avec l'arbre principal (12) ; et une broche (25) coaxiale avec l'axe (26) de rotation et qui raccorde le chariot (28) à la plate-forme (13).
- Roue d'empaquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3 ou 4, dans laquelle les moyens de came (29) comprennent au moins une came fixe (30 ; 31) qui présente un profil actif (32 ; 33) qui s'étend autour de l'axe central (9) ; et au moins un galet de came (34 ; 35) porté par le chariot (28) et mobile en contact avec le profil actif (32 ; 33).
- Roue d'empaquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle les axes (26) de rotation des secteurs (19) sont équidistants autour de l'axe central (9).
- Roue d'empaquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la loi de mouvement de chaque secteur (19) est identique et décalée par rapport àla loi de mouvement des autres secteurs (19).
- Roue d'empaquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la loi de mouvement d'au moins un secteur (19) diffère de la loi de mouvement des autres secteurs (19).
- Roue d'empaquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la station de chargement (3) destinée à charger les produits (2) coïncide avec la station de chargement destinée à charger les feuilles (S) de matériau d'empaquetage.
- Roue d'empaquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la station de chargement (3) destinée à charger les produits (2) est distincte de la station de chargement destinée à charger les feuilles (S) de matériau d'empaquetage.
