Definitions

  • the invention relates to a package for a roll-shaped body.
  • Such a packaging is by the US-A-5,642,866 and further by the EP 0 586 931 A2 known.
  • a package for a roll of material having a hollow roll core for a rolled strip-like product, made of paperboard, cardboard, plastic or other suitable material, which at least partially surrounds the body like a sleeve on four sides is known.
  • the package has a front wall, a rear wall and an upper and a lower end wall and is provided on the inner wall surface of at least one of the two walls with a product locking engaging in the opening of the roll core of the roll-shaped roll of material. In both packages, however, relatively small areas are available for printing.
  • the product lock is designed so that a rear hook is avoided when inserting the product.
  • the invention consists in a packaging according to claim 1 in that at least one of the two walls of the package is double-walled, wherein the outer wall of the double-walled, forming the rear wall of the package Wall has a hinged with one or both sides printable area provided fold-out wall section, which offers additional labeling and printing options as a folding card.
  • This fold-out wall portion of the outer wall is hinged by a crease line on the outer wall of the double-walled wall forming blank surface, wherein the outer wall is connected via one of the two end walls with the front wall and the inner product locking wall having the other end wall with the front wall, so that a banderolenartiger packaging body results.
  • the outer wall of the double-walled rear wall is connected to the inner wall above the score line by means of an adhesive bond.
  • the folding card design can be formed both on the front wall and on the rear wall of the package.
  • the advantage is achieved that two visible surfaces are created as front pages, which are available for labeling or printing available.
  • the product explanations are preferably mounted in the inner wall area of the folding card.
  • the hole suspensions are provided on both newly created front pages in the upper area. Through this two-sided hole suspension, the product can be used from both sides in the shelving system as a presentation area (front). If the pages are printed the same way, it is not necessary to pay attention to the packaging when hanging or placing the packaging for sale. If the two sides are printed differently, then the package can be used internationally if laterally correct.
  • the outer wall of the double-walled rear wall, the front wall and the inner wall of the packaging in approximately the same blank shapes and dimensions.
  • the front walls and the rear wall connecting end walls are preferably web-like.
  • a hinged blanking surface is formed as a punched blank in the upper region of the inner wall of the double-walled rear wall, wherein the blanking surface is smaller than the punching surface.
  • the hinged blanking surface has approximately the shape of a half ellipse, wherein on both sides of the articulation line has the blanking surface retracted sections.
  • the front wall and the outer wall of the double-walled rear wall have congruent hole suspensions in their upper regions, wherein the hole suspension of the outer wall of the rear wall in the region of the punching surface for the hinged blanking surface of the product locking.
  • the hole suspension is arranged in the outer wall above the crease line.
  • the package is used to receive a roll of material with a hollow roll core, it is held by the hinged blanking surface which secures the roll core.
  • This blanking surface with its end faces is designed so that the role can be held in a fixing. Due to the fixing holder springing back the blanking surface with its edge surfaces is not possible. A change in the contour in size always depends on the width of the product core. If necessary, the blanking surface with the surface of the inner wall is connected so that when inserting the role in the sleeve-like packaging no Schuhaken can be done. This connection is not permanent, so that the blanking surface can be deflected for fixing.
  • the package is formed from a folding blank comprising three roughly equal sized and equal surface shapes and in series one after the other cutting surfaces having a square, rectangular or other geometric shape and the forming over the end walls of the package web-like blanking surfaces and folding lines are interconnected. Furthermore, in the unfolded state, the single-walled front wall of the packaging is formed from the middle blanking surface.
  • the two outer blanking surfaces form the double-walled rear wall of the packaging, one of the two blanking surfaces forming the outer wall of the double-walled rear wall of the packaging with the folding card-forming section.
  • the cut surface having the folding card portion blank and the central blanking surface have adjacent to the two blank surfaces connecting web-shaped blanking surface per a hole suspension, wherein the inner wall of the double-walled rear wall of the packaging forming Blanking a punched to form a folded, the product lock forming tab-shaped blanking surface.
  • the folding blank for the packaging comprises three approximately equally large and equal surface shapes and in series one behind the other cutting surfaces, which have a square, rectangular or other geometric shape and which are connected to each other via the end walls of the packaging forming web-like blanking surfaces and fold lines.
  • the middle blanking surface forms in the unfolded state, the single-walled front wall of the package, the two outer blanking surfaces form the double-walled rear wall of the package, of which one of the two blanking surfaces forms the outer wall of the double-walled rear wall of the packaging with the folding card-forming portion, wherein the folding card section having cutting blank surface and the middle blanking surface adjacent to the connecting the two blanking surfaces web-shaped blanking surface each have a hole suspension.
  • the blanking surface forming the inner wall of the double-walled rear wall of the packaging has a punched-out area to form a folded tab-shaped blanking surface forming the product lock.
  • the packaging 10 is designed in the manner of a banderole and consists of a folding blank 100 made of cardboard, cardboard, plastic or another suitable material ( Fig. 5 and 6 ).
  • the package 10 is formed by a front wall 11 and a rear wall 12, the front wall 11 being connected to the rear wall 12 via an upper end wall 13 and a lower end wall 14.
  • a Matharret ist 20 described in more detail below is formed on the inner wall surface of the front wall 11 or the rear wall 12.
  • the package 10 is preferably for receiving a roll of material with a hollow roll core for a rolled up band-shaped product.
  • the product is covered by the package 10 in a cuff-like manner on four sides.
  • At least one of the two walls 11 and 12 is double-walled.
  • the rear wall 12 is double-walled.

  • the inscribable or printable areas are designated 16 ( Fig. 1 and 4 ).
  • the folding card 15c forming wall portion 15a of the outer wall 15 is connected via a score line 17 with the blanking surface, which forms the outer wall 15 of the package 10. This makes it possible to fold out the folding card 15c from the plane of the outer wall 15 ( Fig. 1 and 4 ).
  • the rear wall 12 of the packaging 10 is formed by this outer wall 15 and an inner wall 18 which has the product lock 20 on the inside wall in its upper area 18a ( Fig. 1A and 4 ).
  • the outer wall 15 is above the upper end wall 13 to the front wall 11 of the package 10 and the inner, the product lock 20 having wall 18 is connected via the lower end wall 14 with the front wall 11, wherein the outer wall 15 of the double-walled rear wall 12 with the inner wall 18 is connected by means of an adhesive bond above the score line 17.
